They have helped us along the way after building the house pretty fast, given all the challenges with building a house these days. Even afterwards, they've made sure we're comfortable & settled in. Very friendly & helpful staff.

The builder shared with us weekly report from "foundation to completion" about our zoom home to be built during the Covid-19 season. Even on his vacation leave, he will tell us about the upcoming proceeding, when he returns to resume the development of our new home. When there were delays of building equipments from China (due to Global Shipment supply chain delay in 2022), he assured us that he & his team builders are moving forward and will get our new home done as soon as possible "without sacrificing quality." We are very please with Allen Edwin Homes Builders!

This is our second build with Allen Edwin. Both project managers were excellent at communication and detail through the project. They would anticipate issues and get them solved quickly. The houses are wonderful and we are very pleased

Keep their promises, friendly personnel

Our whole experience has been great. Step by step throughout we knew what to expect and had consistent communication. The follow up on any concerns has been almost immediately. The materials and craftsmanship are fine, but this isn’t a high end home. We definitely have the value we paid for and we love our house.

Everyone was helpful I would prefer better than builders grade materials

The Builder and team have yet to grade my yard after telling me that it would be done several times months ago!!! I cant prep for grass because I have a pond in several places in my yard!!!! so there is still suit fencing in my front yard!

Allen Edwin Homes have the design ,looks and space one looks for.Very quick response time to all your needs.

Lot of issues that were missed like doors and banisters. Also basement was filthy with layers of dirt over everything.

The project manager was great to work with during the build but the quality of sub contractors was only fair or less. The change made to the natural grade and elevation of the property caused additional grading expense to the home owner before landscaping could be completed.

Bought the home in 2022 was suppose to get walk in shower because I have back problems but sale person lied about the house!y

My backyard is ridiculous. Standing and pooling water. I am in the process of selling this house but have not had any luck due to the backyard water. Allen Edwin is responsible for making this right as they should have from the very onset of the building process, however I am now waiting for "weather permitting" in order for them to do anything. It's outrageous and I will never buy or do business with them again. I will also write a Google review and a Yelp review.
