We started off by just looking one day and met up with Jeff at the model in Silvergrass and three hours later ended up buying it! He was very trustworthy and knowledgeable. He helped us every step of the way including always being available to answer texts or calls. Highly recommend Jeff as a allen edwin homes!

We appreciate the work Allen Edwin does and they way they manage the community. We bought our home on spec and it's been like a clean slate making the updates we want. I would love to see lights on our entry sign, because we have a beautiful new neighborhood. It would be great for everyone to catch a glimpse of it at night time... and also not miss the entry way! Crystal understood exactly what we were looking for and got us into a house that was and will be perfect for us for a long time. Nolan kept a great timeline and great quality build even with all of the challenges of doing construction during a pandemic. We always knew exactly where we stood in the construction process and how much time was left. Their customer care team has been phenomenal in dealing with a couple minor issues that came up as we’ve lived here (nothing major). I could not recommend working with them enough!

You’re building a house next door and the grade there is all sloped to my low grade. All the water runs my way.

Don't ask for anything custom, nothing outside the options they offer, they will not waiver. Which is fine, because they would have to warranty it and they can't. I'm not happy with the cut line in my granite and have hired an outside company to come in and fix it. They left off a piece of trim at the top of my garage door and my earth ground rod for my electrical panel is sticking out from the concrete floor about 3 inches but I can hide that with a cabinet when I am finishing the garage.

Any issues we had with our home have been addressed rapidly since moving in. It has been great working with the Allen Edwin Team.

Pretty good experience with a responsive team. The final product is a nice house although there are some minor issues in workmanship that could have been avoided -- they have been easy to work with in correcting those though, so hopefully all turns out great in the end.

The home buying process went really well. Our main contacts were Jeff and Ryan and they made this experience really easy. They were attentive and always responded in a timely manner. I just wish we had more options in the building process like the type of windows ect.

Not the best with costumer service.

There are issues with the designs of the larger homes that result in floors shaking, this will result in long term damage like nail pops, broken tile etc. The second floor laundry shakes the entire house and glasses move on tables and countertops when people walk through the house. These are structural issues that need to be resolved in the floor plans with additional bracing or the customer satisfaction will remain low and the call back rates will continue to sky rocket on you "executive homes". If allen edwin keeps telling me everything is to code while doing the bare minimum to address the problems we will continue to tell everyone who drives through the neighborhood asking about houses in phase 2 exactly who they should and shouldn't build with in the near future. If allen edwin wants repeat buyers these things must be addressed. ... More
