Overall I would not purchase another house from Allen Edwin.

It's a beautiful home but that's about it. 2 foot centers for the walls when they should be 16 inch centers. Windows let rain into the house while shut and locked. Not enough instalation in the ceiling. For a 95% efficient furnace and central air conditioner my bill should not be almost 250ish in winter or 200 ish in the summer. The HOA does not maintain the properties and streets as well as they should. During the winter streets only have enough room for 1 car. And in summer the HOA allows residents to leave parked broken down vehicles in the street for months. The location is nice has a pool and playground. And a walking path and pond.
