Great experience, l have already recommended my friends

This was such an easy experience from start to finish. I always knew the status of my home and they worked so hard to finish on time after COVID put them behind. I'd recommend Allen Edwin to anyone wanting to build a home!

From the sales folks, project managers, and prescribed lender -- everyone was great to work with and made buying a new construction home easy and stress free...

All the staff we had contact with were so pleasant and helpful. Any time of day! Even the preferred lenders were patient. Everyone is very knowledgeable and if they happened to not know something, they asked around until they got you a solid answer. You can tell they communicate well amongst each other.

Quality construction...very energy efficient...comfortable house to live in.

Overall response time was great by Eric and his team. Very professional.

Home buying experience was really great, Crystal is simply awesome! Every time I reach the customer service department I get a prompt response, all my issues solved already. Overall, very satisfied with Allen Edwin!

My wife and I bought our first house this past March and we were lucky enough to get an Allen Edwin Home! We did not get to design it ourselves but that’s okay because it basically had everything we wanted and needed. The workmanship is above average for a builder as large as Allen Edwin. We have heard horror stories of other big builders but Allen Edwin is in another realm above them. There are even many upgrades to our home above what is typical for builder grade. You’re building a house next door and the grade there is all sloped to my low grade. All the water runs my way.

This was the first time I had ever worked in this capacity to purchase a home. I was a bit nervous that it would be painful, expensive, and lengthy. While at times it felt like progress was slow, there were things happening behind the scenes and our overall experience was positive. Everyone we worked with was kind and helpful and we really enjoy our home. We appreciate the one-year warranty because already 4 months in, we have found a few minor issues, and it's nice that they are taken care of! We had a great experience working with our sales rep and project manager.

As the title says the purchase process was painless and simple. I knew where my application, my loan, my purchase and my delivery expectations should be any point in time.

Don't ask for anything custom, nothing outside the options they offer, they will not waiver. Which is fine, because they would have to warranty it and they can't. I'm not happy with the cut line in my granite and have hired an outside company to come in and fix it. They left off a piece of trim at the top of my garage door and my earth ground rod for my electrical panel is sticking out from the concrete floor about 3 inches but I can hide that with a cabinet when I am finishing the garage.

Overall very happy with the house and everyone we have dealt with. A few minor things that could have had a little more time taken to make sure they were done correct.

I was pleased with the deal we put together for the homes built in Summit Retreat in Ludington. I will be reaching out again to make another deal with spec homes in the near future

Everyone was helpful I would prefer better than builders grade materials
