Our whole experience has been great. Step by step throughout we knew what to expect and had consistent communication. The follow up on any concerns has been almost immediately. The materials and craftsmanship are fine, but this isn’t a high end home. We definitely have the value we paid for and we love our house.

It was my first time building a home. From the initial meeting to owning the home everyone was amazing and very helpful. The home warranty is amazing and Allen Edwin does there best to get someone out and fix the issue. The warranty and staff alone were worth every penny.

From the sales folks, project managers, and prescribed lender -- everyone was great to work with and made buying a new construction home easy and stress free...

Don't ask for anything custom, nothing outside the options they offer, they will not waiver. Which is fine, because they would have to warranty it and they can't. I'm not happy with the cut line in my granite and have hired an outside company to come in and fix it. They left off a piece of trim at the top of my garage door and my earth ground rod for my electrical panel is sticking out from the concrete floor about 3 inches but I can hide that with a cabinet when I am finishing the garage.

All the staff we had contact with were so pleasant and helpful. Any time of day! Even the preferred lenders were patient. Everyone is very knowledgeable and if they happened to not know something, they asked around until they got you a solid answer. You can tell they communicate well amongst each other.

Quality construction...very energy efficient...comfortable house to live in.

Overall very happy with the house and everyone we have dealt with. A few minor things that could have had a little more time taken to make sure they were done correct.

They are very nice and curious people to work with they try to get repairs when they can find people to do it cause of Covid-19’s has causal lot of problems for them

Our contact person Chad and Lori were wonderful to work with. No issues there. I will be honest and say there a couple of things that I find to be annoying. And maybe it’s the norm. 1) most driveway widths for 2 stall garage is 20-24 feet wide. Ours is 15 feet. We ruts in our yard. There is barely enough room for two cars. 2) the pipes make a pretty loud noise when a toilet from upstairs is flushed. 3) no storm windows come with the house so on those breezy days you can feel the wind come through the windows. 4) not really a big deal but lights in certain rooms aren’t centered. Makes it odd trying to center a dining room table. 5) the walls dent and mark up so easily. Really have to be careful. I’m just being honest here. My wife and I are happy for the home. We really are. There’s just those few things I mentioned. But we really didn’t expect a whole lot for a spec home. We knew that and are perfectly happy. I’m gonna guess the lot was majority of the price of the cost of the home. ... More
