Stopped in to inquire about the new neighborhood and found out we could build from the ground up. I was excited so as promised hubby and returned to the sales office and started the process. Thought the build communication was on point. As promised we were kept updated on the progress from start to finish. The project manager was pleasant and professional. Anytime we found issues they were addressed. The sales person too was very pleasant, friendly and easy to talk to. Our experience throughout the whole process was easy and straightforward. The experience has been amazing so far and William has helped us so much in getting the house ready for us. The house came out beautiful. Any mistake were fixed quickly and swiftly with no trouble or having to re-ask again. Amazon experience
