The entire Beazer team have worked hard to ensure my home is top quality and I am satisfied. Both the Construction and Customer service Matt's have gone above and beyond to assist me and ensure everything is done right. The build quality of my home far exceeds my daughter's million dollar home built at the same time 5 min away by a different builder, they have had major issues and have difficulty getting service. My experience has been the opposite. Matt identified an issue with my front porch that I was unaware of and had the concrete replaced quickly and efficiently. I had a great buying experience with Beazer and felt informed from beginning to end. The team has educated me on all things related to my new home and how it functions. They have also been very helping in assisting me with understanding more about my home after my move in and timely addressing any enquiries I've had along the way. Very happy!!

We were greeted with a warm welcoming smile by the Agent on duty. We were shown the various models in the neighborhood and he was quite informative about how the Beazer homes differ from others. We were impressed with the high quality and the price was amazing for all they offered. We highly recommended Beazer homes.

Overall my home buying experience was excellent- Starting with the purchase all the way to the final walk-thru- Anna and Joe handled all my concerns and issues with prompt solutions!

A few things we are not satisfied with considering the price point: windows are not energy efficient, no ladder to the attic, and no useable attic space since wiring is exposed.

Everything went very smooth from touring the home to closing. They will work with you if you want to change or modify anything in the house

Quality, friendly and trustworthy

Luis was very knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. Brice and Chad were very professional and addressed all of my questions and concerns throughout the process. All of the Beazer team we encountered were great to work with and made sure that we were getting our home the way we intended and that we were happy.

my only complaint is the builders are slobs. the throw their trash on the street where i have make sure my dog does not eat their chicken bones. and in 3 months i have gotten 3 nails in my tires on the plus side i love the house

The people selling the homes were curious kind and weren't pushy

From initially meeting Cindi & Jody, I knew we picked the right builder/company. They were so warm and welcoming and very supportive and excellent in their communication. Even after moving in a month later they reach asking if there's anything they can do… They treat you like family! Jeremiah did the walk through and was very knowledgeable and informative. Matt and ***** also played key roles in making sure our home was ready to go and they work well together as team. Our new neighbors are awesome, we love our location in Arista. Appreciate you all so much!

We had such an easy and wonderful experience with Beazer homes. We looked at many new builds in the ***** area and many many builders. We were and still are very impressed with the quality that Beazer provides. Our house is wonderful and feels like its built for the long haul. We had a great experience with the Beazer team and they were always super helpful and kind. I would absolutely buy another Beazer home one day!

I have to say, that ***** Homes personnel were very easy to work with from beginning to end. We had to have a quick close; and, from offer to acceptance to title in hand, was just under three days total. It was incredible! Then, due to our work schedule, my husband and I had only 10 days to move in. And, we wanted to change out flooring. They put us in touch with a flooring expert, had our new product purchased, delivered and installed in 8 days. Another record! We have loved everything about our experience with Beazer. Cindy and Jody have been great. We loved the ability to pick the lot as it was released, but also appreciate that they have homes "ready to move in". We had the time, so picking and watching our home being built was amazing. Our experience at the ***** was also fantastic. We went in with a budget and we were able to make our vision of the house complete. We've been in our house for about 6 weeks and we love it. No issues, but I feel if we had one, the team would be over to take care of it as quick as possible. I feel like I might be writing too much, but I also want to say how much I now value all of the energy efficient pieces that go in to building their homes. I gave a rating that is less than perfect because right after I submitted my review, response and action wasn't as great as before. The buying process was smooth and was being informed of the progress. The final walk through is too rushed. We missed more that a few things, here and there. We encountered a mishandling by the attorneys when closing. My overpayment wasn't returned until 2 weeks passed. Their form for the return was flawed. Make sure you read all the information they send (it's a lot) and ask lots of questions regarding the solar panels, the *****, the pest control, home insurance, the management of the A/C system, gardening, trash pick up, utilities, mail boxes etc. if you're new to Georgia. Home design was great and it was delivered on time as promised, the construction was good. Beazer team was responsive and pro-active in addressing the minor concerns and fixed them promptly. Overall great experience from start to finish.
