The easiest home buying experience I've ever had! Great customer service.

Buying our second home — and our very first in Texas — was such an incredible experience! From the moment we started exploring floor plans, the Beazer Homes team made us feel supported and excited. I was in my old house for 33 years. I was a little hesitant when this process began, but the Salespersons were great. At every step from looking at sites and house plans, purchase and construction, they were helpful and knowledgeable. The builder texted me each monday with progress on the build. Will definitely recommend Beezer for your next home. I love my new home.

Buying a home in Bradshaw Farms was so easy. Everyone we worked with were knowledgeable and professional. They met all our needs which made purchasing a home less stressful. Haley kept us well informed of the progress being made during the building process. Cynthia made sure the work was done correctly, checking every detail as she would if it was her own home. Mike is quick to respond with our questions after our closing. We would definitely recommend purchasing a home in Bradshaw Farms to others.

I was put in touch with Mirtha, who showed me around, took my deposit and I purchased the condo in a very short time. She was patient, informative and very pleasant. It was a very positive experience

The Beazer team at Sunterra were accommodating, helpful, inviting and overall made my buying experience an easy transition. Billy, Liz, Gricelda were all very attentive. Gricelda, the customer care representative, will continue to reach out to us to insure that we are happy or if any concerns were to arise. The Beazer team of Abbey, Brandon and Justin are second to none. Our initial meeting to our final walk through was a stress free, positive experience. We were impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail. Weekly pictures and phone calls were much appreciated. Communication was a priority with the team. It started and ended with Cindy…Cindy made our first time home buying experience simply amazing …She stayed with us from the first day we came into the office till the day we moved in..Cindy kept in touch with us every time there was any updates and gave me her personal number to call any time we had any questions or needed help…I am very sad that she is no longer with Beazer and have no clue why she was let go …She is the type of person that gets the job done and has a heart of gold

I love my Beazer home! From the very beginning, we had the opportunity to choose every detail from the corner lot to the smallest finishes like the bathroom tile. We opted for features that truly made our house feel like a beautiful nest to live in. Some of our favorite upgrades include the triple glass sliding door, a fully tiled bathroom, quartz countertops, vanity mirror lights, silver accent handles, blue wood cabinets, and upgraded flooring in the master bedroom. The yard is spacious, and the inside of the home is the perfect size for us. The entire home-buying process was incredibly smooth, and everyone we worked with was helpful and supportive. AMAZING experience! Anthony, is an awesome builder to work with, he went above and beyond to make sure our home was beautiful inside and out. Becca, our sales rep, made us feel welcome from day one. Bridgette, our customer care rep, explained everything related to warranty to me in detail. They are incredibly professional, reliable and very knowledgeable. My buying experience was nice and easy

Outstanding, if I had more military personnel looking for houses in this area, I would definitely recommend them to Beazer including their finance company and the actual realtor that helped us. If I had to do it all over again, I would, outstanding support. Look forward to enjoying my new home.

After 6 home building projects, Beazer was our best building experience to-date.

This is my first time buying a house and I am so happy I chose Beazer. The house could not be a more perfect fit for my fiancé and I. I’m so happy with Tony’s help to find it, Josh’s help with the build, and Ashley’s help on the warranty side. I placed a few request for small warranty items after moving in 07/01/2025 and they have all been completed within 2 months! The communication with the Beazer team has been exceptional and I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase. I would 100% recommend a Beazer home for everyone.
