Entire process was moving forward very smoothly and fast enough. I love the community in clean and quiet setting. All the staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend other people to find a home at Beazer Home.

I had an amazing experience building our home from the ground up with Beazer. The sales team was informative through the process, but what made the experience so great is due to Beazer’s local construction management team. We were helped by Abraham here at Estrella to make our house a home. Abraham, the construction manager, went above and beyond to make sure all issues were addressed and he just made the experience so pleasant. He truly deserves all the praise.

I recently purchased a townhome by Beazer and they did a great job! Their team was professional and quick. They are reliable, I would highly recommend.

Jarod and Bill were great. We have followed this community since it was posted on the City website. They were very helpful and responsive when we had questions and to initiative to inform us of any changes or releases. It was great working with them

The buying process was smooth from start to move in.. Everyone was helpful and was there to walk us through the whole process..If i had questions or concerns they were addressed immediately. I would definitely recommend a BEAZER HOME.

Beazer has done great with building us a great quality home. The customer care representative Carlis has gone above and beyond to make sure our home is perfect ! He is super patient, responsible, and truly cares for the buyers! Thank you Carlis for being such a wonderful and positive part of our home process! We truly thank you! We saw a lot of homes from other builders before purchasing this home and Beazer was by far the highest quality!

Jeff (Sales Specialist), Bridgette (Construction Manager),Shawn (Project Manager). From build to completion and Orientation, these three individuals created a rare, remarkable experience. In each of their roles, they were responsive to texts, phone calls, questions. Jeff was available "any time". The level of client service they provided is simply not available in most business experiences. Their commitment to the quality of the physical building was reflected in their desire to be thorough in every aspect of the building. In scheduled meetings, two weeks apart, Shawn provided updates to the timing of the condo completion. Their personal commitments reflected their pride in the Beazer process of building a high-quality product. They said the same - and did their part to make it happen. Even after purchase, Bridgett connected all owners in my building to offer paint touch-ups and other fixes not caught during the walk-through. Overall, the best experience I could have expected in a real estate purchase. After move-in, I look forward to enjoying the beautiful condo I purchased - and benefitting from the individuals assigned to oversee our properties during the first year of ownership. ... More

The home build experience with Beazer was great. The Beazer team communicated with us during all phases of the build, answered all of our questions and address all of our concerns. The quality of work was excpetional and we were able to close on the home some than anticipated.

Dave is very knowledgeable on the home building process, and I am very happy to have had him as primary contractor/engineer for my home. Vito takes total care of you after purchase. He is second to none, he will do all within his power to ensure the Beazer quality is upheld.

Overall my experience has been good . There were a couple of things that needed fixture after I moved in and the builder Garrett was very responsive and attended to help fix everything promptly . I have been able to communicate any issues and the builder was very efficient enough to send people to fix them . The quality of construction is supreme and I would definitely recommend folks to choose Beazer Homes . Quality of construction is great !!!!

From start to finish Beazer Homes and their associates made everything easy and convenient! Our favorite part about this experience was picking out how we wanted our home to look, and the best part, most of it was included! We added a few upgrades, but all of it was very reasonable. Other new build companies we looked at just didn't compare to Beazer and most of them charged for the building basics. We also liked being able to compare lender rates side by side and picking the best, cost effective lender for our budget. Originally, we were nervous about buying a new home because of other people's opinions, but I'm so glad the associates involved gave us all the information we needed to make our decision.
