First-time homebuyer here, filled with nerves and lots of questions. Most, if not all, of those questions were answered by my customer care representative and the selling agent. I definitely feel like they know their products well and catered to every question that I had, and I am definitely grateful in my new home.

Overall, my experience has been average so far. The townhomes are nice, and the community has potential. However, I'm disappointed to see that the price of an adjacent townhome has dropped to around $500,000 just two months after I purchased mine for approximately $550,000. A $50,000 price difference in such a short period is frustrating for a recent homebuyer. I understand that home prices and builder incentives can change, but such a significant reduction so soon after purchase makes it difficult to feel confident about the value of my investment. I wish there had been more consistent pricing or better consideration for buyers who purchased just a few months earlier. Rafael and Sarah were awesome to work with 10 stars to them. We were down to the wire and the appraisal came back lower than asking price. At that point we had no option but to pay the difference. It turned what should have been an exciting experience into a nightmare.

So thorough, professional and communicative throughout the whole process.

The quality of building is superb. The staff are very professional and supportive. They painstakingly take you through all you require to do.

We had an amazing experience buying our home with Beazer. From beginning to end, and even after, everyone has been so helpful and wonderful. Betsy was so helpful when we picked out our home; she provided so much information and was available for every call and text we had. Each appointment with Dave was wonderful; he explained each step of the home-building process and answered all our questions. Lastly, Vito has been incredible with every question or concern we have had about the house. After we got the keys, we had a few items with the house, and he made sure they were all taken care of right away. We had such a great experience with Jake from Beazer Homes. He truly did everything he could for us throughout the entire process. Even when there were delays, he was always apologetic, communicative, and did his best to keep everything updated and moving forward. Any issue that came up, Jake worked to get it fixed as quickly as possible. He was responsive, helpful, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about making sure we were happy with our home. He is honestly the main reason I wanted to leave this review because he made such a big difference in our experience. This home is lovely and it would have been great without all the creepy little bugs we keep finding indoors. On our first night, we found at least 15 creepy little red bugs crawling out of the lights!! The lights! There's probably something wrong with the entry points on this place. I found bugs on my window that came from outside. I know this because I saw them on the other side of the window. Somehow they they're getting inside the house from outside. A literal bug infested nightmare. Not quite sure what to do with this.

Disappointed in the builder's workmanship, e.g., soft close cabinets but not the drawers in a new build, multiple issues identified and untimely response to issues. Not a pleasant experience.

Was quick to answer any questions I had and kept me informed on what the next steps would be to move forward.

We were well taken care of throughout the entire process. Our construction manager, Grant *****, exhibited excellent technical and interpersonal skills throughout the building of our home. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the attic space as well as the rest of the house. He was prompt and professional in everything that he did. Dennis ***** provided us with excellent customer service and is still taking care of us. His advice is always on the mark and we appreciate his timely intervention with any issues.

Beazer and specifically Mr. Shawn have been amazing to us through the entire process, from answering our millons of questions to addressing any concerns we have. They are there throughout the entire process, including the warranty period after the closing date, the ensure we are happy and comfortable with our purchase. 5 stars every day, would always recommend!
