Signed up for our first home with Beazer homes. It was smooth process right from choosing the lenders with closing. Construction managers and customer service were courteous and professional giving us walking through and prompt in completing any final touchups if any needed.

When we started our home buying process, we had certain features in mind and when we stepped into our home for the first time, we knew - This is it, this is exactly our dream nest we had in mind. No second thoughts or delay. It was a straight forward hassle free process. Amber patiently explained every single aspect of their homes and she’s such a sweet person. She kept us informed of every single process and schedule promptly until closure. The construction manager Kyle is such a friendly person, he is always available over a text or call whenever we had something to be taken care of. He patiently explained us in the walkthrough sessions and very knowledgeable. Appreciate both of them following up now and then. We always feel proud of choosing Beazer Homes when everyone leaves a compliment saying “Very nice and beautiful house”, we knew we made the right choice. The process from initial purchase to move-in was mostly smooth, and overall, it was a positive experience for our team—DeAnn, Dave, and Vito, whom I highly admire and am incredibly grateful for. The home is well-designed, energy-efficient, and offers great value, but there are a few minor drawbacks. The garage feels small, and my Tesla trunk sometimes hits the ceiling. We also noticed a few loose nails in the carpet—not dangerous but poking out slightly, which I easily fixed with a hammer. There’s also limited street parking for visitors. Despite these minor issues, the Beazer team is exceptional—always receptive to my concerns and quick to address them. Ask questions before signing papers. What exactly is standard and not standard based on the model? Are appliances , fans, ... included?

We categorize our new home purchase with Beazer as "outstanding" from beginning to move-in. Our sales consultant was diligent, thorough and professional; our construction project manager was superb; our design team leader was equally outstanding in all aspects and we concluded with our exceptional and caring quality chief before move-in and final inspection of our home. We enjoyed an exceptional experience and one of the major components of our experience was the absolute professionalism and trustworthiness of the Beazer Team that we worked with. We had such a great experience working with Garrick throughout our entire home building and even after we closed on our home. He is super attentive to detail and eager to answer any questions or concerns that we have. And he takes his time to ensure that we understand how to use all features in the house maintain certain things for optimal performance.
