I have a wonderful experience working with team members from initial conversation with sales staff to construction team and the closing process. Overall, I am loving my new house.

The overall home buying experience was good. The Closing process was smooth and easy and got the keys on time. There were few issues after we moved in but DaMarcus, the construction manager, helped with addressing them gradually and getting it to a closure. Thanks to the entire Beazer team.

We were so excited to move into a new build, the home looked great inside and out! We received updates from the team throughout the process which provided us great relief as this was our first home purchase. All our questions were answered in a timely manner and everyone we came in contact with were super friendly and helpful!

Jyoti and Shannon were wonderful to work with. They were always so friendly and answered any questions we had. The whole process was smooth and we never felt stressed. The Beazer team as a whole did a wonderful job and the quality of work is outstanding.

Beazer is customer focused, all of their staff have consistently and patiently listened to my preferences, choices, and respected the decisions I have made about my purchase. They have been supportive and extremely helpful with their insights and recommendations. The floorpan choices are an excellent blending practical utility with common sense. When something needs to be fixed, Beazer fixes it. I am extremely pleased with my purchase, this is my 3rd Beazer home. All major components of the build are solid. Beazer does however need to improve the quality of their interior finish work, I was surprised at the number of "small repairs" that have had to be done after I moved into my home. Many, many thanks to Jim, Maria, Bob, and Bill for your support, patience and initiative in being there when I needed you and making this a very positive experience. This was my first time buying property and while I’m the kind of person that researches something EXTENSIVELY before I go out and try it, I still had a lot of nerves and anxiety with the process. Miss Tiffany is a huge part of the reason I can call myself a homeowner today. She explained things in a way that was incredibly helpful and had no problems going over it again if I asked. She was patient and thorough and that’s exactly what you want when making one of the most important decisions of your life. She did a wonderful job of selling the property and explaining how Beazer is different from the rest. From the insulation in the walls to the energy efficiency of the solar panels, she explained it all and definitely got me excited! As first-time homebuyers, we came into this process not knowing much and feeling a bit overwhelmed. Chris, the building manager, made a huge difference for us. He was incredibly thorough, quick to respond to every question, and clearly knowledgeable about every step along the way. His guidance helped us feel more confident and informed throughout the process, and we’re truly grateful for his support. The build is wonderful and everything we were looking for.

From start to finish, my experience with Beazer Homes has been absolutely wonderful. Everyone I interacted with from Shannon and Jyoti, who were always kind, pleasant, and incredibly responsive, to Chris & John, the construction managers, and Connie in design—made the process smooth and enjoyable. Even after moving in, Joe and Humberto have continued that same level of care, going above and beyond to address any issues quickly and thoroughly. The whole team has been amazing, and I’m truly grateful for their support every step of the way.

We love everything about our new home. The guys we've encountered with Beazer have been amazing too. I don't know of any other builders that checks in with their buyers and ensures everything is top notch. Beazer definitely puts themselves above the rest in every category.

Purchasing a Beazer Home was one of the biggest and best decisions we have made. The process from start to finish was nothing but amazing. Ashley was so attentive with all of our questions and concerns and because of her passion in what she does, it truly inspired us to move forward. Alex our builder was nothing but fantastic as well. The best part through the process was the weekly communication updates/pictures we received from both Ashley and Alex. Till this day if we need something we are not alone.
