Just moved into our brand new townhouse and couldn't be happier! The build itself is fantastic - solid construction, quality finishes, and everything feels well thought out. Equally impressive was the buying journey. From initial inquiry to closing, Connor and Jackson were transparent, communicative, and incredibly helpful. No major surprises, just a straightforward and positive experience.

I absolutely love my new home, my whole buying experience was amazing, the Beazer Team (Gary, Josh, Ashley) showed genuine care throughout the entire process, and even after I moved in they kept checking on me making sure everything was okay, that shows client focused service. I’ve been in my new home 5 months and the Beazer New Home Contact Center is as amazing as well, I am blessed to have picked a Beazer Home. Thank You!

We have been in our home since early April 2025. The building process went extremely smooth with the help of our sales person, Ken. He went above and beyond what was expected to meet our expectations. He helped in a way that was not pushy or high pressure. He answered our questions, and assured us that Beazer uses high quality products. Eric, our construction manager is a great listener. When we had concerns or questions, he took the time to meet with us and explain the products and processes. We wondered how the support would be once we moved in, and we have not been disappointed. On the few items that have needed some re-work, the service has been quick and high quality. Now we are in our Warrenty period, and we have been working with Darrel on a few items. We our loving our new home. As with any new construction found some small issues that we needed fixed. Gricelda has been great at keeping us in the loop and scheduling repairs. Very easy to use Beazer warranty service on line to submit repair request.

Working with Patty made our home buying experience much easier than selling our old home. Beazer Homes was very patient with our delayed settlement on the selling side and made the purchasing seamless. Thank you Patty and Beazer Homes.

We have now been in our new Beazer home for two months. We love our home so much. It started with a great home buying experience, Sarah D made communication so easy. She also came out to the house during the different stages of building so we could see it, so fun and exciting for us. Then, the walk through day came, and Vito was standing by our front door with a ‘Welvome Home’ sign ! Not only is it a great photo op, but a thoughtful touch by Beazer. Vito D walked us through every inch of our house , inside and outside. He gave us his number and said if we needed anything in the future to call or text him. He is true to his word, and very patient and helpful. We really appreciate Vito D. I have called for clarification on a few things, was even standing at the paint store and he immediately sent over my house colors! The guy at the paint store was flabbergasted that a builder would text right back like that, he said he usually emails the builders and it takes a few days. They don’t have Vito D! From the moment we walked into the Model Home and met Abby, we knew we were home! Living in NJ and planning a move to SC was extremely stressful- Abby was always there for us! As the building process began, Abby was joined by Tracy and later Jamie who would walk us weekly through videos during the building process. We couldn't wait each week for our video walk through. NO MATTER WHAT QUESTIONS we had, Abby and/or Jamie were always there for us. We always were aware of the status of our new build! Great communication amongst all the TEAM members made us feel more secure and confident that all was going well. Before we settled at Sunset Landing, we visited many communities in the area but were 100% sold on the exceptionally high quality of construction and their commitment to energy efficient homes being ENERGY STAR certified. We became more educated on both HERS Scores and the added bonus of Beazer's indoor airPLUS systems. Our realtor, who wasn't familiar with Beazer Homes, now is! Now that we are settling in, we continue to be impressed- we love our new home. Everything we had discussed pre-sale was 100% PERFECT. Many of the recommendations/guidance suggested pre-sale were right-on! We are so grateful to Abby- she has made our transition PRICELESS! And now that Jamie and the new construction TEAM has stepped away from our build, even though it is nice to see Jamie's smiling face throughout the community, David has stepped in- and he IS ALWAYS THERE FOR US! No matter what the question and/or concern is, he has made it VERY COMFORTABLE for us to contact him- he is always prompt with his communication and solutions to anything we have asked. The Warranty Team is also very responsive and follow up is GREAT! Several weeks ago, we noticed a car circling the neighborhood and they stopped in front of our driveway while we were unpacking our garage. We welcomed these strangers into our home - they walked thru our home and yard asking us MANY QUESTIONS - if we were satisfied, would we do it again if we had the choice etc. I guess they were satisfied in our responses because their house is currently being constructed on a lot behind us! It is hard leaving family and grandchildren but waking up every morning to our beautiful home is AMAZING! The community is friendly and welcoming- we are always meeting new people- this is an ongoing INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. We are SO GRATEFUL to our BEAZER TEAM- Abby, Tracy, Jamie and David for assisting us with our transition and being apart in next chapter of our lives- THANKS! ... More

Angela and Melissa did a great job helping us. They were very helpful and made our first time buying a house easy. And they continue to be a great help.

We had a great experience buying our home with Beazer Homes. Amanda and Eric were both wonderful to work with—professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. As with any new build, there were a few minor issues along the way, but Eric always made sure they were addressed quickly and thoroughly. We're very happy with our new home and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come!

It was a great experience working with Jill. She remembered my wife and I from the first time we walked in over a year earlier, Jill is a great person and great at her job. A wonderful person inside and out. Nate was great to work with dealing with me a past home builder who's experience and expectations are high, Nate was always ready to take my call and listen to my concerns. Nate did a great job with our home both Jill and Nate are fantastic people and we are blessed to have delt with them.
