I had an amazing experience building our home from the ground up with Beazer. The sales team was informative through the process, but what made the experience so great is due to Beazer’s local construction management team. We were helped by Abraham here at Estrella to make our house a home. Abraham, the construction manager, went above and beyond to make sure all issues were addressed and he just made the experience so pleasant. He truly deserves all the praise.

She sent photos of every stage of the home building. She answered multitude of questions.

Construction manager D and his team did what they promised to do. All the work was completed in a timely manner. Thank you very much!

D has been such an honed to work with, he has been so helpful and on top of any situation that we had questions of. I would buy another house because of him thank you Amber and thank you Mr.D for his experience we are so blessed!

Where do I/we start? Normally, I would start with an “A,” but this time I’m going to start with “D!” D is a freakin’ phenomenal Superintendent!!!! We simply can’t say enough about him - in ONLY the positive! Our experience was to say in the least… an amazingly smooth experience. And we felt very informed and well taken care of every step of the way!!! As a majorly high-producing perfectionistic Realtor myself, I WISH that ALL of MY CLIENTS could have an experience working with a such a HIGHLY SKILLED SUPERINTENDENT - JUST LIKE D!!!! (It would be a fantastic experience for my future buyers; it is such an enhancement to the purchasing process to have the privilege to work with D… and in all reality, it would make my life so much easier as an agent - As his level of competence is off the charts!!! If only Beazer and ALL other home builders could / would/ should be forced to hire ONLY superintendents that are JUST LIKE D, then so many buyers would actually be way more thrilled, and less stressed out about their moving! It’s extremely stressful to move and buy a house much less add onto it all the new build stuff… And he makes you feel like everything‘s gonna bejust right!! And then he delivers! D DESERVES a PROMOTION! Here’s why: 1st: D is extremely knowledgeable!!!! 2nd: D Takes his time, answers questions, and has the unique ability to answer questions in various ways, so that no matter what learning style you have, when he’s done explaining/answering you are left with a clear understanding for what he’s conveying! 3rd: D knows that sometime in our business we have to play psychologist to the person who’s walking in the door to see the home. Help talk them off the ledge and help them to realize what they’re actually purchasing so that they can make informed decisions. And keep their emotions out of it. I’ve watched D enough now, to witness and attest to the fact that he is able to pivot and handle with ease all of the those emotional roller-coasters of a ride - that seem to happen towards closing and during walk-thru(s)! 4th: D is extremely trustworthy & reliable! When he says that he’s going to have something happen it gets done!!! 5th: D does his best to preemptively take care of any needs the buyer has during the closing process. Sometimes handling things before they even would come up for the Client(s)/Buyer(s)…. And I only got to witness it 1st hand because I was not only one of the clients, but also the Buyers’ Realtor! 6th: D makes you feel like family or at the very least you feel like you’re talking to an old friend. And not just any friend/family member, but one who’s got your 6! D, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts as buyers we appreciate you being such a wonderful Superintendent! My Salesperson Matt was great to work with throughout my homebuying experience. Irving did an excellent job with my new home orientation briefing and walkthroughs. Abraham and Irving provided outstanding post-closing assistance with a few items that needed correction or repair. The build quality is superior and the home is very energy-efficient. I'm very satisfied with my Beazer Homes purchase and recommend them highly.

From the initial sales experience, setting the right timeline, the building process, the communication, the quality of the home, to the after move-in quality control. Since moving to the Metro Phoenix area 21 years ago, I have purchased six homes, 5 which have been my primary residence and 1 which was an investment property. The first house was a new build with another builder. My Beazer home purchase has been the best experience I have had in purchasing a home. The new home process starts with the new home counselor. Christie was absolutely wonderful. She really understood what I was looking for in a home. She listened to me and I felt valued as a customer even before I made the decision to buy a house. She coordinated with my agent with facilitating the achievement of my goal. The support related to financing and design was extremely helpful. The construction process was incredible. It was evident that planning, execution, attention to detail, and open communication were values exemplified by Brandon, my construction manager and his team. I was consistently kept informed of the process and always had my questions addressed. Having Kalona as may customer care support/concierge has been great to coordinate the resolution of any minor issues. We moved from WA to AZ and had to do a contingent offer. Beazer was one of the few builders who allowed a contingency and they were very patient with us while our WA home was selling. They were very accommodating when it came to our final walk through. We were flying out for it but unfortunately the Delta computer issues caused a mass disruption and our flight was cancelled. Irving allowed us to do our walk through via our agent and FaceTime. Irving has been wonderful from day 1 and continues to check on us. Courtney who wrote up the offer was also great. She stayed in touch with us from the day we made the offer until the day we closed and got our keys. I would highly recommend Beazer. ... More

I can say that my experience was unlike probably no one else might have gone through. We were in a spot to sell my home and move in quick. My husband not well and he did not make it we passed before we moved but I cannot say enough about Courtney and team made everything so smooth and quick. I just love my new home and especially that I am so close to my family in walking distance it was if the house was made for me . I give the Beazer family a 10+ on everything

Dawn is simply AMAZING! She walked us through the process without any "hiccups" and being out of town home buyers, she took lots of pictures and updated us often. The design center was awesome---easy and actually a very fun experience. Closing was also super easy and seamless. Keith from the mortgage company couldn't have been any greater! JC is the contractor and took care of everything---even after we moved in, we had hung a flag out front (in the stucco) and a huge gust of wind(s) literally took the flag out of the wall. We mentioned it to her in passing....and literally, before we woke up, she had already been to our home and fixed it!!! We couldn't ask for a better team at Beazer!!! ... More

Had nothing but a great experience with Beazer!

My uncle is my realtor and he told me about the Beazer home in Litchfield Parks. He believed in their customer service and the quality of the homes they build. So much so we were the 5th or 6th buyer he had brought to the community. From the get go Amber was AWESOME and then we got to meet D who ran the site and he was also equally great. I am so glad we went with Beazer and I’m blessed to have worked with Amber and D.

My family and I bought a Spec home from Beazer. It was also a new build. We were able to purchase it for a good price, with a great interest rate. The process was difficult at times but I always had support and guidance from Courtney, the Beazer home Counselor. She was/is willing to always address my concerns and reply to my messages. When I have had questions or other things that needed to be addressed, Cameron would stop by to support or resolve whatever issue I had regarding my home needs. Both of them have been nothing but professional and helpful during this home buying process!

The Estrella Mountain Ranch Beazer team was helpful and went out of there providing great customer service. I have reached out to serval of the team members but specifically Cameron who responded quickly and got the items fixed that I had addressed. Thank you guys.

We bought our Beazer home while living out of state. Work re-location brought us to Arizona. William and Dawn in the sales office were there to guide us through the process every step of the way. The Docu sign feature is such a game changer for home buying nowadays. As with any new home purchase we've had a couple of small issues but after contacting Abraham with the customer service team those were addressed and corrected. We would highly recommend a Beazer home to our family and friends.
