Keep in constant contact with the Sales People at the Model Homes. This will help you keep informed of what is going on. Branum and Janel were fantastic during our build in Mission Hermosa. Also work with the on-site Supervisors to work through issues early in the process. Brian and Jacie were fantastic and responsive to my calls, emails, and texts. We had quite a few issues at time of move in (to be expected) and these two have been working feverishly to get things right.

Beazer build our dream home. The floor plan on our Abilene 4bed 3.5 bath 3000 sq ft home is perfect for us. My wife and I are really happy we can raise our family in this beautiful home. Thank you.

The home building experience was the best I have ever experienced. The staff and construction crew will keep you informed and are always communicating status, any issues, delays, etc. We always felt we knew exactly where we were, each week of our build. Our house is well built and they pay attention to detail, there were hardly any issues during our walk through or on closing day. We're very pleased with Beazer and would recommend them to anyone looking for a well build home and amazing staff.

Beazer has many floor plans from which to choose, and I like the way that they use space so that there is not "dead" space. They allow for many spacious closets, large pantries, nine foot ceilings, tall doorways, and great insulation that is blown in, including the attic area. They also have great lighting, wiring for security, solar, and cable that is standard. They allow choices for lot selection and placement of the house, the bathroom and kitchen set up, choices for exterior colors, not to mention all the interior decorating choices that are offered. I'll sum my review up in two names. Jimmy and Gerald. If it had not been for these two guys I wouldn't had a great first time home buying experience. After hitting a few snags here and there, they were always accessible to take care of things. Their genuine concern overall was truly amazing. I'm happy in my first home. Everyone had told me I would be happy with Beazer and I am. I have a gorgeous home and I would like to thank Jimmy and Gerald again for making my experience a good one.

They are not perfect, but their response to issues is unbelievable. They know and exhibit the art of great customer service.

My whole experience was pretty smooth. I made a real quick decision to sign the contract as they are selling fast. But the team really helped me in picking the right things throughout the process.

Matt at CNN mortgage helped me find the best rate and type of loan to make my Dreams become a reality. The guys who built my house (contractors) took care in the process.

No builder is perfect but Beazer did a great job on our home and were satisfied.

The experience of purchasing the home was fine; the number of issues that I’ve run into since moving in…. not so much. In short, just no attention to detail and poor craftsmanship in general. I recognize that this is more of a reflection of the subcontractors that they use but having been in my home for about 6 weeks I actually regret my purchase.

If you’re moving to AZ and have never lived there, please know you will need features like a water softener system, reverse osmosis, lights in all bedrooms, and a design center agent who emphasizes these things. The bugs and birds are a nuisance! The builder could have included some upgrades as standard, like lights in all bedrooms and painted exterior concrete walls. Overall though, the home buying experience was good but could have been better.

D has been great to work with. He always tries to help with my requests, if he is able. He is quick to respond and always willing to help where and when he can. I really appreciate all of his hard work.

We closed after waiting 17mo due to supply chain delays. In the end there were a few things not completed and we were concerned closing without them finished. However Beazer followed thru and quickly had them done and followed up on our satisfaction. I heard nightmare stories from other builders with home buyers waiting a year later. In our case it was all completed within a few weeks of closing. Very pleased with the customer service.

The build time was long…way longer than expected. However, my salesperson (William) and superintendent (Mike) were always very responsive and kept me in the loop along the way. I worked with a total of three superintendents throughout my build and Mike was by far the most communicative and helpful and I appreciated him going above and beyond yo finally get things pushed through for me in the end. I have had a few things come up after moving in and the warranty department has been easy to deal with but scheduling with the trades that actually complete the work has been hit or miss at times. I would definitely recommend beazer to anyone that wants to buy a home. Great and smooth process and amazing people.

Our homebuying experience was good overall. Obviously nothing can be done about supply issues but the communication was great and we were kept in the loop the entire time. When it comes to closing, that is an area that could have been better as far as expectations go as well as promises kept.

Besides delays on things to be completed, we had a good experience with Beazer homes. Excellent customer service and thorough explanation of the process.

Beazer team and builders were very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend to people looking for a new home.

Amber was great! The team stayed in communication despite unavoidable delays and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my home upon completion. Crew was friendly and welcoming every time I interacted with them. Would definitely recommend Beazer to others seeking to build!

Customer service is good, followups for warranty is good

I can’t believe that they installed the wrong door knobs and at the close of escrow forgot to reorder the correct ones ( lever in oil bronze ) and now say it won’t be until end of January
