Jacie was so friendly and wanting to make sure we were happy with our new home what a great asset to the company.

After being in the house for a few months, you really start to notice the really poor quality of workmanship that has gone into the build. I have already submitted a workorder for an electrical problem ( but of course Covid will be the reason it cannot be fixed anytime soon.). Every door frame had been busted and repaired poorly. I had to repair the rain shower head myself. There was a large paint run on the front door that was supposed to berepaired, but it was just sanded, not repainted. The electrical problem is multiple switches controlling one light. But they dont all work. Sliding door keeps jumping the track, needs adjusting. Several areas not painted. Cabinet doors and drawers crooked. I could keep going on, but what is the point. I will end up fixing it all myself, but when you buy a brand new home you shouldn't have to. ... More

I looked at several builders at Lucero and decided upon Beazer. I could buy a home with 10’ ceilings and 8’ doors as standard. A menu of other options allowed me to customize my home to my style and needs.

The realtor Janice was wonderful . She kept me updated , every step of the way. I was very pleased with Beazer.

Great working with them. We only had trouble dealing with the title/escrow company.

My experience with this builder was great, Chris is passionate about making sure that the homeowner is deeply satisfied with their home. He’s attentive, professional and makes himself available. Although there were issues with my home (mostly cosmetics) that were of concern to me, whenever I notified Chris he was expeditious in placing the work order. Chris has excellent customer service skills and I appreciate him going above and beyond. Thank you for all that you do!

First time home buyer and Beazer made the process so fun and relaxing!

We had great customer service from our sales rep right up until the day we closed...then customer service disappeared all together. Getting Beazer to repair anything, even issues identified prior to close, is next to impossible. They do not care about customers after closing or any issues they face with the shoddy workmanship. They do not stand behind their quality guarantee and I’m extremely disappointed with their service. I will never purchase a Beazer home again and I do not recommend anyone else do so either. Snake oil is the politest euphemism that comes to mind. Caveat Emptor indeed!

The lack of communication was terrible plus a bunch of other thing. If I wrote all my complaints we would be here all day. This is our 4th new build and the worst yet. I am the easiest person to please. If I had to do it all over again I would not have gone with Beazer. The only reason I did not pull out was because my loved the house and layout. Beazer preferred lenders are just as bad. I would find my own.

From the first time we walked into the sales office to the day our house closed, the Beazer team was there to answer questions and address our concerns. Every Beazer team member we dealt with through the entire build process was professional and knowledgeable.

First time buying a brand new build. While nervous and completely uneducated in the process, Gabe S was there every step of the way to help educate and ease my fears. He answered all my questions in great detail, his knowledge is fantastic! Construction sites were impressively clean at all times! As we know Covid has given everyone a few set backs , but even with this virous my build managed to stay on track. Inevitably things happened, a few after closing and repairs needed to be done. I knew going into this that it may be the case. The Beazer Care team has worked well with me to complete each task. Bob in sales kept me updated in the progress with weekly pictures. Thanks Beazer!!! Overall experience with Beazer is amazing. They took good amount of time in explaining each bit of thing and attention they paid to their customer is really amazing

Everything was great from start to finish. They walked us through every step. They answered every question. This is our first home and we love it.

Beazer Homes mad it easy to buy a new home. Their customer service was great from sales to move in. I would recommend them to anyone. My home was well built and they take pride in their work.

The only quality control with Beazer is the home buyers themselves. Beazer throws together a house using unskilled day laborers and hope that the home buyers don't notice all of the problems. We had so many problems in every phase of the building process and are home wasn't even done on our closing date. We currently have several problems with our house and are still waiting for warranty work to be done. We would not buy another Beazer home again.

I was looking for a home to hold my furniture that I was bringing from my old house in Illinois. I looked at many new builds and to many used homes and when I came into the model home I knew I was home. I sent photos to my wife and she was in love. The sales person was great she went out of her way to make sure I had photos every other day as the House was being built. When my wife saw the house for the first time she was in love with it. We had a little issue at closing but that was the title company. When we closed and picked up our keys everyone was helpful every day. Don't use them. Find someone else!

I wasn't looking for a new home, but my experience from when i first entered the model. I knew this home had everything i would want in a new home Sales consultant was very knowledgeable and kept us up to date on our new build throughout the process. Superintendents take great pride in the quality and workmanship to ensure a quality home is built. I love my home and neighborhood. Would highly recommend buying a Beazer home.

The design and attention to detail is comparable to the “luxury” home builders in the valley .. Beazer Lucero has upped the game . Our builder jacie is on top of the game the entire time and alongside with our representative Liz , they kept us up to date all every aspect of this build .. they take pride in their build and in each home. Highly recommend

Houses are very well designed and great floor plans but can't say the same about the workmanship. Also be prepared to move into a home that still has things that need to be completed or repaired. At least that has been my experience.

Very easy to work with everyone I’ve talked to from Beazer, whether that’s sales staff, closing staff, construction, or even VENDORS! They are all great and helpful. I’ve never seen them have any excuses for anything, they are very FAIR and helpful. I would recommend.
