Was a long haul with COVID hitting as we started the building of the home. However, there were many issues as the building continued. Finally after a year to the date that the paperwork was signed the home was complete.
Beazer Homes responded:
Darren, we would like to apologize for the delays you experienced building your new home this year. We appreciate that you provided us the opportunity to work through the extra challenges presented and want to thank you for choosing Beazer Homes. - Daniela

The process was as smooth as can be with the exception of Covid making some of the processes that you usually get to experience with a new build a little different. When going to the design center definitely have a plan on what are the must have upgrades. It’s really easy to get carried away with upgrades. If you can install some of the things yourself for example the ceiling fans, garage door opener and kitchen faucet you can definitely save some money there. The walk through before getting the house definitely be as picky as you can. It is a new build. It’s not gonna be perfect but it ...

Still waiting on cabinet door that has a scratch in it. Also just had to pick up all the trash left around the dumpster because I’m tired of all the trash in my yard. As for the house I’m very happy with it. And extremely satisfied with the staff. I would buy another home from Beazer any day.

I have told everyone I know about my experience with Beazer homes that is looking to buy a home. They help with getting what i needed as far as a home that fits my family and also have you try different lenders so that I would get the best deal. They are helpful with all the questions we had as this was our second time buying a home. Their homes have great quality and friendly staff to help with all our needs. Make sure you get prequalified so you know what kind of home is in your budget. Then get a good realtor that is helping get the right fit for your family. Go to your nearest ...

My home is beautiful and the process was fairly easy. The only problem that I have is that when we purchased our lot, we were told that we had the biggest lot in this area which isn't the case. The house across the street has a bigger backyard and they are able to have a 10ft rv gate. We are definitely a little disappointed because of that.

Our sales and construction managers were great. Helpful and responsive. We love our new community and home, but had a few hiccups during the building process. We were one of the last homes built our development, after the sales office was closed and Beazer had moved their attention to other, newer developments, which made it seem like like the focus on our build was not what it might have been. Would recommend at least weekly visits and reviewing your punch list regularly to be sure no details are overlooked. We discovered small things, like the wrong shape sink in the guest bath, wrong ...

Great sales staff that was easy to work with and helped the process along quickly and efficiently. The workman ship is good and the super indent of the build was great. I am happy I purchased a Beazer home except for the closing process. We signed the papers on a Monday and transferred the funds at that time. On Wednesday we received a notice that they had received the funds. The keys were not given to us till 4:00 on the dot. We were told this at the beginning of the entire process. They have the money but yet we can not have the keys and start moving in earlier. This is wrong!!

Nice people, nice house. Love the lot and location. At first, hated the woodwork in closets, pantry and laundry - but now love the fact they will serve us well until we're able to upgrade those areas. So my only lasting disappointment was learning that, although we selected a certain kitchen design (about a $2,300 upgrade), there was (later) an additional cost of about $1,900 added on. Not happy about that.

My experience purchasing a new home at Tirreno at Iron Wing in Litchfield Park, AZ, was a bit of a mixed bag. The communication after the initial sales meeting with the sales representative was lacking. Unfortunately, she is no longer onsite, and I’m unsure who the current contact person is. Additionally, the title company used by Beazer Homes was not the best. As an out-of-town buyer, I expected a smoother closing process, but there were several hiccups along the way. The final walkthrough of the home revealed several issues that required attention, leading to a punch list ...

We love the floor plan and layout. The construction process was not what we expected. The process was frustrating to say tue least. The project was managed by absentee project managers, could not complete the home on multiple close dates, moved 4 times due to not being able to keep the home in schedule and having to re do items over and over. I understand todays issues, trade inexperience , material issues and shortages etc. however the supervision of the homes is lacking horribly at the very least, without picking on every item and every issue needs to he addressed, and not to mention ...

This was our 5th new home so we thought we knew what to expect. Sales process was about as smooth as I expected. The home was very slow to start but we understood some of the labor and supply chain challenges. Once under construction we felt the attention to detail was definitely lacking. I'm sure some of the rework cost Beazer more than it needed to. The amount of damage created by the trades while finishing was at the highest level I have ever experienced. Repairs needed just prolonged this process and the negative feelings of Beazer not being in control of their building process. We didn't ...

Buying process wasn't hard was probably the easiest. However the building process was long and very painful. We were promised something and they didn't follow through on it. However we understand due to delays but I feel.towrads the end the whole time stuff was rushed to get the house up and stuff.

I have had to call almost weekly on different items to get fixed since moving in less than a month ago and the window subcontractor is a joke. They have brought the wrong windows or broken windows twice and had to take them back. They don’t communicate very when setting up a time and when they do agree on a time they either don’t show and Adam had to call them or they come way early and we “miss” them because we expect them at the time agreed upon. The overall buying experience was great even though our house took over a year to be completed. Once we moved in, we realized the materials used and work done is horrible. It’s like the did everything in a rush and didn’t care how the final result looks like. We keep finding issues with our home such as damaged blinds, shower door leaking water, caulking in multiple places is cracking, carpet falling apart (shedding), toilet not installed correctly, issues with cabinets and much more. I will not be purchasing homes with Beazer in the future.

The home buying process was smooth with the Beazer team. The downside was that we had a leaky sink, a heater that installed incorrectly and would not heat the house, the new oven did not work at has taken 2 months to fix. Also, the dishwasher was wouldn’t drain at first, the air conditioner was too close to the wall per the code, as well as other minor cosmetic fixes needing to be done.

The initial purchase was great. So many choices at the design center was amazing too. Now when the home gets built takes forever and you begin to receive little communication from Beazer. You find issues during the construction phase and find out at completion they were never addressed. Still trying to get things addressed now that moved in.

The ladies in the front were always helpful and knowledgeable and made the home buying process easy. As far as the build of the house, it was rushed and very sloppy. We were not able to close on time and during our walkthrough we noticed a ton of things they needed to fix but they were not able to fix them before moving in. After moving into the house and living here for 2 months we are still waiting for them to fix everything that was subpar and now we are being inconvenienced.
