Amber was great! The team stayed in communication despite unavoidable delays and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my home upon completion. Crew was friendly and welcoming every time I interacted with them. Would definitely recommend Beazer to others seeking to build!

Customer service is good, followups for warranty is good

I can’t believe that they installed the wrong door knobs and at the close of escrow forgot to reorder the correct ones ( lever in oil bronze ) and now say it won’t be until end of January

Was a long haul with COVID hitting as we started the building of the home. However, there were many issues as the building continued. Finally after a year to the date that the paperwork was signed the home was complete.

The process was as smooth as can be with the exception of Covid making some of the processes that you usually get to experience with a new build a little different. When going to the design center definitely have a plan on what are the must have upgrades. It’s really easy to get carried away with upgrades. If you can install some of the things yourself for example the ceiling fans, garage door opener and kitchen faucet you can definitely save some money there. The walk through before getting the house definitely be as picky as you can. It is a new build. It’s not gonna be perfect but it should be move in ready. Definitely look at the exterior of the house like the stucco. Our interior doors did not close well. I had to counter sink the door knob assembly so it wouldn’t rub on to the door frame. We have no cold water. I asked the builder and it’s something the city has to fix. I guess the city doesn’t want to put chillers to cool the water. Check the tile for cracks and the grout for holes or air bubbles. The things I mentions are all cosmetic things that are easy fixes and shouldn’t discourage you to check Beazer out. All in all my wife and I are really happy with our new home. The builders Gabe and Chris were awesome to work with and very understanding. Still waiting on cabinet door that has a scratch in it. Also just had to pick up all the trash left around the dumpster because I’m tired of all the trash in my yard. As for the house I’m very happy with it. And extremely satisfied with the staff. I would buy another home from Beazer any day.

They help with getting what i needed as far as a home that fits my family and also have you try different lenders so that I would get the best deal. My home is beautiful and the process was fairly easy. The only problem that I have is that when we purchased our lot, we were told that we had the biggest lot in this area which isn't the case. The house across the street has a bigger backyard and they are able to have a 10ft rv gate. We are definitely a little disappointed because of that.

Our sales and construction managers were great. Helpful and responsive. We love our new community and home, but had a few hiccups during the building process. We were one of the last homes built our development, after the sales office was closed and Beazer had moved their attention to other, newer developments, which made it seem like like the focus on our build was not what it might have been. Would recommend at least weekly visits and reviewing your punch list regularly to be sure no details are overlooked. We discovered small things, like the wrong shape sink in the guest bath, wrong color fan in the living room, no fan remotes. Not big things, easily fixed, but attention needs to be paid. ... More

Great sales staff that was easy to work with and helped the process along quickly and efficiently. The workman ship is good and the super indent of the build was great. I am happy I purchased a Beazer home except for the closing process. We signed the papers on a Monday and transferred the funds at that time. On Wednesday we received a notice that they had received the funds. The keys were not given to us till 4:00 on the dot. We were told this at the beginning of the entire process. They have the money but yet we can not have the keys and start moving in earlier. This is wrong!!

We love everything about our new home except the drain in the master shower was discovered to be clogged and will require our bathroom floor to be dig up to unclog the pipe. Bummer!

Nice people, nice house. Love the lot and location. At first, hated the woodwork in closets, pantry and laundry - but now love the fact they will serve us well until we're able to upgrade those areas. So my only lasting disappointment was learning that, although we selected a certain kitchen design (about a $2,300 upgrade), there was (later) an additional cost of about $1,900 added on. Not happy about that.

This builder is quick! our home was completed a month sooner than expected

If you’re looking for a home buying experience to be perfect I hate to break it to you it doesn’t exist. That being said beaded did a wonderful job from beginning to end. Plus after we moved in if there’s any issues we just go online with our problem and it’s taken care of right away. We did a lot of looking And again glad we chose Beazer. The room options and the options at the design center are great , Love my 15 foot sliding glass door .

My experience purchasing a new home at Tirreno at Iron Wing in Litchfield Park, AZ, was a bit of a mixed bag. The communication after the initial sales meeting with the sales representative was lacking. Unfortunately, she is no longer onsite, and I’m unsure who the current contact person is. Additionally, the title company used by Beazer Homes was not the best. As an out-of-town buyer, I expected a smoother closing process, but there were several hiccups along the way. The final walkthrough of the home revealed several issues that required attention, leading to a punch list post-closing. The construction and customer service teams didn’t always communicate effectively, which added to the challenges. However, I want to express my gratitude to the customer service representative Alex who handled my warranty cases. His consistent communication and dedication to resolving issues before his promotion within Beazer were greatly appreciated. While I’ve purchased multiple new homes, I believe Beazer has room for improvement in these areas. With better communication and coordination, they could truly set themselves apart from other new communities. ... More

We love the floor plan and layout. The construction process was not what we expected. The process was frustrating to say tue least. The project was managed by absentee project managers, could not complete the home on multiple close dates, moved 4 times due to not being able to keep the home in schedule and having to re do items over and over. I understand todays issues, trade inexperience , material issues and shortages etc. however the supervision of the homes is lacking horribly at the very least, without picking on every item and every issue needs to he addressed, and not to mention training and understanding how to verify trade performance i was involved in 2 home purchases for our family in the same subdivision months apart and the experience was not pleasant. I can say that at least the customer service personal, Leslie, Lori have been stellar in helping resolve all the construction issues we have experienced. Kudos to the customer care department. I assure you the survey would reflect a lot more negative due to the construction process but the customer care dept has handled all our concerns top notch, things that should never reach the service department. Thanks to them we ate beginning to enjoy our new home. I can honestly say things and processes have changed since i worked there and not for the best. This was our 5th new home so we thought we knew what to expect. Sales process was about as smooth as I expected. The home was very slow to start but we understood some of the labor and supply chain challenges. Once under construction we felt the attention to detail was definitely lacking. I'm sure some of the rework cost Beazer more than it needed to. The amount of damage created by the trades while finishing was at the highest level I have ever experienced. Repairs needed just prolonged this process and the negative feelings of Beazer not being in control of their building process. We didn't want to be constantly complaining during the build because I beleive this was tough enough on Beazer. I feel I may have been taken advantage of because of this position and might consider taking a different position if I was to build again. Buying process wasn't hard was probably the easiest. However the building process was long and very painful. We were promised something and they didn't follow through on it. However we understand due to delays but I feel.towrads the end the whole time stuff was rushed to get the house up and stuff.

I have had to call almost weekly on different items to get fixed since moving in less than a month ago and the window subcontractor is a joke. They have brought the wrong windows or broken windows twice and had to take them back. They don’t communicate very when setting up a time and when they do agree on a time they either don’t show and Adam had to call them or they come way early and we “miss” them because we expect them at the time agreed upon. Get better companies if you want us to tell people good things about your company. Adam the Superintendent, Rob Thomas and Leslie are the only good thing about Beazer hopefully you don’t lose them ... More

They buying process moved along steadily. The final product is where the issues are. A lack of good quality control is where 95% of my issues are.
