The quality of the home is nice, but getting to that point was a nightmare. To many hiccups along the way and areas that need to be worked on. Especially the day of closing.

I purchased my home with a checklist before close. The tags were removed, but NOTHING was done. I have now been in the house for over 30 days with ZERO repairs. I recommended people to this builder that purchased a home with the same issues and I am embarrassed when I show my home. This is not my first build, but will be my last with this builder.

We purchased a new home and have had issues. First the design did not give us accurate information, after the fact we found out items were available that we were told they did not have. We made changes and the change orders didnt seem to make it to the job site. Our master shower tile has been an issue. They have made "repairs" several times. Each time the repairs made it worse. We are still fighting with this. We have other small items that have not been resolve yet. We hope they get to them. But it seems like if we dont follow up repeatedly nothing happens. We pointed out items during the build but they did not correct them until after additional work was done. Example dry wall, they needed to move a vent in the entry hall. We reminded them repeatedly. They went ahead and drywalled, mudded, and painted. Then had to go back and cute the drywall out. They drywalled over a data port in the study we pointed this out but they did all the finish work and then had to go back and cut the dry wall. It seems like any time they have to go back and do repair work, the condition is worse. I would strongly recommend you monitor things closely and stay on top of them until all items are fixed. We had friends who used Beazer in a different community and they did not have any of these issues. Not sure what it is with the builder here in El Cidro. They don't seem to be on top of things and it doesn't appear there is any quality control. We have involved management but even then we have to continually reach out for updates. They don't seem to write any issue down so it seems like I am telling them about the problems repeatedly. Another example is the light in the garage has not worked since our new home orientation. We are approaching 2 months soon and they have still not correct this. Our lock on he door from the garage to the house is not keyed correctly. It has been about 5 weeks and this has still not been corrected. Again, stay on them. This has been more stressful than I would have expected for what we paid for the home. ... More

I bought a beautiful model in a lovely Beazer neighborhood. Our sales experience was fantastic - everything upon inspection through the first 30 days has been a mess! Countless repairs required, broken (new) appliances, electrical issues all over the home, inconsistent follow up, weeks to complete repairs. It has been 45 days with several issues still not resolved. Shop your builder and get feedback on how they handle post move in issues!

We are super happy

My home is beautiful and the process was fairly easy. The only problem that I have is that when we purchased our lot, we were told that we had the biggest lot in this area which isn't the case. The house across the street has a bigger backyard and they are able to have a 10ft rv gate. We are definitely a little disappointed because of that.

We love our new home with the floor plan and the quality of the construction. The people we worked with and the follow up from start to finish.

The process of buying and building a home can be overwhelming. Throughout the process there are many stressful and even uncertain times. Feeling like your concerns matter and that somebody is working as your advocate makes all the difference. For us it was Jimmy. He was the GC running our build. Every step of the way he was there to answer questions and help us get the home we were dreaming of. Even after we were done and moved in Jimmy has been there. Honesty we feel like we have a great new house and a new friend in the process.

The team that we had for Beazer were very helpful with all the questions we have had. OUR home is very energy efficent. We choose a smaller house but it is big enough for our family. We are enjoying living in our new home.

Jimmy and Gerald worked diligently to address each issue we raised during the construction process. Both Jimmy and Gerald take their responsibilities seriously and go that extra mile to establish a rapport. The closing walk through was thorough. Jimmy and Gerald explained the home systems that were installed and told us when open work orders would be scheduled. Luis’s briefing about the Beazer warranty program was an impressive presentation that could have been given to a Fortune 500 CEO. We looked at a ton of houses all over the East Valley. We kept coming back to the Beazer home in Peralta. Love the value, view and the friendships we made with Bob and Coop!!!!

2 weeks in had a water leak which was fixed very good! But now battling door handles the plates loose or crooked on all doors kinda annoying especially when your an Engineer I’m use to things being correct

Purchasing the home was very easy, there was no sales pressure from the sales office and they were very knowledgeable of new homes details.

We were not looking for a home originally. We happened upon Peralta Canyon with Beazer Homes and just fell in love with the area and the floor plan. We found our dream home and could not have asked for a better group of people to work with us. They were with us every step of the way from the initial sale, design, build all the way through move in. We would recommend them to anyone.

Exceptional quality, great home buying experience.

The sales team is excellent, the supervisors pretend to want to solve issues and then say everything is in standard. The model is well built with attention to detail, mine has lousy drywall, poor tile work door out of square, light switches that still don't work. outside electrical box filled with water and shorted out. can't close the utility box in laundry as the drywall was piled up so thick the latch won't work. Poor quality work

Before we recently moved back to Arizona, we had a Beazer home built in Dallas, Tx. My wife and I were so impressed the first time with our experience, we decided to have another Beazer Home built in Goodyear, Az. From top to bottom, from the build to finish, Beazer’s commitment to customer satisfaction Is truly second to none. If something pops up that needs to be taken care of, their on it. My wife and I couldn’t be happier!

45 days after moving in We’re still waiting for Beazer to fix things that should have been fixed before moving in.
