I would definitely recommend beazer to anyone that wants to buy a home. Great and smooth process and amazing people.

Our homebuying experience was good overall. Obviously nothing can be done about supply issues but the communication was great and we were kept in the loop the entire time. When it comes to closing, that is an area that could have been better as far as expectations go as well as promises kept.

Besides delays on things to be completed, we had a good experience with Beazer homes. Excellent customer service and thorough explanation of the process.

Beazer team and builders were very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend to people looking for a new home.

Amber was great! The team stayed in communication despite unavoidable delays and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my home upon completion. Crew was friendly and welcoming every time I interacted with them. Would definitely recommend Beazer to others seeking to build!

Customer service is good, followups for warranty is good

I can’t believe that they installed the wrong door knobs and at the close of escrow forgot to reorder the correct ones ( lever in oil bronze ) and now say it won’t be until end of January

Was a long haul with COVID hitting as we started the building of the home. However, there were many issues as the building continued. Finally after a year to the date that the paperwork was signed the home was complete.

The process was as smooth as can be with the exception of Covid making some of the processes that you usually get to experience with a new build a little different. When going to the design center definitely have a plan on what are the must have upgrades. It’s really easy to get carried away with upgrades. If you can install some of the things yourself for example the ceiling fans, garage door opener and kitchen faucet you can definitely save some money there. The walk through before getting the house definitely be as picky as you can. It is a new build. It’s not gonna be perfect but it should be move in ready. Definitely look at the exterior of the house like the stucco. Our interior doors did not close well. I had to counter sink the door knob assembly so it wouldn’t rub on to the door frame. We have no cold water. I asked the builder and it’s something the city has to fix. I guess the city doesn’t want to put chillers to cool the water. Check the tile for cracks and the grout for holes or air bubbles. The things I mentions are all cosmetic things that are easy fixes and shouldn’t discourage you to check Beazer out. All in all my wife and I are really happy with our new home. The builders Gabe and Chris were awesome to work with and very understanding. Still waiting on cabinet door that has a scratch in it. Also just had to pick up all the trash left around the dumpster because I’m tired of all the trash in my yard. As for the house I’m very happy with it. And extremely satisfied with the staff. I would buy another home from Beazer any day.

They help with getting what i needed as far as a home that fits my family and also have you try different lenders so that I would get the best deal. They are helpful with all the questions we had as this was our second time buying a home. Their homes have great quality and friendly staff to help with all our needs. My home is beautiful and the process was fairly easy. The only problem that I have is that when we purchased our lot, we were told that we had the biggest lot in this area which isn't the case. The house across the street has a bigger backyard and they are able to have a 10ft rv gate. We are definitely a little disappointed because of that.

Our sales and construction managers were great. Helpful and responsive. We love our new community and home, but had a few hiccups during the building process. We were one of the last homes built our development, after the sales office was closed and Beazer had moved their attention to other, newer developments, which made it seem like like the focus on our build was not what it might have been. Would recommend at least weekly visits and reviewing your punch list regularly to be sure no details are overlooked. We discovered small things, like the wrong shape sink in the guest bath, wrong color fan in the living room, no fan remotes. Not big things, easily fixed, but attention needs to be paid. ... More

Great sales staff that was easy to work with and helped the process along quickly and efficiently. The workman ship is good and the super indent of the build was great. I am happy I purchased a Beazer home except for the closing process. We signed the papers on a Monday and transferred the funds at that time. On Wednesday we received a notice that they had received the funds. The keys were not given to us till 4:00 on the dot. We were told this at the beginning of the entire process. They have the money but yet we can not have the keys and start moving in earlier. This is wrong!!

We love everything about our new home except the drain in the master shower was discovered to be clogged and will require our bathroom floor to be dig up to unclog the pipe. Bummer!

Nice people, nice house. Love the lot and location. At first, hated the woodwork in closets, pantry and laundry - but now love the fact they will serve us well until we're able to upgrade those areas. So my only lasting disappointment was learning that, although we selected a certain kitchen design (about a $2,300 upgrade), there was (later) an additional cost of about $1,900 added on. Not happy about that.

This builder is quick! our home was completed a month sooner than expected

If you’re looking for a home buying experience to be perfect I hate to break it to you it doesn’t exist. That being said beaded did a wonderful job from beginning to end. Plus after we moved in if there’s any issues we just go online with our problem and it’s taken care of right away. We did a lot of looking And again glad we chose Beazer. The room options and the options at the design center are great , Love my 15 foot sliding glass door .

We bought a new home on 4/23/25. This is a Solar home which was one of the main reasons we bought this home. All the homes in this neighborhood have solar and are one-level which we like. However, our Solar is NOT set up yet. We have panels on our roof but NO Solar meter and no one is reaching out at Beazer to assist in setting this up. It has been 8 weeks since we purchased the home and APS (Phoenix Power) needs a solar application to hookup, This is still NOT done and Beazer CS hasn't been quick to reply to solve this issue. Maybe this review will spur someone at Beazer to look into this. The home is fine, but we need the Solar system to be set up with APS. APS tells us that the builder (Beazer Homes) needs to initiate this application and so on. This is my main complaint. ... More

My experience purchasing a new home at Tirreno at Iron Wing in Litchfield Park, AZ, was a bit of a mixed bag. The communication after the initial sales meeting with the sales representative was lacking. Unfortunately, she is no longer onsite, and I’m unsure who the current contact person is. Additionally, the title company used by Beazer Homes was not the best. As an out-of-town buyer, I expected a smoother closing process, but there were several hiccups along the way. The final walkthrough of the home revealed several issues that required attention, leading to a punch list post-closing. The construction and customer service teams didn’t always communicate effectively, which added to the challenges. However, I want to express my gratitude to the customer service representative Alex who handled my warranty cases. His consistent communication and dedication to resolving issues before his promotion within Beazer were greatly appreciated. While I’ve purchased multiple new homes, I believe Beazer has room for improvement in these areas. With better communication and coordination, they could truly set themselves apart from other new communities. ... More
