Our overall experience was good. Although we had a few issues along the way, as is typical with new construction. Our team, (Bob, Coop, Julie, and Randy were there to address it and keep the build moving along. We appreciate their hard work and dedication.

This is the 4th new home I have purchased and this was the best experience I have had. The follow up from everyone at Beazer has been exceptional, especially my Sales Rep and the Super on the site for construction.

Very friendly, Honest, Helpful. Every employee envolver in the process was kind and always answered any questions I had. If they didn’t know the answer they would find out and give me an answer in a day or two. Listen to their advice or suggestions they will help you make a better informed decision.

The process to buying my home was made easy thanks to the staff at Beazer homes. They walked me and gave me as much information on the homes that I had no idea about. I was truly shown quality customer care

Our sales and construction managers were great. Helpful and responsive. We love our new community and home, but had a few hiccups during the building process. We were one of the last homes built our development, after the sales office was closed and Beazer had moved their attention to other, newer developments, which made it seem like like the focus on our build was not what it might have been. Would recommend at least weekly visits and reviewing your punch list regularly to be sure no details are overlooked. We discovered small things, like the wrong shape sink in the guest bath, wrong color fan in the living room, no fan remotes. Not big things, easily fixed, but attention needs to be paid. ... More

I’m quite pleased with the new Beazer home. It’s been a couple months with no major troubles. The staff are incredibly friendly and our requests have been processed quickly and efficiently. Moving in warranty after the first week was very smooth and friendly.

The staff seems very friendly up until you sign for the house. Afterwards they could care less. I have had several issues after signing for the house and it is very hard to get a response from anyone. Very disappointed for a first time home buyer.

Wonderful experience from start to finish!

We have built 3 homes, 3 different builders and this one so far is falling to the lowest :( The framing was great, the plumbing had SOO many issues that I'm super happy I have a plumber in the family to point it out, our water is on the wrong side of the house, our gas heater has to be on the highest setting to heat the water, interior painting was the worst, stucco isn't solid on patio so I'm sure that will be breaking very soon, just so much going on with little to no help on getting it done. They want to send a painter in for the 3rd time and I refuse because my furniture is now in the home and the horrible job they've done the last 2 times I know my stuff would be ruined. Love the location and that's the only reason we closed on the house. I, so far, wouldn't build with Beazer again. ... More

Buying and moving into this home has been a great experience. First time purchasing new build and have not regretted. Great people to work with. Everyone has been great. During as well as after purchasing.

Realtor gave false information. Beazer homes was never on the same page. I gave 3 stars instead of 2 because the home was beautiful once completed.

I was told Beazer Management will install the Fan in my Newly Moved House but they did not even I requested them multiple times

Once my wife and I took a look at the models and talked to Nancy Warner in the office, we knew we wanted to buy. She was so helpful and flexible to answer all of our questions, without making us feel like we were high-maintenance (which I think we were). She remained positive and helpful the entire process. Also, the walk thoughts went great, and any/all concerns were dealt with quickly. We love the design and value of our new home. Had a really good experience with the construction superintendent Jacie and love the house

We purchased a spec home and wish we had kept looking. We have had numerous issues that should have been taken care of as the house was being built and definetly prior to our closing. We understand that there will be issues but the lack of interest in customer satisfaction is disappointing. The only person so far who has shown any interest is our warranty person. Also, in our opinion, the building trades they hire lack attention to detail and have no regard for the homeowners living in the homes around those being built. We definitely would not buy a Beazer home again.
