Bad experience with the builder, multiple things needed to be fixed in orientation and they promised me they were going to fix all of them! And they give me their guarantee. Paint job was done poorly and never fix it, they were sloppy and careless on the few things they try to fix. They misled me and rush me into signing the final contract. I've been in the house for about two months and they basically forgot about all the things needed to be fixed Would not recommend Beezer.

Horrible finish work and follow up by company

Had multiple finish issues at pre closing walkthrough that were not fixed by closing. Construction manager promised to send someone out to fix issues-never did. 3 weeks later we’re told it has to go through warranty dept. Submitted list and a month later still waiting for someone to contact us.

Beazer Homes - Very disappointed with several aspects of the Beazer home buying

Very disappointed with several aspects of the Beazer home buying experience. Most importantly, our brand new $400K house did not appraise for the purchase price. Additionally, I have had to deal with several repair issues — everything from termite concerns to “dead” electrical outlets to a garage door that didn’t seal effectively. I want to love my new home...but I feel like these issues have sucked the joy and excitement out of the home buying process...and, I am left with concerns around the quality and workmanship of this house.

Worse experience ever

Allowed me to move in with no working oven. Refuses to take accountability and replace it. I had to put up my own Welcome Home sign and was handed my keys and basically that was it. For first time home buyer I would go somewhere else.

The quality of the home is nice, but getting to that point was a nightmare. To many hiccups along the way and areas that need to be worked on. Especially the day of closing.

Love the HOUSE hate the ISSUES -- TERRIBLE

I purchased my home with a checklist before close. The tags were removed, but NOTHING was done. I have now been in the house for over 30 days with ZERO repairs. I recommended people to this builder that purchased a home with the same issues and I am embarrassed when I show my home. This is not my first build, but will be my last with this builder.

Lots of issues.

We purchased a new home and have had issues. First the design did not give us accurate information, after the fact we found out items were available that we were told they did not have. We made changes and the change orders didnt seem to make it to the job site. Our master shower tile has been an issue. They have made "repairs" several times. Each time the repairs made it worse. We are still fighting with this. We have other small items that have not been resolve yet. We hope they get to them. But it seems like if we dont follow up repeatedly nothing happens. I wouldn't do it again.

We purchased a spec home and wish we had kept looking. We have had numerous issues that should have been taken care of as the house was being built and definetly prior to our closing. We understand that there will be issues but the lack of interest in customer satisfaction is disappointing. The only person so far who has shown any interest is our warranty person. Also, in our opinion, the building trades they hire lack attention to detail and have no regard for the homeowners living in the homes around those being built. We definitely would not buy a Beazer home again.

17 years ago I built with Beazer so when I was in the market to buy a house again, I only looked at Beazer. I spent over 300,000.00 on this house and am so disappointed. I am actually trying to figure out how to get my money back out when I sell it. I paid a lot of money for a patio door that I can't open one side, another door whistles when the wind blows, and I reported tile in my shower that is cracked, didn't hear back from anyone, and when I called a month later, I was told that it was standard to have some imperfections. They tell come and fix something and make mistake they say next week, next 2 weeks they never show up. the house not complete in the backyard .

Sadly, we have faced one disappointment after another with our new build from the signing of the contracts to obtaining permits to start of the build to the trade workers. The quality of the trade workers that our builder contracts is lacking at best. Upon closing there were still several items needing repair. Zero after sale support

I have been waiting months for beazer to fix simple items that needed attention from construction. This has been a nightmare dealing with subcontractors all day. Appointments are routinely made and broken, and beazer allows it to happen. The quality control by beazer over their subs is the worst I’ve ever experienced in the trades. I love the floor plan and location of my home, but wish it was being built by anyone else. I am hoping theses things will be done so I can enjoy my new home.
