I'll sum my review up in two names. Jimmy and Gerald. If it had not been for these two guys I wouldn't had a great first time home buying experience. After hitting a few snags here and there, they were always accessible to take care of things. Their genuine concern overall was truly amazing. I'm happy in my first home. Everyone had told me I would be happy with Beazer and I am. I have a gorgeous home and I would like to thank Jimmy and Gerald again for making my experience a good one.

I want to start this by saying our actual purchasing experience with our rep Kathleen was amazing. She is always responsive and on top of things. Ongoing she sent pictures and communicated often. My reason for 3 instead of 5 stars is the ongoing issues with the incompletion of our home. We closed mid Sept and moved early Oct. We were in constant touch with the builder about things that were not right/broken/not completed. We are still waiting for several things to be done and they have stopped all communications at this time. I am going to try to reach out once more. Since we have ...

Great buying experience and move in. Sub-par follow up with follow-up fixes

We had a great buying experience from vacant lot to move in. However, after the move in trying to get someone to come take care of many cosmetic issues as been frustrating. Months have gone by, appointments made and no one shows up and just poor communication. I understand there has been some staff changes so I don't think this is pervasive to all Beazer homes in San Tan Valley but more a timing issue of personal. Nonetheless, I have been frustrated.

My whole experience was pretty smooth. I made a real quick decision to sign the contract as they are selling fast. But the team really helped me in picking the right things throughout the process.

I had a great experience buying a home from Beazer. Everyone I worked with through the purchasing process was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I never felt pressure and was presented with all options.

Sales team amazing/ build workmanship poor

The sales team Amber and Beth are absolutely amazing. They are always keeping you up to date on the progress of your home and answer your questions. As far as everything else no so good. The quality of workmanship is poor. Our grout is not even and has gaps and holes in it, we have asked multiple times for this to be repaired and it has yet to be done. The paint also has yet to be completed. Our garage was not fully painted, we still have yellow spots on some of our ceilings, we have a large gash in our panty wall, dents on our curves at windows, a hole where our towel rack was placed wrong ...

Beazer Homes responded:
Thank you so much for your review! We are happy to hear your experience with the sales team was enjoyable, and we will make sure to let Amber and Beth know! We would also like to extend an apology for your disappointment with the workmanship of your home. We were able to reach out to your builders Andrew and Judd, and are happy they were able to address your concerns. We also would like to invite you to contact us directly whenever you may have concerns. You can reach the New Home Contact Center at 888-623-2937, and they will be able to assist you with anything you may ...

Team at Beazer was so understanding of my circumstances. Michelle and Bob were extremely helpful and walked me through the process . Design center had lots of options . Matt at CNN mortgage helped me find the best rate and type of loan to make my Dreams become a reality. The guys who built my house (contractors) took care in the process.

Closing on the home went smoothly. Cleaning and touch up of paint and repairing of a hole in the wall in one of the closets didn't happen.

Beazer Homes responded:
Thank you for your feedback! We do appreciate you sharing this information with us. We have reviewed your account history and do not show the issues with the paint or the hole in the closet were ever reported to our warranty department. Please call our New Home Contact Center at 888-623-2937 so we may look into those concerns for you. Thank ...

We have been in our home about 6 weeks and have found many issues. We found many during the build itself also. We installed a security door on the front and now our front door is unusable because the overhang is too low and the door won't open. Beazer tells us it's been inspected and it's built to specs, funny that my security cameras didn't catch anyone at our front door inspecting it. They say it's not their issue, but the same house down the street has no issue and the measurements are completely different. If you build with them you must stay on top of them at every stage. We had J boxes ...

Poor interior craftsmanship

Unfortunately there were many issues we discovered prior and during our walk through ranging from uneven drywall work and texturing, tile grout, paint and positioning of bathroom sink lights. We love the layout and the quality of most of the structure but the tradespeople must have been sloppy, inexperienced or rushed or all of the above.

I like the value for the price paid. I love the layout, location and space. However, been having an extremely difficult time working with Beazer to have my warranty issues worked. I have not had any problems with 90% of the house construction however the doors quality is bad, and getting them to replace them has been a nightmare. This is not my first new home that I have purchased, I understand with new constructions there are always things that will need to get fixed/replaced ect. It should not take me calling over the span of 2 months, getting empty promises of follow ups (never to be ...

I have been waiting months for beazer to fix simple items that needed attention from construction. This has been a nightmare dealing with subcontractors all day. Appointments are routinely made and broken, and beazer allows it to happen. The quality control by beazer over their subs is the worst I’ve ever experienced in the trades. I love the floor plan and location of my home, but wish it was being built by anyone else. I am hoping theses things will be done so I can enjoy my new home.

Beazer Homes responded:
Thank you so much for your review! We would like to genuinely apologize for any and all issues you have experienced with our vendors and we will be addressing them.
