The whole process went very well. The heightened anxiety of the house being THE HOUSE is the only issue we had. The whole team did a great job I didn’t feel the need to be worried about them they were helpful and didn’t leave things out.

I have fell in love with the Beazer community: Sevilla at Ironwing in Litchfield Park, AZ!! Being able to talk with Amber in the sales office was amazing! She was soo helpful and a breath of fresh air. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in the WHOLE process from my pre-qual to the closing of my home!! I was able to get weekly photo updates of progress. D (head foreman) always kept for updated and informed on every step of when things would be installed. If there were going to be any possible delays he was very honest about the complete building process for my home! I am so glad I purchased my new home with Beazer!! From people who we first met to get information and see the models houses, to the construction crew and title person, the process was well conducted and informed. The house has good quality and is well built. The small details they had to fix before the closing were all solved.

This was my third time purchasing a home and by far the least stressful experience. The staff was wonderful, shout out to (Dawn, Luis and Brian). The communication and follow through was spot on. I was impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to help make sure everything is meeting my wants, needs and desires. Thank you!

Abraham, customer service, has been very responsive. We have appreciated James, he walked over to our house to show me how something works. Judd and Brandon have also been a very responsive help. Christie, our sales agent, was a delight to work with from start to finish. We often stop in to say, "hi." Bottom line, we would buy Beazer again,..we hope we don't need to.

I’ve had a wonderful experience during the whole process from working with Amber in the sales office to D during construction. He told me he was going to build me a beautiful house & he did! Everyone listened to what I wanted and genuinely worked together to make the whole process a very pleasant one.

From my first step in the show home sales office being greeted by Janine to date with Abraham stopping in to make sure things are going well. I would highly recommend Beazer homes. The few months between I have been in contact also with Christy & Brandon they are all on top of things. Always helpful & nice to chat with.

I dealt Brandon the superintendent. He was most professional and knows his stuff. Any little issues were addressed promptly and with a smile. Great house. I would definitely buy from Beazer again.

The process was relatively stress-free - working with competing lenders was a unique experience as well as fun. Sales agent was great and after the sale service has been good.

The home building/buying experience was stellar. Suzie, Benito & Cameron were a true dream team! From weekly pictures to the attention to detail in walking through the home and even the level of follow up from Benito after I moved in, truly surpassed my expectations.

House is beautiful and is beautiful between so with the buying process and work together with us to help us through times of difficulties. Cameron and Bennito for great as well as the rest of the team including Susie. Apologies for forgetting your names at this time the quality of the house has been wonderful Design with exactly what you wanted. Follow up has been great with the builder. Very happy to be in our first brand. New build.

I am so proud of this home and the staff at Beazer for being super stars at their craft! The Super always says hi to me and my family and Brian is always great with my family needs and schedule. They are agreat asset to the Beazer and need a pay increase! I have seen some great staff but they go above and beyond and for that i am truelly grateful.

Buying the home was fast and easy. We used one of the lenders that Beazer Homes offered (Courtney @ VIP Mortgage was amazing) and it made a huge difference. This is our 2nd new build in three years (moved out of state) and having the open communication was very helpful and took a lot of the stress out of the transaction. Everyone has been kind and helpful (thank you D).

Great experience purchasing my home from Beazer! The sales team was responsive and professional while out of state and made things very easy! I had a few things that needed to be looked at after moving in and the customer service team was on it right away. Benito with the construction team has been communicative and helpful in navigating the process of requesting work orders. Overall, I am very happy with the process and the team!

The whole buying experience with Beezer was great. You can tell that the construction managers really want you to have the best experience in your new home. Any inconvenience they will get to it as soon as possible even with all of the other construction still going on in the development.

After living vicariously through my good friend during her homebuilding process with Beazer in 2020-2021, when I was ready to buy my first home in 2022, I researched many builders and also decided to go with Beazer because of the great experience my friend had (and I saw the finished results first-hand!) plus everything you get for the price. Even though it's not technically a custom home, I feel like it is since I was able to choose so many options that make it unique to me inside and out. I was also building from afar (living in Seattle the entire year the house was constructed) but never felt I was being cheated or out of the loop. I flew down three times during that year - at the very beginning to choose my lot, a couple of months later for the design appointment and finally the pre-drywall appointment about four months before the house was complete. The rest of the time, I received weekly (sometimes more often!) updates and a LOT of text messaged photos of the progress. Mark, Janine, Benito and Shawn responded to every question and guided me through every single step. I had no issues at all with not being nearby. The one or two delays (cabinets and tile, if I remember correctly) didn't affect the timeline at all - they promised me it would take no more than 12 months and I closed three days shy of that! After closing, there were a few things that still needed to be taken care of and Shawn checked in almost every day those first couple of weeks to make sure things were handled properly. Between him, Benito and Fiorela, those initial weeks were much less stressful than they could have been. Overall, I had a great experience with Beazer and would highly recommend them. ... More
