We bought a new home on 4/23/25. This is a Solar home which was one of the main reasons we bought this home. All the homes in this neighborhood have solar and are one-level which we like. However, our Solar is NOT set up yet. We have panels on our roof but NO Solar meter and no one is reaching out at Beazer to assist in setting this up. It has been 8 weeks since we purchased the home and APS (Phoenix Power) needs a solar application to hookup, This is still NOT done and Beazer CS hasn't been quick to reply to solve this issue. Maybe this review will spur someone at Beazer to look into this. The home is fine, but we need the Solar system to be set up with APS. APS tells us that the builder (Beazer Homes) needs to initiate this application and so on. This is my main complaint. ... More

They both went above and beyond to make sure I had the best home buying experience. They were attentive and responded quickly to all of my questions. I would recommend Beazer to anyone looking for a new home.

I would like to recognize the staff who helped us throughout our quick buying process. Amber was so wonderful to work with. She answered many questions with kindness and expertise. Irving has also been an outstanding resource for Beazer Homes as we transition to living in a new state with new homeownership requirements. Thanks to both of them for making this move an easier process.

From the purchase process through the closing of the that home everyone was very friendly and helpful. Courtney was a pleasure to deal with for the purchase of our home. She explained the different models and Floorplan and the financing. John and Abraham we very easy to deal with as to the different phases of construction and the time period. I had many questions and watched the building of the home since we lived very close by. So far we are very pleased with our new home. I would recommend Beazer to other buyers.

From the beginning of the process, my fiancé and I experience has been above and beyond our expectations with everyone we worked with throughout the buying process! Even after moving into our new home, all personnel continue to make themselves available to us to answer any questions and even resolve any issues that arise!

My experience purchasing a new home at Tirreno at Iron Wing in Litchfield Park, AZ, was a bit of a mixed bag. The communication after the initial sales meeting with the sales representative was lacking. Unfortunately, she is no longer onsite, and I’m unsure who the current contact person is. Additionally, the title company used by Beazer Homes was not the best. As an out-of-town buyer, I expected a smoother closing process, but there were several hiccups along the way. The final walkthrough of the home revealed several issues that required attention, leading to a punch list post-closing. The construction and customer service teams didn’t always communicate effectively, which added to the challenges. However, I want to express my gratitude to the customer service representative Alex who handled my warranty cases. His consistent communication and dedication to resolving issues before his promotion within Beazer were greatly appreciated. While I’ve purchased multiple new homes, I believe Beazer has room for improvement in these areas. I had an amazing experience building our home from the ground up with Beazer. The sales team was informative through the process, but what made the experience so great is due to Beazer’s local construction management team. We were helped by Abraham here at Estrella to make our house a home. Abraham, the construction manager, went above and beyond to make sure all issues were addressed and he just made the experience so pleasant. He truly deserves all the praise.

She sent photos of every stage of the home building. She answered multitude of questions.

Construction manager D and his team did what they promised to do. All the work was completed in a timely manner. Thank you very much!

D has been such an honed to work with, he has been so helpful and on top of any situation that we had questions of. I would buy another house because of him thank you Amber and thank you Mr.D for his experience we are so blessed!

Where do I/we start? Normally, I would start with an “A,” but this time I’m going to start with “D!” D is a freakin’ phenomenal Superintendent!!!! We simply can’t say enough about him - in ONLY the positive! Our experience was to say in the least… an amazingly smooth experience. And we felt very informed and well taken care of every step of the way!!! As a majorly high-producing perfectionistic Realtor myself, I WISH that ALL of MY CLIENTS could have an experience working with a such a HIGHLY SKILLED SUPERINTENDENT - JUST LIKE D!!!! (It would be a fantastic experience for my future buyers; it is such an enhancement to the purchasing process to have the privilege to work with D… and in all reality, it would make my life so much easier as an agent - As his level of competence is off the charts!!! If only Beazer and ALL other home builders could / would/ should be forced to hire ONLY superintendents that are JUST LIKE D, then so many buyers would actually be way more thrilled, and less stressed out about their moving! It’s extremely stressful to move and buy a house much less add onto it all the new build stuff… And he makes you feel like everything‘s gonna bejust right!! And then he delivers! D DESERVES a PROMOTION! Here’s why: 1st: D is extremely knowledgeable!!!! 2nd: D Takes his time, answers questions, and has the unique ability to answer questions in various ways, so that no matter what learning style you have, when he’s done explaining/answering you are left with a clear understanding for what he’s conveying! 3rd: D knows that sometime in our business we have to play psychologist to the person who’s walking in the door to see the home. Help talk them off the ledge and help them to realize what they’re actually purchasing so that they can make informed decisions. And keep their emotions out of it. I’ve watched D enough now, to witness and attest to the fact that he is able to pivot and handle with ease all of the those emotional roller-coasters of a ride - that seem to happen towards closing and during walk-thru(s)! 4th: D is extremely trustworthy & reliable! When he says that he’s going to have something happen it gets done!!! 5th: D does his best to preemptively take care of any needs the buyer has during the closing process. Sometimes handling things before they even would come up for the Client(s)/Buyer(s)…. And I only got to witness it 1st hand because I was not only one of the clients, but also the Buyers’ Realtor! 6th: D makes you feel like family or at the very least you feel like you’re talking to an old friend. And not just any friend/family member, but one who’s got your 6! D, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts as buyers we appreciate you being such a wonderful Superintendent! My Salesperson Matt was great to work with throughout my homebuying experience. Irving did an excellent job with my new home orientation briefing and walkthroughs. Abraham and Irving provided outstanding post-closing assistance with a few items that needed correction or repair. The build quality is superior and the home is very energy-efficient. I'm very satisfied with my Beazer Homes purchase and recommend them highly.

No builder is perfect but Beazer did a great job on our home and were satisfied.

The experience of purchasing the home was fine; the number of issues that I’ve run into since moving in…. not so much. In short, just no attention to detail and poor craftsmanship in general. I recognize that this is more of a reflection of the subcontractors that they use but having been in my home for about 6 weeks I actually regret my purchase.

From the initial sales experience, setting the right timeline, the building process, the communication, the quality of the home, to the after move-in quality control. I am extremely happy with the whole experience. Everyone was very kind and helpful in answering my questions and/or concerns. I love my new home!
