Simply put, I love my home. It’s well built per my home inspector, and my team from my NHC to my construction manager made me fall more in love with my home each step of the way. I can’t say enough good things about my experience, and how well I was treated by Beazer staff. I wish nothing but the same amazing experience for all future Beazer residents.

Overall very pleased with the experience. The sales team to construction team did a great job. The weekly updates and direct communication during the home building process was excellent.

This was our second new home building experience and Beazer has been fantastic to work with! They worked with us throughout the entire process to deliver us a beautiful home with no issues. Beazer has set the bar for all home builders and we are so happy we chose them to build our home. If you’re considering Beazer don’t hesitate as they truly are the best in the industry!

From the start Amber helped us out tremendously especially being first time homebuyers. She walked us through the whole process and answered any and all question we had. Once the house was being build we then transitioned our questions and concerns to D the superintendent. He encouraged us to come to him with any questions or issues we saw with the house throughout the building process. He would answer our questions and if he wasn’t sure of the answer he would dig into it and give us an update. He was always on top of what we asked of him and also updating us throughout the process. We cannot say enough about Abraham. From the moment that we had met him until this very day he has been wonderful to our family. Wow! We were about ready to sign with another builder but decided to keep our appointment with Beazer. We were stunned by the beauty of the model home presented by Christie and immediately knew we had to switch gears. This is our first new build and while we anticipated the completion of our home we couldn't sleep. April, Christie and her team listened to us and were very thorough with follow up. When it was time to get the keys we met Abraham. He was the icing on the cake. He listened and cared about the little issues in our inspection and was quick to resolve each issue. The whole process went very well. The heightened anxiety of the house being THE HOUSE is the only issue we had. The whole team did a great job I didn’t feel the need to be worried about them they were helpful and didn’t leave things out.

I have fell in love with the Beazer community: Sevilla at Ironwing in Litchfield Park, AZ!! Being able to talk with Amber in the sales office was amazing! She was soo helpful and a breath of fresh air. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in the WHOLE process from my pre-qual to the closing of my home!! I was able to get weekly photo updates of progress. D (head foreman) always kept for updated and informed on every step of when things would be installed. If there were going to be any possible delays he was very honest about the complete building process for my home! I am so glad I purchased my new home with Beazer!! From people who we first met to get information and see the models houses, to the construction crew and title person, the process was well conducted and informed. The house has good quality and is well built. The small details they had to fix before the closing were all solved.

Team helped me lot overall

This was my third time purchasing a home and by far the least stressful experience. The staff was wonderful, shout out to (Dawn, Luis and Brian). The communication and follow through was spot on. I was impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to help make sure everything is meeting my wants, needs and desires. Thank you!

Abraham, customer service, has been very responsive. We have appreciated James, he walked over to our house to show me how something works. Judd and Brandon have also been a very responsive help. Christie, our sales agent, was a delight to work with from start to finish. We often stop in to say, "hi." Bottom line, we would buy Beazer again,..we hope we don't need to.

I’ve had a wonderful experience during the whole process from working with Amber in the sales office to D during construction. He told me he was going to build me a beautiful house & he did! Everyone listened to what I wanted and genuinely worked together to make the whole process a very pleasant one.

From my first step in the show home sales office being greeted by Janine to date with Abraham stopping in to make sure things are going well. I would highly recommend Beazer homes. The few months between I have been in contact also with Christy & Brandon they are all on top of things. Always helpful & nice to chat with.

I dealt Brandon the superintendent. He was most professional and knows his stuff. Any little issues were addressed promptly and with a smile. Great house. I would definitely buy from Beazer again.

The process was relatively stress-free - working with competing lenders was a unique experience as well as fun. Sales agent was great and after the sale service has been good.

It’s been 45 days and Abraham has earned our trust. Abraham is excellent, communicate well and follow up right away. We’re highly satisfied with Abraham.

The home building/buying experience was stellar. Suzie, Benito & Cameron were a true dream team! From weekly pictures to the attention to detail in walking through the home and even the level of follow up from Benito after I moved in, truly surpassed my expectations.

House is beautiful and is beautiful between so with the buying process and work together with us to help us through times of difficulties. Cameron and Bennito for great as well as the rest of the team including Susie. Apologies for forgetting your names at this time the quality of the house has been wonderful Design with exactly what you wanted. Follow up has been great with the builder. Very happy to be in our first brand. New build.

I am so proud of this home and the staff at Beazer for being super stars at their craft! The Super always says hi to me and my family and Brian is always great with my family needs and schedule. They are agreat asset to the Beazer and need a pay increase! I have seen some great staff but they go above and beyond and for that i am truelly grateful.

Buying the home was fast and easy. We used one of the lenders that Beazer Homes offered (Courtney @ VIP Mortgage was amazing) and it made a huge difference. This is our 2nd new build in three years (moved out of state) and having the open communication was very helpful and took a lot of the stress out of the transaction. Everyone has been kind and helpful (thank you D).
