I'm still enjoying my home I have so much to say I don't know how to say it

Christie and Susan were extremely kind and professional throughout this entire process. They kept me up to date with each step and make the process seamless. I had a very positive experience with them and will ensure that I recommend them to friends and family. D was an amazing project manager. He communicated with me throughout the process and made sure that I had everything that I needed. Whenever I had an issue, he was always super responsive and made me enjoy my experience even more.

The house we bought was a spec home, but we started with this home at foundation. Eileen and Nancy (sales team) picked out everything in this home, and honestly, I couldn't of done a better job. The lack of trades and products being delayed, was the worst part of building, But the team from Beazer did the best job under the circumstances. They kept us informed and always was understanding when we expressed our frustrations at the build time. The lending process was good too. Coreen and her team at Wells Fargo, was easy to work with and always answered our questions. We began our house hunting experience.back in Jan. 2022. We co side red a resale house but did t want to be in a bidding war going on at that time. We got on a few builders waiting lists and after 2-3 weeks got the call from Beazer office they were releasing 6 lots and we could choose whichever we wanted. Great we signed on and picked a corner lot overlooking the White Tank Mountains. The only thing around us was dirt. We had a vision how wonderful it will be to live in this brand new community. We love being in our new home! Eileen has been wonderful to work with - from the moment we started our process, she has been kind and caring. A big shoutout and thank you to Jorge, Cameron and Nathan for addressing our concerns after we’ve moved in. We really appreciate the Beazer team for their outstanding customer service!

The built took way longer than we expected to be in our home but the final result was very satisfactory. The after move in follow up from George, Nathan, and Cameron has been fabulous.

Nancy, our new home counselor, went the extra mile to make things happen. She listened to our lot requirements and found us the perfect lot. She kept us updated on progress and provided prompt follow up to our questions. Nathan, Cameron, and Jorge are very knowledgeable and professional, getting back to us quickly to answer questions or resolve any issues. Jorge is a pleasure to work with. He provides excellent customer service and keeps us up to date on scheduling of trades. He makes sure to follow up to ensure things are taken care of. They all go above and beyond and are true assets to the Beazer team. Throughout the building process, we only had one hiccup - cabinetry. Love my new home and I appreciate the people who helped make it happen. The sales team was amazing, the construction team was really good at keeping me informed and made sure I was satisfied with each step. I probably drove them a little nuts by checking in every week of construction but they treated me with professionalism and kindness.

Everyone working on our home was just amazing. There is no other way to put it! Everyone from Eileen, Coop, Jorge, and Harris! They really care and are unique for this job! We wouldn't change a thing!

This was our first time experiencing a new buy and Beazer made the entire experience amazing! From start to finish we had frequent communication that kept us in the loop with every new update to the home. With us moving from another state, they would also did face time if needed and sent constant pictures. I would definitely recommend using Beazer!

We love our new home!

Signing a contract for a new build on the heels of a pandemic takes guts! Fortunately for us we chose Beazer Homes. Although we did have some minor frustrations along the way. The team at Beazer came through for us in the end. Jerry, Robert, Nate, Jorge and Eileen were exceptional! The quality of construction is unmatched. We are very proud of our home at Ridgeline Vista!

Best experience I have had buying a home

Amber in sales was phenomenal in helping us keep tabs on the build and making us feel like we were right there! Beth also was helpful and informative on Ambers day off, they are an amazing one-two punch! Chris, on the builders side, went above and beyond getting our house together and was always pleasant and helpful!

The home buying experience with the Beazer team was top notch. We received weekly updates and pictures during the building process from Craig and Liz. The building supervisor, Jacie an expertise in her field was so helpful and quickly responded to our needs. Then quick follow up by Fio with our after purchase warranty request and also very accommodating to our schedule. Wow! So impressed and recommend others to purchase home from Beazer. Love our new home!!

Susan, Mark, Benito and all the other staff was so great. I got weekly updates on my home. They answered all my questions and was so loving to my daughter's and I. I love them so much

Luis goes above and beyond to respond to us quickly and answer any questions we had during and after closing. The thing that has impressed me the most is the professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness of all the workers.

Beazer and their builder crew were awesome. They kept me informed through out the entire process. About once a week I would receive a text with updated pictures of the progress. The builder crew including Benito was extremely encouraging. When there was warranty work he was “Johnny on the spot” to get it fixed. Every day during my morning walk I will see Benito and his crew engaging with the subs and other homeowners in the community. He is definitely fostering a great relationship between beazer and their customers like me.

From start to finish, Beazer has been a fantastic experience! Mark in the sales office was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind- taking time to answer all of our questions. He called with updates for every step of the build, which was incredibly helpful since we lived out of state. Once the build was finished, we worked with Luis. He helped us with our walk through, and explained the various systems and appliances in the home. Luis is a joy to work with! He went above and beyond to check in on us, and answer any questions we had about the house, even after we moved in. I’d also like to mention Harris, who was present during the walk-through. She was friendly and very knowledgeable, offering helpful suggestions for appliance registration, paperwork and touch-ups around the home. Coop and Eileen kept us updated with emails, photos, and phones calls throughout the process on building our quality home in Gold Canyon. The warranty service after closing is awesome. We couldn’t be happier with Beazer.

The “Super” on the job lived up to the title. He was super. The whole Beazer team here did a great job start to finish with keeping me informed, listening to and addressing my concerns, and going above and beyond. Any small after close issues have been addressed right away and done properly.
