We are delighted with the purchase of our new Beazer home in Avondale, AZ! Beazer builds a quality home and their craftsmanship far exceeds other builders. From the beginning Michal the Beazer sales rep made our home buying clear and easy. Scott, the building manager was awesome! He addressed any of our concerns immediately and gave us a true feeling of confidence in our home purchase. Mike in warranty explained the different warranties, as well as explaining the functions of everything in our home. We highly recommend Beazer Homes.

The entire process of buying our beautiful home has been amazing. We are so glad that we chose Beazer Homes. They made the purchase so easy. Our home has the little extras that makes you feel you have a quality home. They provided all the towel bars which my other new homes did not. They even provided dish soap. The entire Beazer team was great. Very personable. professional, knowable, and really friendly. We worked a lot with Mike. He made sure everything went smoothly and quickly if there were any issues. Our overall home buying experience has been great since we decided to have Beazer build us a new home. From the agent in the sales office in the model to the builder himself and the team that work with him, they have all been great to work with. They want to make sure you are happy and go the extra mile to make sure of that. We had them in our home a few times after we moved in to finish some things up that were outstanding. We had a great experience using beazer as our first new build for our family. The timing of completion was right on schedule. We loved the great communication from Dawn throughout the entire build. We got nothing but an excellent service from our builder's team, especially from Mike. He's been always so patient and accommodating anytime we contact him for questions and requests. He always responds in a timely manner, he coordinates and makes sure our needs or questions are well taken care of. He's such a great man and a very valuable asset of your team!

Throughout our home buying experience everyone from Nancy to Jorge gave us great customer service and that did not stop at closing. We have had the need to contact warranty services since closing and Jorge has been extremely responsive in handling any issues that have come up. We are so impressed that the person we need to call for things is not only readily accessible but friendly with a happy to help attitude. All builders should have a Jorge!

Amber was great through the whole process

The new home consult team (Nancy & Eileen) kept has continually updated through the buying and building process. Earlier build delay issues were made up when Nathan took over as builder/superintendent along with the rest of the build team. Jorge has been readily available to schedule the few warranty issues that came up after move in.

I love my Home. It is the best build home I have purchased. The construction and the personnel I've dealt with have been wonderful. The Assistant Construction Manager Branon has gone over and above in addressing my concerns and followed through with each of them, this has been my best experience in a new home purchase. I will always consider a Beazer home in the future.

My tile floor was fine at final walkthrough. When I got the keys the grout was a mess. It was spotted , discolored and looked terrible. I waited 30 days for this issue to be repaired. My furniture for those 30 days were camping chairs. It made no sense for me to move all my furniture in and then move it out for the repair. The front bedroom window is crooked and has to be pulled out and replaced. Two other windows are very tight to open and close. Both drawers in the bathroom cabinet rub on the counter when opening and closing. The cabinet is also missing trim pieces and the corner of the kick board. The cabinet in the master bath is missing the entire kick board. I have no idea how these issues even passed inspection. It’s obvious to me Beazer’s choice of contractors would have to be questioned. They were either in a hurry or their skill level was near the bottom of the scale. I have been in the house seven weeks. There does not appear to be any sense of urgency to make all these repairs. I would not recommend a Beazer home to anyone. This has been the most disappointing and depressing time of my life. I actually had to start depression medication for the first time ever. Excellent team of people at Beazer! Everyone from start to finish are wonderful! Eileen kept us informed as we moved from East to West Coast! Eileen and Nancy provided us with fantastic service and always communicated with us with pictures, texts and phone calls throughout the whole process. The Builders team was great! Jorge, Nathan and Cameron always answer our questions and address our concerns in a professional and timely manner! Highly recommend Beazer and their wonderful team of people!!

We love the floor plan and layout. The construction process was not what we expected. The process was frustrating to say tue least. The project was managed by absentee project managers, could not complete the home on multiple close dates, moved 4 times due to not being able to keep the home in schedule and having to re do items over and over. I understand todays issues, trade inexperience , material issues and shortages etc. however the supervision of the homes is lacking horribly at the very least, without picking on every item and every issue needs to he addressed, and not to mention training and understanding how to verify trade performance i was involved in 2 home purchases for our family in the same subdivision months apart and the experience was not pleasant. I can say that at least the customer service personal, Leslie, Lori have been stellar in helping resolve all the construction issues we have experienced. Kudos to the customer care department. I assure you the survey would reflect a lot more negative due to the construction process but the customer care dept has handled all our concerns top notch, things that should never reach the service department. Thanks to them we ate beginning to enjoy our new home. I can honestly say things and processes have changed since i worked there and not for the best. I selected Beazer due to my past knowledge of the way they operate and i should have did more researched them more prior. ... More

The Beazer team made my first home-buying (with a new build, no less) experience an amazing one! I connected with Marquee Loans through their Beazer's Choice program and Justin was still working to improve my mortgage package at the 11th hour before closing. Dawn and Michal at the sales office were a great team and always very warm and welcoming when I came in, and Michal provided photos to show the progress on the house, which was much appreciated considering since we couldn't take the time to come out too often. James did a great job walking through the features of the house with us and answering questions about what we'd want to keep in mind for later projects. He and Gabe did a great job delivering our home on time and in excellent condition. With that said, the super minor things that came up (doorbell stopped working, something got stuck in the garbage disposal), Mike was ON it, in one instance even popping by to take a look since he happened to be in the neighborhood checking on something else.
