This was our first time experiencing a new buy and Beazer made the entire experience amazing! From start to finish we had frequent communication that kept us in the loop with every new update to the home. With us moving from another state, they would also did face time if needed and sent constant pictures. I would definitely recommend using Beazer!

Signing a contract for a new build on the heels of a pandemic takes guts! Fortunately for us we chose Beazer Homes. Although we did have some minor frustrations along the way. The team at Beazer came through for us in the end. Jerry, Robert, Nate, Jorge and Eileen were exceptional! The quality of construction is unmatched. We are very proud of our home at Ridgeline Vista!

Amber in sales was phenomenal in helping us keep tabs on the build and making us feel like we were right there! Beth also was helpful and informative on Ambers day off, they are an amazing one-two punch! Chris, on the builders side, went above and beyond getting our house together and was always pleasant and helpful!

The home buying experience with the Beazer team was top notch. We received weekly updates and pictures during the building process from Craig and Liz. The building supervisor, Jacie an expertise in her field was so helpful and quickly responded to our needs. Then quick follow up by Fio with our after purchase warranty request and also very accommodating to our schedule. Wow! So impressed and recommend others to purchase home from Beazer. Love our new home!!

Luis goes above and beyond to respond to us quickly and answer any questions we had during and after closing. The thing that has impressed me the most is the professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness of all the workers.

Beazer and their builder crew were awesome. They kept me informed through out the entire process. About once a week I would receive a text with updated pictures of the progress. The builder crew including Benito was extremely encouraging. When there was warranty work he was “Johnny on the spot” to get it fixed. Every day during my morning walk I will see Benito and his crew engaging with the subs and other homeowners in the community. He is definitely fostering a great relationship between beazer and their customers like me.

From start to finish, Beazer has been a fantastic experience! Mark in the sales office was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind- taking time to answer all of our questions. He called with updates for every step of the build, which was incredibly helpful since we lived out of state. Once the build was finished, we worked with Luis. He helped us with our walk through, and explained the various systems and appliances in the home. Luis is a joy to work with! He went above and beyond to check in on us, and answer any questions we had about the house, even after we moved in. I’d also like to mention Harris, who was present during the walk-through. She was friendly and very knowledgeable, offering helpful suggestions for appliance registration, paperwork and touch-ups around the home. Coop and Eileen kept us updated with emails, photos, and phones calls throughout the process on building our quality home in Gold Canyon. The warranty service after closing is awesome. We couldn’t be happier with Beazer.

The “Super” on the job lived up to the title. He was super. The whole Beazer team here did a great job start to finish with keeping me informed, listening to and addressing my concerns, and going above and beyond. Any small after close issues have been addressed right away and done properly.

As the building got going, our builder Benito was great, Always on site, stopped by to ask me how things were going. Very timely and helpful when something came up, Louis was quick to take care of any issues during the final walks. Very knowledgeable and helpful during closing day. Great team at Acacia Foothills, made getting a home in a great location more enjoyable.

Our experience of purchasing a home with Beazer was excellent. We are very thankful for the trusted team we had. We were consistently given updates weekly to know where we stood in the process regardless of any delays from supply and demand, questions were always answered quickly and efficiently, and our home is beautiful. We have noticed the attention to detail that was placed into each craft even after moving in two months ago. Being a first time home buyer things can really be nerve braking at some points, Beazers team really did a good job on explaining step by step and guiding you through the process. Before buying my home, I did a lot of hopping around looking at different builders and by far Beazers can really stand out from the rest, not only by treating you as a friend “and not just a number”, but in their homes quality!

From the people to the house itself Beazer has been excellent. Dawn was amazing to work with from beginning to end. She helped to make what is normally a stressful process very effortless and smooth. Beazer's preferred lender Marquis was excellent! Cameron & Brandon were the construction team that did our our walk-through and were outstanding. The house is very high quality materials & construction and beautiful! I love my new Beazer home!
