Overall experience with Beazer was a pleasure. They were on it and communicated with me direct everyday and week to notify us what was being done next to our beautiful home. Guy that does by D super was amazing and very detailed on our walk throughs. The home really is a energy efficient home. Amazing work by beazer. I highly recommend them

I thought building a home would be better and more rewarding than buying a used home but it’s just a major headache. From the lack of quality work, to customer service after closing is horrible! There are things getting fixed that should’ve been taken care of prior to closing and it’s still ongoing. During closing, a few things were missed that just prove how much these workers do not care (from light fixtures not secured, gashes in the walls, grout and chipped cabinets, lack of paint on doors, paint on hinges, nails all over the backyard, poking through the roof etc.) and the list goes on and on. I would tell anyone ALWAYS have your own inspector and make frequent visits throughout the building process because you will definitely find a lot of issues that should not happen with a new home! I wish I could do this myself because no one cares as much as you do but just know it’s you who is footing the bill so be persistent in getting things corrected and built the right way! ... More

I am a second time buyer with Beazer and with great reason. The process is flawless and any questions are explained completely. Details are given throughout the stages of building and the team takes the time onsite to show you when, how and why they proceed methodology to provide a solid energy efficient home. I had a smoke/carbon monoxide detector fail and 1 phone call had someone onsite the same day with a resolution. This team in Estrella Mountain Ranch (Acacia Foothills) takes pride in workmanship from sales to close.

D, Aunt Susie, and Christie made our home buying experience super smooth and as flawless as one can make it. The communication, coordination, and high level of customer service was and still is top notch! Beazer Homes is very lucky to have folks like these three on their team. Through the struggles (which were out of their control), they showed compassion and empathy which helped us through it. These three individuals are greatly appreciated!

I would like to say that the entire experience was super smooth from beginning to end. Devonyll is the best! Even after a few months still stops by if I am outside to make sure everything is going good. Thanks for making it a great experience!!!

D has been great to work with. He always tries to help with my requests, if he is able. He is quick to respond and always willing to help where and when he can. I really appreciate all of his hard work.

Christie and Susan were extremely kind and professional throughout this entire process. They kept me up to date with each step and make the process seamless. I had a very positive experience with them and will ensure that I recommend them to friends and family. D was an amazing project manager. He communicated with me throughout the process and made sure that I had everything that I needed. Whenever I had an issue, he was always super responsive and made me enjoy my experience even more.

This was our 5th new home so we thought we knew what to expect. Sales process was about as smooth as I expected. The home was very slow to start but we understood some of the labor and supply chain challenges. Once under construction we felt the attention to detail was definitely lacking. I'm sure some of the rework cost Beazer more than it needed to. The amount of damage created by the trades while finishing was at the highest level I have ever experienced. Repairs needed just prolonged this process and the negative feelings of Beazer not being in control of their building process. We didn't want to be constantly complaining during the build because I beleive this was tough enough on Beazer. I feel I may have been taken advantage of because of this position and might consider taking a different position if I was to build again. The house we bought was a spec home, but we started with this home at foundation. Eileen and Nancy (sales team) picked out everything in this home, and honestly, I couldn't of done a better job. The lack of trades and products being delayed, was the worst part of building, But the team from Beazer did the best job under the circumstances. They kept us informed and always was understanding when we expressed our frustrations at the build time. The lending process was good too. Coreen and her team at Wells Fargo, was easy to work with and always answered our questions. Buying and selling a home is always very stressful, and between the Beazer team and Wells Fargo team, My husband and I are in an amazing home. ... More

We closed after waiting 17mo due to supply chain delays. In the end there were a few things not completed and we were concerned closing without them finished. However Beazer followed thru and quickly had them done and followed up on our satisfaction. I heard nightmare stories from other builders with home buyers waiting a year later. In our case it was all completed within a few weeks of closing. Very pleased with the customer service.

We began our house hunting experience.back in Jan. 2022. We co side red a resale house but did t want to be in a bidding war going on at that time. We got on a few builders waiting lists and after 2-3 weeks got the call from Beazer office they were releasing 6 lots and we could choose whichever we wanted. Great we signed on and picked a corner lot overlooking the White Tank Mountains. The only thing around us was dirt. We had a vision how wonderful it will be to live in this brand new community. The built took way longer than we expected to be in our home but the final result was very satisfactory. The after move in follow up from George, Nathan, and Cameron has been fabulous.

I've only been in my new home 6 weeks and already have had 2 major issues with my new home. I thought if I bought new I would not have to deal with issues. But I was wrong, I've only held back from sending in a review because I'm afraid of being outcasted and not being helped the next time a major issue arises in my new home!

Nancy, our new home counselor, went the extra mile to make things happen. She listened to our lot requirements and found us the perfect lot. She kept us updated on progress and provided prompt follow up to our questions. Nathan, Cameron, and Jorge are very knowledgeable and professional, getting back to us quickly to answer questions or resolve any issues. Jorge is a pleasure to work with. He provides excellent customer service and keeps us up to date on scheduling of trades. He makes sure to follow up to ensure things are taken care of. They all go above and beyond and are true assets to the Beazer team. Throughout the building process, we only had one hiccup - cabinetry. Buying process wasn't hard was probably the easiest. However the building process was long and very painful. We were promised something and they didn't follow through on it. However we understand due to delays but I feel.towrads the end the whole time stuff was rushed to get the house up and stuff.

The build time was long…way longer than expected. However, my salesperson (William) and superintendent (Mike) were always very responsive and kept me in the loop along the way. I worked with a total of three superintendents throughout my build and Mike was by far the most communicative and helpful and I appreciated him going above and beyond yo finally get things pushed through for me in the end. I have had a few things come up after moving in and the warranty department has been easy to deal with but scheduling with the trades that actually complete the work has been hit or miss at times. Love my new home and I appreciate the people who helped make it happen. The sales team was amazing, the construction team was really good at keeping me informed and made sure I was satisfied with each step. I probably drove them a little nuts by checking in every week of construction but they treated me with professionalism and kindness.

Everyone working on our home was just amazing. There is no other way to put it! Everyone from Eileen, Coop, Jorge, and Harris! They really care and are unique for this job! We wouldn't change a thing!
