My husband and I started looking for a home back in September of 2020. We looked around at many new builds but we felt Beazer fit all the requirements we wanted. We are first time home buyers and we had no idea where to start with this process, luckily Dawn was very helpful and informed us on what to expect. Never did we feel misinformed or forgotten. She walked us through every single step and messaged us on any updates. During closing time we met the builders of our home and they walked us through every inch of our house. The entire Beezer team is friendly professional and accurate. My house was given to me clean.

I have enjoyed building my Beazer home! Everyone that I have met along the way has been super supportive and helpful through the entire process. Even when there was delays with Covid I was always kept in the loop about what was going on. I am enjoying living in my new Beazer home!

Judd took such good care of me during the entire building of my new home. James has continued to help me even after my closing. They are the best. Julie has been a big help to me with my warranty concerns. She is one of kind! Amber and Beth are awesome!

My husband and I shopped around at several new construction home sites in the Valley and Beazer was by far the best! From their flexibility on floor plans — to ease of closing — to the thorough final walk-thru — they were incredible to work with. Kim in the sales office was welcoming and very informative. Gabe and Gerald were very thorough throughout the home building process. Even after we moved in, the representatives with the new home contact center have been extremely responsive to any issues we’ve had. I would highly recommend working with Beazer to design & build a new home.

The entire beazer staff was amazing to work with. We were always in the loop, we always knew what he expected completion date was and they addressed our very few concerns in a timely manner. I would recommend Beazer any day!

What a great experience. Christie and Susan were always there to answer questions and gave weekly progress updates. Jerry always stepped up and addresses any building concerns, layout, or progress of construction. He went above and beyond to help. Benito and D really are a great team! Every step of our Beazer home purchase went amazingly. Amidst the pandemic, they were still able to get materials, stay on time, keep us updated, and do awesome work. There were different trades who worked on different steps in the process, but what little things we found that needed to be amended were taken care of right away with the involvement of our foreman Jerry. Couldn’t be happier; we wake up in our dream home every day!

This community's construction management team makes the process better than other builders. Glitches are inevitable but having people you can trust to fix them is not. Luckily this Beazer team is 100% committed to making things right the first time and fixing anything that slips through the cracks.

The quality of my home was excellent. I really like the energy saving in the A/C. Windows were great.

Starting with working with Susie in the mode homes, then extending to everyone else we worked with. The people checking our electrical, the design center, the walk they with the contractor. And even the escrow and loan company were just so easy and helpful

Everyone involved moved fast to make it happen for us to move in on time. My agent got prompt responses whenever we contacted them. However I feel like they did rush on details with last minute items on the house. Overall great experience and got a great house.
