Starting with working with Susie in the mode homes, then extending to everyone else we worked with. The people checking our electrical, the design center, the walk they with the contractor. And even the escrow and loan company were just so easy and helpful

Great communication front start to finish

Liz and Craig kept us up to date no matter where we were We were able to time occupancy perfectly without losing any rental income They sent pics updates and timelines regularly and did so graciously

I’m so happy on how they handle their customer, from the start until the house was completed and after sales is exceptional. I was keep posted in building process by sending pictures regularly. Any question that I have was answered promptly. The quality of the home was more than I expected, with some minor issues but was addressed in a timely manner. Beazer team is well coordinated and they even finished the house earlier but without sacrificing the quality of work. I can trust Beazer 100%, and don’t need site visits and will just go there for the final walk through.

Great experience buying our first new home. The staff and everyone involved helped make the process very easy and go smoothly.

We had a great home buying experience! Gabe was our project manager and he was always there to help and answer all our questions. He was professional and never annoyed when we didn't understand a part of the construction process. He cared greatly about our home and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Also, Kim was our sales rep and she was fantastic! She was very responsive to our calls/emails and was always sending us pictures and updates throughout the construction process! We also really like the energy efficiency of Beazer homes! We would buy again!

We were communicated to every step of the way. We would even get pictures of the progress.

I looked at several builders at Lucero and decided upon Beazer. I could buy a home with 10’ ceilings and 8’ doors as standard. A menu of other options allowed me to customize my home to my style and needs.

The realtor Janice was wonderful . She kept me updated , every step of the way. I was very pleased with Beazer.

My experience with this builder was great, Chris is passionate about making sure that the homeowner is deeply satisfied with their home. He’s attentive, professional and makes himself available. Although there were issues with my home (mostly cosmetics) that were of concern to me, whenever I notified Chris he was expeditious in placing the work order. Chris has excellent customer service skills and I appreciate him going above and beyond. Thank you for all that you do!

First time home buyer and Beazer made the process so fun and relaxing!

From the first time we walked into the sales office to the day our house closed, the Beazer team was there to answer questions and address our concerns. Every Beazer team member we dealt with through the entire build process was professional and knowledgeable.

First time buying a brand new build. While nervous and completely uneducated in the process, Gabe S was there every step of the way to help educate and ease my fears. He answered all my questions in great detail, his knowledge is fantastic! Construction sites were impressively clean at all times! As we know Covid has given everyone a few set backs , but even with this virous my build managed to stay on track. Inevitably things happened, a few after closing and repairs needed to be done. I knew going into this that it may be the case. The Beazer Care team has worked well with me to complete each task. Bob in sales kept me updated in the progress with weekly pictures. Thanks Beazer!!!
