Superintendent Cooper and his staff deserve more than 5 stars. They are always available to answer questions and make repairs. They are attentive to the needs of the customer and have positive attitudes about their positions with the company and maintain a friendly relationship with the residents.

Being out of state, it was definitely more challenging; however, Beaver made our experience pretty seamless. We were continuously updated with the status of the build. It was very easy to make decision especially with the exceptional standard features. Great Experience Overall!

The home buying experience was fantastic from start to finish. Every aspect from initial walk through of the model to completion of the home was top notch. Our experience was amazing with our purchase of a home with Beazer. Every week that we came to see the house there was something done. Building wasn't stalled at anytime. Customer Service is the main factor that we choose them. No matter who we contacted we were able to reach someone and everything was addressed.

My experience with purchasing a new home was good until I moved in. Within the first week of moving in I found several minor issues and after making your staff aware of them it’s been well over a month, going on two and the minor issues are still fixed. I would appreciate it if those issues would get fixed in a timely manner....thank you!

The whole experience was fantastic. Of course waiting for the house is the worst part. But I have to say, Beazer delivered and our house was overall on schedule. The whole process was amazing with Beazer from our wonderful sales lady Janine Whipple to the builder Gabe Beltran. These two really put as at ease and always made us feel Beazer was the right choice. The house is amazing, the upgrades we picked were so worth it. Our advise to new buyers is to not skimp on floor or cabinets and countertops. Those upgrades were so worth it and most people either never update or it ends up costing them even more because of removal costs. We had looked at and loved Beazer homes for years. I had a really pleasant experience, so far, with Beazer. The sales person that we worked with was great. She always gave us updates on our home build, and promptly answered any questions we had. The home was done in the time that we were given from the beginning. Now that we're in the house, everything has been great, no major issues. Had a broken tile, but they had someone come out and fix it. Overall, I would definitely recommend Beazer to anyone looking.

I would like to mention what an outstanding experience I received. Clearly, there are many challenges during these unprecedented times. Trade availability and Covid disruptions have made building homes quite a challenge. The Beazer team remained in communication through all of their challenges. When building a home you will have items that require correction and the Beazer staff stayed on top of them!! Way to persevere Beazer Team! I recommend this builder to anyone looking for a new home!!

The process of buying and building a home can be overwhelming. Throughout the process there are many stressful and even uncertain times. Feeling like your concerns matter and that somebody is working as your advocate makes all the difference. For us it was Jimmy. He was the GC running our build. Every step of the way he was there to answer questions and help us get the home we were dreaming of. Even after we were done and moved in Jimmy has been there. Honesty we feel like we have a great new house and a new friend in the process.

The team that we had for Beazer were very helpful with all the questions we have had. OUR home is very energy efficent. We choose a smaller house but it is big enough for our family. We are enjoying living in our new home.

Fabulous employees! We firewalled our ratings for Jimmy and Gerald because they deserve to be recognized as heroes. Jimmy and Gerald worked diligently to address each issue we raised during the construction process. Both Jimmy and Gerald take their responsibilities seriously and go that extra mile to establish a rapport. The closing walk through was thorough. Jimmy and Gerald explained the home systems that were installed and told us when open work orders would be scheduled. Luis’s briefing about the Beazer warranty program was an impressive presentation that could have been given to a Fortune 500 CEO. We looked at a ton of houses all over the East Valley. We kept coming back to the Beazer home in Peralta. Love the value, view and the friendships we made with Bob and Coop!!!!

Purchasing the home was very easy, there was no sales pressure from the sales office and they were very knowledgeable of new homes details.

We were not looking for a home originally. We happened upon Peralta Canyon with Beazer Homes and just fell in love with the area and the floor plan. We found our dream home and could not have asked for a better group of people to work with us.
