I bought my Beazer home in September of this year and along the way I had incredible customer support. Stella the sales agent was friendly, informative, and proactive. Josef and John who were in charge of construction allowed me and took in my questions and concerns while addressing them promptly. They are knowledgeable and friendly and felt like they were on my team during the construction of the house. I am 2 months moved in and love my house. Over all we are happy! Except all Those bark placed in the backyard that it shouldn’t be there and those big trees planted on the side of the house. We had to removed them all and so far we are stuck and dealing bit by bit to removing all Those unnecessary bark. Empty dirt would have been just fine, as owner will Always have a plan to do their own backyard planting.

The home buying experience was fine. No problems. However the solar experience sucks!!!!!! Purchased a system and you would think a representative would be available to help with activating the system. 3 months after closing of escrow and we are no closer to activating the system. No directions and little to no help from Tesla. A wasted $11k as it stands right now.... Low voltage vender at least came by and talked us through the set up of the system but we had many questions prior to that system being activated and there were issues that remain which we don’t understand which raises ...

I will say that customer service has been great at addressing my concerns. Unfortunately, I'm quite disappointed with the home. From ill fitting moldings and trim, crooked toilets, scratched windows, bad interior painting, damaged counter top corners, possibly missing some padding beneath carpet, some door hinge pins not fully seated, a cheap stove, bathtub mysteriously damaged after walk through and distance between homes appear much closer than originally advertised. Unfortunately, I would most likely not consider a Beazer home again.

Our Beazer representative failed to provide details that would have made us change the floor plan. Now I have an office with no door, whereas the pantry has a door. There were ants from day one requiring me to seal edges. We decided to remodel the master bath to find black mold one month into living in the new home. I continue to find details that were not completed properly. While all of this is upsetting, I do love my home.

SonI bought my first house and it was total chaos. There was nothing but problem after problem. The incompetence is shocking considering what a large purchase this is. Never would I recommend a Beazer home.
