The representatives we encountered during our home buying process made us feel.like this is our home and this is where we should be. Our warranty representative Angel made us feel secure in our decision to purchase a home at Beazer and that we are taken care of of anything we're to happen in our new build. We feel at home in the Beazer community and we are trying to get family and friends to move here or buy Beazer homes.

This was my first home purchase and the whole process was very smooth and everyone made it super easy! From the sales office to my loan team and escrow! Can’t thank Josh, Kathy, Mark, Stacy and Manny enough for how wonderful they’ve all been. Everyone was so communicative throughout the entire escrow process. Manny has been fantastic helping me out with fixing some minor things around the house after we closed as well. I also love this neighborhood and especially my dog because she loves her walks and walking around here has been so nice because it’s clean and feels safe and I actually look forward to the cool weather so we can go walking together! I wish beazer was upfront about parking situation. Not fair tp buy a 4 to 5 bedroom house and have only parking garage available and cant even park in front of your house.

The buying process was very smooth; however, I absolutely hated the fact that in order to put in an offer, I had to get pre-approved by the builder's lenders. This not only caused a slight delay in the escrow process, but also hurt me due to the rates skyrocketing.

The best part of this homebuying experience was the step by step process of my dream home coming into existence from literally nothing. It started from an empty lot that turned into a solid foundation, then went up the wooden structure that started taking shapes. I got to choose beautiful flooring and cabinets. Stephanie from Beazer sent me pictures and updated me along the way. 6 months later, I closed escrow and now I have my dream home. Thank you Beazer and Stephanie!

Our whole experience with the purchase of our home was very smooth and enjoyable in every step of the way. The sales team - Jay and Cathy were awesome people! They explained everything to us and were constantly keeping us up to speed with the progress of the house. They were always available if we needed anything. The design center through Rene was really remarkable. Her expertise allowed us to customize our home just the way we wanted it. Manny and his team were very helpful during the site tours and the walk through. Manny is quick to respond to our concerns. One of the things that we truly appreciated was when they changed the orientation of our guest bathroom door to open outwards instead of inwards. Overall we are very happy with our whole experience. I began my home search unaware of exactly where I wanted to live. As a first-time home buyer, everyone told me to get the best home for my money. I decided to look in Moreno Valley. Driving down the street I noticed the banners at Iris Park and thought, let me check it out. From my first encounter with Josh, my mind was half way made. He was informative, answered All my many questions, along with communicating with my agent. He definitely took the pressure out of my decision. Although I looked at other homes, I continued to stop by and ask for Josh so I could tour a home or ask more questions, lol. After pondering for a few days, I decided to call Iris Park my home. Buying our first home seemed a bit scary/confusing at first but Andrew was there for us every step of the way. We were given tips, advice, and assurance through the home buying process. The home is very well made with many up-to-date features! We got weekly and almost daily updates on our home from Andrew which made it that much more exciting.
