Working with Eric has been a pleasure. Moving in we have had Some challenges with a few items, but Eric has helped guide us along the way. Eric’s Concern and communication throughout the entire process should definitely not go unnoticed…he has been instrumental and helping us get warranty items completed and or followed up on.

After purchasing our house a little over a month ago, I have been very happy with Beazer Customer Care. Once I place a work order, I usually hear back from Beazer within two days. At that point they contact the sub who worked on the project, and then it’s just a matter of time before they fix the issue. Many times Beazer keeping me in the loop if it doesn’t happen right away. I would purchase from this builder again in a heartbeat.

Overall, our experience with Beazer Homes has been fantastic. There were a few frustrating delays during the process, but with a new build, that’s to be expected. The quality of the home is great and the service was and still is exceptional. Very happy with our purchase!

We had a great experience with Beazer homes, from our very first visit to receiving the keys, and even afterwards, Beazer Homes have been quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Every person we met has been professional, efficient and pleasant, Kent in the office, Jason and Guillermo site managers and Joseph in customer service. I can’t thank you all enough for making a stressful time an enjoyable experience.

We are finally settling in to our new Beazer home. From beginning to end, the experience was very smooth. Yes, there were bumps in the road, but that's expected when building a new home. Our New Home Counselor, Bill was excellent. No matter the problem, he was able to smooth out all the issues we brought to his attention, He always made himself available, even on his days off and weekends. He undeservedly handled the brunt of our frustrations (mainly due to delays) on a few occasions. He deserves a raise. Larry and Mike were also super helpful during the build process. I've had to deal with the warranty center for a few minor issues, and they were also helpful...after some prodding. If you commit to a new build, expect delays. You'll save yourself frustration later. Also, if you upgrade in the Design Center, ASK FOR SAMPLES!!! It'll help you during your own home design experience. Eric the real estate agent was very knowledgeable and helpful making the home buying experience very smooth. Grant ensured the home was ready to move in and helpful for present fixes ( very few ) and solution oriented for the future. Felt like I was buying a very well built solid house.

I am glad I decided to purchase a home from this builder. Love the layout of my single story home. The materials and upgrades are top notch. The home is very comfortable and felt like home as soon as I moved in. Bill in the sales office as well as Mike and Craig in follow up service for some minor repair/tweaks have all been very helpful and quite frankly a pleasure to work with. Excellent experience.

From the moment we walked into the Cantera project we were very interested. The house was built with so much thought and the quality was great. All the people we dealt with were terrific and continue to be helpful. The only negative I have is a company policy about late options! There is no budging on cutoff dates and that’s unfortunate.

This experience was amazing, I cannot totally explain how the team was always available and willing to assist with any needs or crazy questions no matter the time of day or night, or even days off. If there were teams like this at all New Home Builds everyone would want to purchase new… this is our third new construction and this is by far the best and the first review I’ve done because this team deserves the best. We love our new home. There werer some hiccups naturally come from buying a home, but Beazer Homes was very accommodating and customer service oriented. Ken and Jessica were great and we really appreciate everything they helped us with.

I've never bought a brand new home, but had bought homes before. We went looking at models homes from three different builders just to look. Beazer homes were steadily above in finishes, energy efficiency, attention to detail, and livability. I'm glad we saw the other builders homes to just know how valuable this home is. Once we decided on the home, I pushed the sales team, who worked with the selected lenders and we got closed and in our home in a miraculous 32 days from seeing it to keys to the front door. We identified some cosmetic issues in the punch walk which all got taken care of before we closed. But, the after care is what convinces me this was a good choice. We had a superficial defect in one toilet - they replaced it. We had the breaker on our refrigerator tripping - they replaced it. There nothing in this house that I don't feel comfortable asking them to look at, and they are always attentive. I don't know why I might move again, but Beazer will be the first builder I look at in any area. ... More

Buying my home from Beazer was a smooth transaction from obtaining my loan to the actual move in day. The community and my home is beautiful. The craftsmanship and quality of my home is superior to many other communities I looked at prior to making my choice. Absolutely Love the views!

Our experience with Beazer went extremely well. A special thank you to Cathy who answered all of our questions during the process and always went above and beyond our expectations!!!! Keedron was also very helpful and always had answers for us as well. Any issues we had, they were tended to quickly. We would definitely recommend Beazer to family and friends. We were never blindsided by any additional fees, we were informed every step of the way.

After visiting the Beazer home models, we couldn't stop thinking about the house for a whole week, and that is when we knew that this was our dream home. Jessica helped us from start to finish, making our dream become reality. One of the things we loved most about Beazer Homes was the quantity of houses we were getting for our money. Beazer offers many structural change items at no additional cost and a whole house fan fresh air system, including little things we didn't know about until our final walkthrough. Such as dimmer light switches on all the lights, Sensor light switches in bathrooms and pantries, and zoning on the AC so it can be run both upstairs and downstairs simultaneously or just downstairs/upstairs as needed.
