This was literally the most stress free experience I have ever had among the 3 homes that I have purchased in my life. The assistance that I have received before, during, and after the purchased was phenomenal. Beazer was a true blessing to my entire family and I. Thank you Kent, You were amazing.

The overall experience was great. Loved working with Josh in the office he made us feel at home right away. The construction management are great they were on site and always made sure we were taken care of.

Buying a home with Beazer was truly the best. The team communicated with us promptly, effectively, and always tried their best to help us usually fulfilling our needs. Although there were delays we got our home in the timeframe we expected and since then we have had no problems. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

He was very professional and seemed to always have our best interest in mind which made it our first home buying experience was with a company we could trust. We are overall really happy with the build quality of our home and have had little to complain about.

I purchased a newly constructed home at Iris Park developed by Beazer Homes. After one week of closing we had a major leak causing damage to flooring, cabinets, baseboards, paint, carpet.. it took them more than a month to make the repairs. Was not able to have tenants move in due to the damages causing me loss of rents and making repairs. The developer Beazer has an audacity to ask for receipts on repairs and unwilling to pay for loss of rents. I will pursue with legal action to cure my expenses. As an investor I was offered to purchase another home and I declined. I will NEVER purchase home from Beazer. ... More

My sister and I had good experienced with Stephanie and Andrew . Stephanie helps us a lot ,very well informed ,gives us photos and communication updates on my house since I'am out of state at that time . All of crews are easy to communicate when we moved . Well organized . Thank you vey much .

Bill did an exceptional job keeping us informed during the entire home build and answered all of questions and was a pleasure to work with. Mark kept us up to date on the mortgage industry rates and processing of our loan. It’s nice to have mortgage choices. Beazer provided some nice incentives which was helpful during our purchase. Larry was very informative on our build walkthrough appointments and followed up with any of our concerns. Overall, this purchase was easy and concerns after we moved in have been addressed in a timely manner thanks to Bill.

From house hunting for 2 years we came across this beautiful homes . As soon as we stepped into the model home it felt like we belonged here. Home manager Keedron is very professional , answer any question you may have and guides you through the process . The building process is very quick , they inform you every step of the way and makes you part of the buying a home experience . Highly recommend !

Quality control is inexistent overall. What could go wrong went wrong.
