We have really enjoyed working with Beazer Homes and absolutely love our new home. Bill was extremely helpful and easy to work with. As a realtor, I know what to look for and I have been very pleased with my experience with Beazer Homes. I will definitely recommend and show Beazer Homes to all my clients interested in this area and any area they are building in.

From the very beginning, Kent, Lisa, Jason, Manny and Joseph have gone out of their way to help us with every aspect of our home. We've actually purchased 4 brand new homes over the course of our lives and this one, by far is the most customized and well built. Thank you to the entire team for standing behind your work and for ensuring we are very happy with our purchase!

I am glad I decided to purchase a home from this builder. Love the layout of my single story home. The materials and upgrades are top notch. The home is very comfortable and felt like home as soon as I moved in. Bill in the sales office as well as Mike and Craig in follow up service for some minor repair/tweaks have all been very helpful and quite frankly a pleasure to work with. Excellent experience.

From the moment we walked into the Cantera project we were very interested. The house was built with so much thought and the quality was great. All the people we dealt with were terrific and continue to be helpful. The only negative I have is a company policy about late options! There is no budging on cutoff dates and that’s unfortunate.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The Beazer team was there at every step. Could not be more pleased with our decision to build in Cantera, the community is terrific. Everything flawlessly delivered as promised during the construction and sale. Such a smart purchase.

This experience was amazing, I cannot totally explain how the team was always available and willing to assist with any needs or crazy questions no matter the time of day or night, or even days off. If there were teams like this at all New Home Builds everyone would want to purchase new… this is our third new construction and this is by far the best and the first review I’ve done because this team deserves the best. We love our new home. There werer some hiccups naturally come from buying a home, but Beazer Homes was very accommodating and customer service oriented. Ken and Jessica were great and we really appreciate everything they helped us with.

I've never bought a brand new home, but had bought homes before. We went looking at models homes from three different builders just to look. Beazer homes were steadily above in finishes, energy efficiency, attention to detail, and livability. I'm glad we saw the other builders homes to just know how valuable this home is. Once we decided on the home, I pushed the sales team, who worked with the selected lenders and we got closed and in our home in a miraculous 32 days from seeing it to keys to the front door. We identified some cosmetic issues in the punch walk which all got taken care of before we closed. But, the after care is what convinces me this was a good choice. We had a superficial defect in one toilet - they replaced it. We had the breaker on our refrigerator tripping - they replaced it. There nothing in this house that I don't feel comfortable asking them to look at, and they are always attentive. I don't know why I might move again, but Beazer will be the first builder I look at in any area. ... More

Buying my home from Beazer was a smooth transaction from obtaining my loan to the actual move in day. The community and my home is beautiful. The craftsmanship and quality of my home is superior to many other communities I looked at prior to making my choice. Absolutely Love the views!

Our experience with Beazer went extremely well. A special thank you to Cathy who answered all of our questions during the process and always went above and beyond our expectations!!!! Keedron was also very helpful and always had answers for us as well. Any issues we had, they were tended to quickly. We would definitely recommend Beazer to family and friends. We were never blindsided by any additional fees, we were informed every step of the way.

After visiting the Beazer home models, we couldn't stop thinking about the house for a whole week, and that is when we knew that this was our dream home. Jessica helped us from start to finish, making our dream become reality. One of the things we loved most about Beazer Homes was the quantity of houses we were getting for our money. Beazer offers many structural change items at no additional cost and a whole house fan fresh air system, including little things we didn't know about until our final walkthrough. Such as dimmer light switches on all the lights, Sensor light switches in bathrooms and pantries, and zoning on the AC so it can be run both upstairs and downstairs simultaneously or just downstairs/upstairs as needed. I came to see this community a few times before making my final decision, and after going to other builders’ communities I made the best decision of buy from Beazer Homes, the atmosphere and tranquility of this place is priceless, I feel I found my home at the instant I moved in. The new home counselor Keedron has the best skills to provide outstanding customer service, he knows this community very well and he is proud to be a resident of this city too.

Salesman Kent is very low key, but very knowledgeable. When we did make a choice, and I needed some window measurements, he personally went to the house, measured and took pictures. He answered phone calls and texts immediately. After the Sale service has been excellent. Beazer home Warranty customer care has been terrific. John calls back within 24 hours of my call. A few minor issues were corrected. Armando, the project supervisor, also has been fantastic. Due to the recent heavy rains, we developed a bare spot in mulch in the front yard. He sent over enough to cover it. Our Walk thru took about 2 hours, some minor cosmetic issues were found and immediately corrected. Such as sliding closet doors were in the wrong position. When we opened escrow in Sept 2022 on a new build Beazer home in Talavera we were disappointed at first with the quality of service and lack of communication. But I have to say when we informed Beazer of our issues they handled it immediately and everything turned around 360* for the better. We were contacted by higher up, Rebecca, who immediately addressed my concerns and made sure to do everything in her power to keep me happy with the whole process. Let me start by saying "I love my new Beazer home!" The Surprising performance benefits built into our new home made our decision a no-brainer when it came to purchasing our new home from Beazer. The choice options gave us the opportunity to build our home to meet our needs perfectly. The entire Beazer Team from sales through escrow closing were nothing short of amazing! Rebecca, Lisa, Kent, Jessica in Sales helped us with the no cost choice options available and kept us updated as well as the Construction Department Armando the site Construction Manager. The Customer Care Rep Mike did a great job of explaining how to operate our new home components and maintain our home in the future. The design experience with Renee was so helpful and made our option selections very tastefully. The Mortgage choice lender process had 3 lenders to choose from all trying to obtain our loan. Mark hit all the numbers for us and was by our side throughout the entire process. Escrow closing with Cynthia was seamless.
