I think some information was left out. One we did not get the information that solar had to be included till after we signed. There are sizing issues like the trash cans can not fit through back yard gate and with such a limited area this should of been thought of. Also, the additional parking doesn't seem sufficient for the neighborhood

Great customer service and responsiveness. Arranged for walk throughs intermittently. The Beazer agent was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.

Quality of the home is cheap and not thought through. Urgency to fix warranty problems is the least of there worries and they do not care much after you receive keys.

Everything was top-notch the most well built house we could ever imagine everything was perfect. What a great experience. We love our home thank you.

Working with Eric has been a pleasure. Moving in we have had Some challenges with a few items, but Eric has helped guide us along the way. Eric’s Concern and communication throughout the entire process should definitely not go unnoticed…he has been instrumental and helping us get warranty items completed and or followed up on.

After purchasing our house a little over a month ago, I have been very happy with Beazer Customer Care. Once I place a work order, I usually hear back from Beazer within two days. At that point they contact the sub who worked on the project, and then it’s just a matter of time before they fix the issue. Many times Beazer keeping me in the loop if it doesn’t happen right away. I would purchase from this builder again in a heartbeat.

We had to either rent or buy sunrun solar panels. We were not given a choice when buying our Beazer home. Sunrun installed them damaged, we are paying full price, they have dodged my manager requests for months, and I am paying hundreds of dollars a month for electricity because the panels don't work. Please use a better rated solar company on your new builds

Overall, our experience with Beazer Homes has been fantastic. There were a few frustrating delays during the process, but with a new build, that’s to be expected. The quality of the home is great and the service was and still is exceptional. Very happy with our purchase!

The service after you purchased the home is horrible, you have to call and call until you get fed up. They have every excuse not to do the work, they installed quartz in my house it was an upgrade but failed to tell me that they do not polish and seal the quartz I have circular marks and quartz from suction cups. A lot of skipped steps all they want is the closing.

Overall Beazer did an awesome job with high quality. But they fell short on a few key areas. First, they made us purchase home theater equipment we did not need nor use. It is literally stacked in our garage now. While I appreciate Beazer’s respect for the environment, their policy about home theater systems is anything but wasteful for buyers and wasteful for the environment. Beazer also charged us extra for concrete they never poured, because what they advertised in their model homes they could not offer. It really bums us out that Beazer would bait and switch their customers in this way. And they have the nerve to double charge us for the concrete. Future buyers of Beazer homes need to be careful about the “packing” of needless things into their contracts by Beazer. They also need to be aware Beazer advertises features they can’t offer you, feels like a bait and switch tactic which left a bad taste in our mouths because it cost us thousands of extra dollars.Beazer would have received an A+ grade from us were it not for these bait and switch tactics.. ... We had a great experience with Beazer homes, from our very first visit to receiving the keys, and even afterwards, Beazer Homes have been quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Every person we met has been professional, efficient and pleasant, Kent in the office, Jason and Guillermo site managers and Joseph in customer service. I can’t thank you all enough for making a stressful time an enjoyable experience.

We are finally settling in to our new Beazer home. From beginning to end, the experience was very smooth. Yes, there were bumps in the road, but that's expected when building a new home. Our New Home Counselor, Bill was excellent. No matter the problem, he was able to smooth out all the issues we brought to his attention, He always made himself available, even on his days off and weekends. He undeservedly handled the brunt of our frustrations (mainly due to delays) on a few occasions. He deserves a raise. Larry and Mike were also super helpful during the build process. I've had to deal with the warranty center for a few minor issues, and they were also helpful...after some prodding. If you commit to a new build, expect delays. You'll save yourself frustration later. Also, if you upgrade in the Design Center, ASK FOR SAMPLES!!! It'll help you during your own home design experience. Our family had a great experience with Beazer Homes for the Boulder Creek community. The home counselor we had the pleasure of working with was Kent. Kent went above and beyond for us from start to finish and even after. We were in great hands with him the whole time. Thanks Kent and Beazer Homes!

Eric the real estate agent was very knowledgeable and helpful making the home buying experience very smooth. Grant ensured the home was ready to move in and helpful for present fixes ( very few ) and solution oriented for the future. Felt like I was buying a very well built solid house.

We have really enjoyed working with Beazer Homes and absolutely love our new home. Bill was extremely helpful and easy to work with. As a realtor, I know what to look for and I have been very pleased with my experience with Beazer Homes. I will definitely recommend and show Beazer Homes to all my clients interested in this area and any area they are building in.

Overall, we are happy with our decision to purchase a home within this community. Their workmanship is standard quality for California. My wife and I thought, Lisa, Kent, and Guillermo did a fabulous job. If you are going to buy a home here I would not recommend working with Jessica, especially if you are working with an outside lender or outside real estate agent.

This was our first experience with buying a new build and Kent help make everything easy to understand and guided us through every step in the process. He was always willing to answer questions and truly made the stressful part of home buying easier.

I am glad I decided to purchase a home from this builder. Love the layout of my single story home. The materials and upgrades are top notch. The home is very comfortable and felt like home as soon as I moved in. Bill in the sales office as well as Mike and Craig in follow up service for some minor repair/tweaks have all been very helpful and quite frankly a pleasure to work with. Excellent experience.

From the moment we walked into the Cantera project we were very interested. The house was built with so much thought and the quality was great. All the people we dealt with were terrific and continue to be helpful. The only negative I have is a company policy about late options! There is no budging on cutoff dates and that’s unfortunate.
