Brian was very helpful, informative and communicated our concerns and questions very professionally and friendly. Any questions he couldn't answer he was quick to find the answers for us. He was with us from beginning to end ( 1 yr) from the time we pre-qualified, picked our lot, construction to handing us our keys. He was awesome.

We came in to the Sales office to tour the models and quickly fell in love with the home. The floor plan we chose is very spacious and open and for a smaller home has a lot of storage. The ability to customize the floor plan to our specific needs made it even more appealing. Kent in the sales office was super helpful and friendly and we picked out our lot and home that day and opened escrow right away. Cathy made the home buying process easy from Day 1! She made sure everything was in order, and always kept us updated throughout the process. She made herself available for all the questions that I had. Jay, also helped our get all the issues we had addressed as we moved in and settled in. Everything was dealt with in a timely manner, and the Beazer group was always there to answer questions, and make sure things were on time and on track. My experience was great for being a first-time home buyer. What really was very helpful for me was the building counselor Cathy. She made everything easy and answered all my questions and was available every step of the way. Her helping made a huge difference and made the buying process easier than I thought it would be.
