My wife and I really enjoy our experience with Beazer and felt like they were very interested in our feelings and thoughts throughout the buying process. Specifically, the lead contractor Todd really made us feel like our voice and opinions were important to him personally. Never once did we feel like we were not being hear throughout the build of our new home. Kathy was our realtor and point of contact and she ALWAYS responded to us within the day we reached out. I came to see this community a few times before making my final decision, and after going to other builders’ communities I made the best decision of buy from Beazer Homes, the atmosphere and tranquility of this place is priceless, I feel I found my home at the instant I moved in. The new home counselor Keedron has the best skills to provide outstanding customer service, he knows this community very well and he is proud to be a resident of this city too.

Salesman Kent is very low key, but very knowledgeable. When we did make a choice, and I needed some window measurements, he personally went to the house, measured and took pictures. He answered phone calls and texts immediately. After the Sale service has been excellent. Beazer home Warranty customer care has been terrific. John calls back within 24 hours of my call. A few minor issues were corrected. Armando, the project supervisor, also has been fantastic. Due to the recent heavy rains, we developed a bare spot in mulch in the front yard. He sent over enough to cover it. Our Walk thru took about 2 hours, some minor cosmetic issues were found and immediately corrected. Such as sliding closet doors were in the wrong position. When we opened escrow in Sept 2022 on a new build Beazer home in Talavera we were disappointed at first with the quality of service and lack of communication. But I have to say when we informed Beazer of our issues they handled it immediately and everything turned around 360* for the better. We were contacted by higher up, Rebecca, who immediately addressed my concerns and made sure to do everything in her power to keep me happy with the whole process. From the very beginning of working with the sales representative, Samantha, to working with the construction manager, Terry, and finally the walk through technician, Mike, we had a very informed and solid experience working with the Beazer community.

Let me start by saying "I love my new Beazer home!" The Surprising performance benefits built into our new home made our decision a no-brainer when it came to purchasing our new home from Beazer. The choice options gave us the opportunity to build our home to meet our needs perfectly. The entire Beazer Team from sales through escrow closing were nothing short of amazing! Rebecca, Lisa, Kent, Jessica in Sales helped us with the no cost choice options available and kept us updated as well as the Construction Department Armando the site Construction Manager. The Customer Care Rep Mike did a great job of explaining how to operate our new home components and maintain our home in the future. The design experience with Renee was so helpful and made our option selections very tastefully. The Mortgage choice lender process had 3 lenders to choose from all trying to obtain our loan. Mark hit all the numbers for us and was by our side throughout the entire process. Escrow closing with Cynthia was seamless. The onsite personel, custome service person, contruction manager and both sales person at the model house have been very supportive and understanding of the buyer/new home owner.

The entire team at Beazer made our home buying experience the most memorable! It was exciting to be advised and informed throughout the entire build. Samantha and Brian were always supportive and clearly answered any of our questions. Terry and Jason were dedicated to ensuring our home was high quality and built correctly. Our home was completed in July, and I am still able to communicate with the team for any questions. I truly believe that Beazer's team at Sutton wants to ensure we are happy with the home they built for us. Thank you so much from our family.

Brian was very helpful, informative and communicated our concerns and questions very professionally and friendly. Any questions he couldn't answer he was quick to find the answers for us. He was with us from beginning to end ( 1 yr) from the time we pre-qualified, picked our lot, construction to handing us our keys. He was awesome.

My experience was great. Cathy was greatly helpful. She makes everything looks easy. so helpful. On the first day, I enter her office she makes me feel welcome, and she makes my first-time buyer experience worth everything. I thank God for her. I pray that God will bless her.

It was a great experience to see our home being built from ground up. Our new home consultant Samantha was great and kept us up to date. We love our home.

The sales staff and construction staff were very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the building process. They were always timely with answers to questions.

Great product nice design

I love that they were proactive with the progress of our new home. Sending pictures and an option to meet in person to show us as well. The home feels spacious with the higher ceilings throughout! Definitely, a dream home!!!

We had great interaction with our Beazer Rep and were kept up to date throughout the entire process. Also, we haven't had any issues with the build quality of our home.

We came in to the Sales office to tour the models and quickly fell in love with the home. The floor plan we chose is very spacious and open and for a smaller home has a lot of storage. The ability to customize the floor plan to our specific needs made it even more appealing. Kent in the sales office was super helpful and friendly and we picked out our lot and home that day and opened escrow right away. Kent was in constant communication with us from the beginning making sure we picked any modifications, upgrades etc. Since we are not local to the area where the home was being built Kent sent us pictures of our home as it was being built which was so awesome and appreciated. We originally planned on using our own lender but with the Beazer loan process and taking advantage of their competitive bids we went with one of their preferred lenders and they did a fantastic job getting us the lowest rate possible. Our final walk through process was handled very professionally and even though there wasn't many items that needed to be fixed or adjusted they were all taken care of before the close of escrow. We have only needed to have minor things taken care of after the close of escrow but everyone at Beazer has been very quick to respond to ensure our requests are closed in a timely manner.
