I love that they were proactive with the progress of our new home. Sending pictures and an option to meet in person to show us as well. The home feels spacious with the higher ceilings throughout! Definitely, a dream home!!!

We had great interaction with our Beazer Rep and were kept up to date throughout the entire process. Also, we haven't had any issues with the build quality of our home.

We came in to the Sales office to tour the models and quickly fell in love with the home. The floor plan we chose is very spacious and open and for a smaller home has a lot of storage. The ability to customize the floor plan to our specific needs made it even more appealing. Kent in the sales office was super helpful and friendly and we picked out our lot and home that day and opened escrow right away. Kent was in constant communication with us from the beginning making sure we picked any modifications, upgrades etc. Since we are not local to the area where the home was being built Kent sent us pictures of our home as it was being built which was so awesome and appreciated. We originally planned on using our own lender but with the Beazer loan process and taking advantage of their competitive bids we went with one of their preferred lenders and they did a fantastic job getting us the lowest rate possible. Our final walk through process was handled very professionally and even though there wasn't many items that needed to be fixed or adjusted they were all taken care of before the close of escrow. We have only needed to have minor things taken care of after the close of escrow but everyone at Beazer has been very quick to respond to ensure our requests are closed in a timely manner. From Adrian to Jackie to Renee are very helpful, easy to reach on, responds to every questions and goes above and beyond from initial process to moving in. We are a first time home buyers and everything went smoothly because of them.

Cathy made the home buying process easy from Day 1! She made sure everything was in order, and always kept us updated throughout the process. She made herself available for all the questions that I had. Jay, also helped our get all the issues we had addressed as we moved in and settled in. Everything was dealt with in a timely manner, and the Beazer group was always there to answer questions, and make sure things were on time and on track. My experience was great for being a first-time home buyer. What really was very helpful for me was the building counselor Cathy. She made everything easy and answered all my questions and was available every step of the way. Her helping made a huge difference and made the buying process easier than I thought it would be.

Grant was such an amazing construction manager. He went out of his way to make us feel involved despite living far away. We got frequent updates and pictures of progress. He is always there to help us still if we need anything. Nicole and Cathy are amazing. They treat you like family and bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. There was never anything they didn’t have a solution for and were always willing to lend a hand.

It felt good being included in the building process from start to finish

Builder is great. They have taken good care of us. Any issues with the house have been quickly responded too. We are AMAZED at our utility savings so far. House is really efficient and keeps a steady temperature, etc. We love the layout. We are very happy with our decision to go with Beazer Homes!
