My family and I are very happy with our recent home purchase. We love the neighborhood. The process was very stress free. We were updated every step of the way. The team at the business office was always very helpful, accommodating, and professional.

I love my new home in Hyde Park Moreno! It’s a dream come true. It’s beautiful & so was the process of buying it! Everyone involved in my family had my best interest at heart and they felt close like family from my home counselors, Cathy & Keedron, to my lender Mark & his Carver group team, Todd & Maurico the builders and all the others. As a first home buyer, buying during a unprecedented time, my Beazer Home team gave me the best care and service. I’m forever grateful for this experience.

It’s been a difficult time to be honest moving into the home. A lot of little things I had to do. But Cathy made the move in experience so much easier! She is the only reason I did not cancel and go for another house elsewhere. Through yeh Covid she made life so much easier. After move in, it’s been difficult but Jays amazing customer service helped us stay positive and he’s gone out of his way to insure we are happy. I would give Prime HOA a 1 Star but the experience was made much easier due to Cathy and jays hard work!

We had been looking for a new home in the area for several months that would meet our needs and had almost given up on finding anything new until we came and looked at the Provence at Heritage Ranch development. We immediately found the ideal lot and home layout we had hoped for, and it just kept getting better. The experience from the initial contact with Suzanne, to the establishment of the loan, to the walk-thrus and ultimately the acceptance of our new home was nothing but positive and productive. We were especially impressed by the build quality of the home and all the extras that you usually have to spends thousands more to get as addons. Like the garage lighting with timer, whole house fan, lots of can lighting, and pre-wired ceiling fan outlets. Home construction was superb and includes extensive environmental and energy saving concepts. Support of the sales and construction managers made the entire process easy. I received $5000 in closing costs paid by the builder! Beazer Homes new construction homes is one of which I ended up choosing. The front office staff were great to work with, very informative and answered all the questions I had prior to purchasing. Overall I had a great experience buying my first home. The process went smoothly! I am very happy with my new home!

We have had a great experience so far. Nichole was wonderful about showing us the homes. We came back a million times and she was always supportive and never pushy. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. The home has been wonderful. Beazer has been responsive in fixing any minor issues that have needed attention since moving in.

5- the experience has been great. We do have some pending items that need to be addressed but we understand the circumstances due to Covid-19

I am a person who takes great pride in the work I do; especially when it is for other people. I feel that Beazer Homes and it’s employees employ this same ethic. Since we moved in, the staff has been in full communication with my wife and I to assure ultimate satisfaction and comfort. We love our new home and the community within Floresta! We have been moved into our new home for over a month now and the customer service department has proven to be viable to the Beazer name. There are always problems in life with anything but to me its how you handle the problems as they come and Beazer,s customer service department has been on top of it from the start. As soon as I report an issue to the Beazer warranty department on the website, I receive a call within a couple days as promised by Beaszer and the contractor to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and fix the issue. This is my second new home and the builder that I bought my first home from had horrible customer service compared to Beazer. My overall experience from the sales rep to the superintendent to the customer service department has been a pleasant one and my family is very impressed with Beazer homes. A+ in our book. ... More
