staff are very friendly , honest and accomodating , they will guide you thru the process on getting your home the way you want.overall it was a great experience buying my first house with beazer; I just wish they would designate an parking area for RV’s.

From the beginning to the end my experience has been amazing. From the first moment we walked into the door to look at the model homes we were greated with a smile and answered all of our questions, to when we decided to purchase Tige had every answer and when he didn't know or the subject needed a little more explaining John our contractor was one call away and continues to be a call away. John has answered from the tinniest question to the biggest. The best part about building our home was every week I would get a picture of the progress that was being made and it truly was amazing to see our home grow from the ground up. Beazer really made this an almost seamless experience! I felt comfortable with the knowledge their team carried and answered every question I had!

There is a list of items that were not checked by the builder to be working properly prior to our move-in 2 months ago. Plumbing - Electrical - Furnace - Heating/AC It is super disappointing and very frustrating to be dealing with all these issues that could have been avoided.

Be very very specific about questions you have and write down the answers, or email for a paper trail. The customer care center is very slow. We are waiting over 2 months for some warranty fixes, even after calling everyone we know to call and get attention. We do love our home and the neighborhood!

The Beazer representative was one of the best, she always kept us informed and when there were some speed bumps along the way, she was always an advocate for our best interest.

It’s been a difficult time to be honest moving into the home. A lot of little things I had to do. But Cathy made the move in experience so much easier! She is the only reason I did not cancel and go for another house elsewhere. Through yeh Covid she made life so much easier. After move in, it’s been difficult but Jays amazing customer service helped us stay positive and he’s gone out of his way to insure we are happy. I would give Prime HOA a 1 Star but the experience was made much easier due to Cathy and jays hard work!

We had been looking for a new home in the area for several months that would meet our needs and had almost given up on finding anything new until we came and looked at the Provence at Heritage Ranch development. We immediately found the ideal lot and home layout we had hoped for, and it just kept getting better. The experience from the initial contact with Suzanne, to the establishment of the loan, to the walk-thrus and ultimately the acceptance of our new home was nothing but positive and productive. We were especially impressed by the build quality of the home and all the extras that you usually have to spends thousands more to get as addons. Like the garage lighting with timer, whole house fan, lots of can lighting, and pre-wired ceiling fan outlets. We have electrical problems, scratched grainet in the main bathroom. we have a broken cabinet door plus trash blowing up in our yard from the construction site. The Landscaping is getting worse in the neighborhood.

From the beginning, Cathy was very welcoming and was well informed on the process. Any questions I had she answered and if she didn't know she always try to find out. Todd the assistant builder was great, he kept in touch with the progress of the house and I was not left wondering what was going on. I am a little disappointed on the time it is taking to process my repair, I have squeaky floors and have submitted a claim, to date no progress on that.. I am been told that they will get to me after COVID, what if that takes 2years, will I need to live with squeaky floors for 2 years. I lowered the stars to a 4 based on that. ... More

Home construction was superb and includes extensive environmental and energy saving concepts. Support of the sales and construction managers made the entire process easy. A couple things off in the home, but not so much a big deal. Overall very satisfied with the purchase of our new home. Glad we did this. Thanks!
