Beautiful Homes. Very convenient distribution of rooms. Very nice standard features. Beautiful fences. Plenty of open space/yard all around the house. Beautiful exteriors. I love my Beazer home.

Beazer home is amazing. The process, the people, the follow up. I am extremely happy to have bought a home with this builder. Truly excellent!

I typed a lengthy response for submittal. I stated I had inappropriate language and when I returned to previous all was erased. Just like you poor site customer service, bad quality build filled with discrepancies I still feel no one cares.

The Buying process was amazing! Kathryn was very accommodating to our needs and was there for us every step of the way! It was a breathe of fresh air as well that Beazer was behind us after the sale for any issues or problems with any of the house, by the way there has been none! It was just nice knowing we had the support if we needed it.

The experience over all was great from start to finish. The only feedback I will submit is that there could have been more options at the design center. We were interested in some special textiles that were nit obtainable.

I must say I’m very pleased with my Beazer home. My experience in buying my home was great. The workers was very pleasant & builders explain everything to you about the home. You get to walk through the house as it builds & ask questions if needed. I’m very pleased. Thank you Beazer. This is the first experience I had in buying a new home & I must say kudos you’re the best!

When we first so this house we felt in love with it The floor plan was just perfect for our family This is our first house and the experience we had with all persons involve with the purchased of our first house was very satisfied From the building to the closing and still after closing the service and communication from Beazer homes personal is excellent Thank you The Lopez family

People have been great; though there have been a few things wrong with the house that needed attention; this has been disappointing. With that being said, Customer Service to address the concerns has been very good.

Attractive architecture design and colors. Houses are bright, solid and very comfortable, with attention to privacy.

My move in was a 30 day move in. It was intense and very fast as they informed before we started the process. All involved on the Beazer team and my team moved fast at submitting the required documents. The Beazer team was so very helpful.

Beazer homes has been awesome! This is my first home purchase and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The real estate team was helpful in ensuring that I made the best choice that fits my lifestyle, and all the installations have been top notch! I'm glad I chose Beazer for my 1st purchase.

Beazer makes great homes but don't expect any wow factor from the support team or builder after close. We love our new home. The floor plan, the finishes, the price, the community & the landscaping are all great but it's the 100 little things from Beazer Corporate that tell you they either don't care or are not aiming for customer satisfaction. For example... we bought one of the model homes, which I would never do again because when they say the models are 'as is'... they are not kidding and they will do NOTHING to get the home into a livable condition. We couldn't even get baseboards installed after taking out the model furniture which was hiding the fact that there was none in about half the master bedroom. It would be SO EASY for Beazer to arrive with a bucket of paint for touch-ups, install the missing baseboard and have a few extra rolls of wallpaper for us since its damaged from cheap built-ins to art being hung. How hard is that??? -Closing package, keys, your paint for touch-ups and a few extra rolls of wallpaper. It would have completely changed our experience, but now we're left to redo so much because the wallpaper is no longer available, the walls are damaged from the past 2 years of use as a model and we're missing essentials such as baseboard. As a local real estate agent I would struggle to recommend Beazer Homes. Again, they make a nice home but the customer service leaves you feeling like the company elects to cut all its corners for once you’ve signed up. Buyer beware. ... More

We had a wonderful experience with Beazer Homes. They worked to make sure any kinks got taken care of and everything ran smooth. We love our new home!

The salesperson was very helpful but since I moved into my home the customer service has been very disappointing and I can only imagine terrible service in the future. I haven’t been able to get dead trees that were installed replaced or even the size of light bulb required for the address fixture. I’ve purchased three new homes in my lifetime and this is by far the worst! Beazer should really look at the after sales department!

Overall the build quality is great except that the bottom edges of the interior doors look rough. It looks like they were dragged along the ground before being installed. They should be sanded smooth and painted. Also attention to little details would be appreciated, like a small dish tower rack in the kitchen and positioning to in cabinet and under cabinet lighting to make it easier to change the bulbs.

We are very pleased with our new Beazer home in Vermillion at Escena. They addressed everything on our punch list in a timely and satisfactory manner. We really love our community and house.
