Beazer has an energetic sales team ready to show you around the community and help with site visits. We liked energy efficiency aspects of the homes and upgrade options available during the construction phase. There were many walk through appointments starting with the sales team, the construction supervisor, a final walk through, and you can bring in your home inspector if you choose to do so. Making sure we’re taken care of and always checking up on us. Rafael and Greg made the buying process so smooth and uncomplicated for us first time home buyers! I’d give 10 stars to Ned and Darryll! They have been supportive, friendly and valuable from our house walk through- even after we moved in. They both made sure that our “things that need to be fixed” checklist has been taken care of. We still bother Ned even after moving in and he has been so considerate and understanding. At any time we see/ experience something not right- he is just one text/ call away. Even when I moved in, they responded to my request in a timely manner, and I never felt abandoned after buying a house. I will definitely be recommending Beazer to my family and friends.

We finally have a house that we call HOME! And thanks to Beazer Homes from doing tour with the model homes upto closing and handing our keys.
