We purchased our Beazer home in March and have truly been amazed at the level of support we’ve had from the team. Jodi, Cindi, Jeremiah, Vaughn, Baruc just to name a few. The whole team is made up of genuinely kind people which is hard to find. They brought my daughter a birthday card and reached out and offered so much support after a last minute surgery I had. It goes beyond home selling to them and it shows through their actions. They truly do care. The few work orders we’ve had have been taken care of right away and the attention to detail has always been priority to them. You can tell the guys care about their work and what they leave behind. If I had to buy a home all over again, I’d choose Beazer without a second thought. I recommend them to everyone that will listen. Truly truly could not say enough good things about this team. Because if we’re all being honest, buying a new build home is half the battle, it’s the AFTER that’s important such as warranty fixes, team support, and company involvement. The interior was well designed and built with the buyer in mind. Lots of cabinets and storage. Easily transition from one room to another. Conveniently located near supermarkets and shopping centers and freeway.

The best part of Beazer are all of the people. Jody and Cindi in sales and Jeremiah in warranty have been so responsive and helpful.

Very considerate service in the whole process in buying a Beazer Home.

Initially, we chose a house in the Lilly community and worked with Shawna for a couple of months. However, we ultimately decided on another house in the Poppy community and worked with Shannon because the house was completed earlier. Both agents are incredibly friendly and helpful. They are very understanding and not pushy at all.

The team at Poppy Meadows was wonderful to work with. Shannon and Jyoti were always available to answer questions and got back to us promptly when we had questions or concerns. Mike provided a thorough walk through our home and was easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly and concisely. He addressed all the concerns that we had during all phase of the build. As stated in the title, we feel that we have a beautiful home. However, I am a bit disappointed with the cabinet vendor. Due to my expectations of Beazer, and the quality I saw with the model home, cabinets was not something I thought could go wrong. However, there were problems with cabinetry from the start. And even when the problems were addressed, I felt there was no care or attention to detail in installation. My drawers are still misaligned and spacing is a problem. Drawers are off centered, and something just feels off/does not look very nice with the cabinets. I was sold on an upgraded product, and I feel that I would have done better by sticking with standard cabinets. Especially since I upgraded my cabinets, I expected more. The cabinets do not match my expectations of this home and the Beazer quality. This does not reflect anything on the Poppy Meadows team as they did seem to try their best to listen to my concerns. ... More

My first home purchase and it was amazing.

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

First time home buyers and were very anxious about buying our first home. Instantly greeted when walking into the office. Both Shannon and Jyoti were professional and courteous. They quickly figured out what we liked and disliked. During the process of buying they kept in touch always keeping us updated on the status of documents along with the status of the house progress. Needless to say I will being staying in touch with these two so that I can contact them for our next home.

We had an amazing experience purchasing our home with beazer at poppy meadows - primrose. Sales team members: Jyoti and Shannon were extremely knowledgeable and very supportive during the process. We didn’t feel any pressure during the home buying process. They carefully walked us through the home buying process and promptly provided us with answers. We have purchased new homes in the past, this was by far the best sales experience we have had.
