Throughout our home buying experience Dan and Elizabeth kept my fiancé and I informed on the status of our home and were very quick to respond to us when we had additional questions or concerns that came up. We had great experience with the sales team. We were constantly updated with the progress, and everything went smoothly. After the transaction, there was some unexpected issue, then the customer support team was able to help us resolve it in a satisfactory way. Misinformation and poor communication on house electrical issues

I was not told I couldn’t put a refrigerator in the garage because the circuit is defective and can’t handle the load, so I purchased a refrigerator and had to return it because I was not told the garage circuit could not handle the refrigerator prior to my move in date. Now Beazer managers don’t want to reimburse me for my return fees. This is unacceptable that a new home owner has to deal with such a problem, when we already have multiple things to deal with when moving into a new house.

The last month was really messy and rushed. The closing process was a hassle with the builders and I didn’t feel like they were transparent with us about how long it would take to close. Things were missing up until the last minute and I felt like we were rushed just to meet the end of the quarter numbers.

From the housing counselors to the builders themselves, they did a wonderful job of responding to our questions, repairs. We were happy to move into our home, and after our move, we were impressed by their continued effort to attend to even the smallest of details. We were disappointed that we did not have initial pick over the custom choices of paints, flooring, carpets & cabinetry, and were a surprised by the the inexplicable increased price of the lot (even though the yard was smaller than the model and other houses), but are overall still satisfied.

The overall home buying experience was wonderful. Nina is extremely helpful with keeping the buyer informed throughout the whole process. The construction was completed on time. Wyatt was very thorough doing the walk-thru, explaining all the features of the home. I would highly recommend a Beazer home at The Cove.

Shannon and Jody made this home buying experience awesome! We wouldn’t be here without their help! This was a perfect fit for my wife and I. The only problem we had was with the builders that didn’t let us know about the placement of the AC units that didn’t follow the initial blueprint until closing day.
