Our home was built beautifully, and all persons involved were a dream to work with.

The entire experience was amazing!! Shannon and Jody were absolutely amazing in answering all our questions and being there when we needed them. Troy helped us pick out amazing items for our home during our design appointment and Brendan was amazing during our walk through. Everyone was amazing the entire way and we are happy to be in our new home!

The buying process was extremely pleasant due to the professional service of representatives. The attention to higher quality details on the house surpasses the expectations and we bought new houses in the past. The designer in design center, Troy is very helpful with insights and advices. He knew what I wanted to achieve exactly. Every step and stage were pleasant. For us, there was no stress from beginning to the end. Even after moving in, the warranty service was exemplary. I could not find any complaints at all with these people.

The purchase process was fantastic.  The sales people were very helpful and knowledgeable. But less than 2 weeks after we got the keys there was water intrusion in the Master Bedroom.  The repairs including mold removal took over 2 weeks done by about 20 people.  This caused delays and massive interuptions to our moving-in plans. Plus there's the nagging fear that there are other damages hiding between the walls.

Being a first time home buyer I was pretty nervous to say the least. I knew nothing about buying a home or the process of buying a new constitution home. The sales staff was extremely helpful answering all of my questions and the builder was more than happy to walk me through the building process. I now have an amazing place to call home. Thank you!!

Tricked & left out.

I wish we had bigger bedrooms though and light bulb in the bedrooms. The kitchen is gorgeous and it's a three story home, so I will get my steps in!

I had a great experience working with Beazer Homes. The whole process was smooth and I would highly recommend them.

The service is outstanding...the sales staff was there to make sure that everything was as promised. The key to this was AFTER the close of escrow. Beazer was there and has been. They have done everything that they told us they would and even gone beyond. I would work with or buy from Beazer in the future.

My experience with all Beazer employees have been excellent. From salesman to home warranty folks everyone has been very helpful. One thing they can improve on attention to details in the buildings. I am sure they hire cheap contractors and as a result little things like uneven drain installation in sinks and showers , uneven base boards etc can be seen in the construction.

The entire home buying process was very easy and transparent. Staff were very friendly, professional, and patient. I like the fact that Beazer has a Customer Care 1-800 number to call for any issues related to repairs. I love the Natomas Field neighborhood; it is so close to the freeways, shopping, and downtown.
