We are glad with our decision to buy a Beazer home in the Cove. We truly enjoy the serene environment and the clean neighborhood with promises of getting better in greenery and kept after landscaping. The existing and new residents and owner are young professionals mostly new to Sacramento. Beazer stage were very helpful in home buying process, on time delivery of the house nearly exact to the original plan and the added options. I highly recommend Beazer construction quality and refined finishes throughout the house.

Shannon is very friendly, knowledgeable, easily approachable, Shannon has a lot of experience, patience and clarifies our questions to the fullest satisfaction with prompt proactive follow-ups. Just for Shannon's exemplary work ethics and the way she is friendly we definitely want to come back and buy more homes from her in the future. Its extremely hard to find someone with such a positive vibration all the time no matter what time of the day you call, often we feel tiered after a long day at work, even on calls late in the evening regarding construction status, questions on building process or escrow documents Shannon is always very bubbly, energetic, happy to take our calls, helped us resolve them with utmost urgency and her positive energy is infectious. Joe is very knowledgeable, approachable and very helpful, Joe understands and accommodated our request for a remote final walk through over video call, that saved us 5 hour driving to the property. Joe even had a custom content prepared to help new homeowners navigate common questions, kind of checklist and useful youtube videos that's very thoughtful and extremely helpful. The Docusign with the agreements we signed; I could see the difference in the language used, where the important questions as a homeowner is all answered proactively and deliberately addressing them directly instead of the legal jargons that tells something that Beazer really care, transparent, educates, want to help the homeowner focus and understand the key items on the agreements signed. We purchased the house in late January and for the three months we have been in this house we had amazing experience in follow up from everyone. Small cosmetic fixes, electrical issues, paint issues are all being taken care of. The team consisting of Keisha, Mike, Joanne, Shannon, Troy, Cindy - everyone has been very helpful and happy to help us. I truly am very happy our first house has been bought from Beazer. Every aspect of our home-buying experience with Beazer Homes was nothing short of exceptional! We have visited several model homes from different builders but the minute we stepped into the Beazer Homes model home, Joanne warmly and professionally greeted and provided us with just the right amount of information we needed to make our decision to choose Beazer Homes. We felt that she wasn't just trying to sell us a house but was sincere in understanding what we were looking for. She answered all of our questions and we could feel how genuine and honest she was. This was a big factor in our decision to go with Beazer as we wanted to work with someone we felt we could trust and partner with during the entire construction and home-buying process. Beazer's build quality is top-notch. We haven't had any issues with our home since we moved in almost 4 months ago. Their claim of building an energy-efficient home does not disappoint! We find that we only need to run our heater or AC for a very short period of time and the temperature in the home is well-balanced in all of the rooms. In addition, the open floor plan and even the standard options are of great quality. Lastly, Beazer Homes truly care about our overall satisfaction. They are serious about getting feedback on our experience and they are very responsive and have taken action in everything we have presented to them. This includes every aspect of our home-buying journey from negotiations with the contract, choosing options at the design studio, the construction period, closing escrow, and even after moving in. We are so happy and extremely satisfied with choosing Beazer as our builder and would not hesitate to buy another Beazer home in the future. To knotch all the way through the buying and building experience. Cindi constantly checked in on paperwork items and went above and beyond to help me feel supported (including taking into account my allergy to plug ins in the show room which was so sweet) Todd the designer is super knowledgeable and friendly and had excellent suggestions, and Joe continues to be amazing with warranty issues to make final adjustments to the home. I feel really good about everything. Thank you, Beazer! I’m looking forward to being where for a long time.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Shannon and Joanne were excellent in guiding me through my first-time home buying process. They went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. The communication was fantastic and I felt taken care of. The mortgage choice program was also amazing and a process I had no idea existed. It allowed me to view multiple loan options and choose the most ideal loan for my situation. The Carver Group did an amazing job. Troy was amazing at the design studio as well. He was able to give expert recommendations and suggestions that really fit well together in our home. After moving into the home, Keisha has been amazing! She follows up consistently to make sure everything is going smoothly. She was also able to answer all the questions I had about my new home and continues to ensure everything is great.
