We purchased the house in late January and for the three months we have been in this house we had amazing experience in follow up from everyone. Small cosmetic fixes, electrical issues, paint issues are all being taken care of. The team consisting of Keisha, Mike, Joanne, Shannon, Troy, Cindy - everyone has been very helpful and happy to help us. I truly am very happy our first house has been bought from Beazer. Highly recommend purchasing from this team!

Every aspect of our home-buying experience with Beazer Homes was nothing short of exceptional! We have visited several model homes from different builders but the minute we stepped into the Beazer Homes model home, Joanne warmly and professionally greeted and provided us with just the right amount of information we needed to make our decision to choose Beazer Homes. We felt that she wasn't just trying to sell us a house but was sincere in understanding what we were looking for. She answered all of our questions and we could feel how genuine and honest she was. Beazer's build quality is top-notch. We haven't had any issues with our home since we moved in almost 4 months ago. Their claim of building an energy-efficient home does not disappoint! We find that we only need to run our heater or AC for a very short period of time and the temperature in the home is well-balanced in all of the rooms. In addition, the open floor plan and even the standard options are of great quality. Lastly, Beazer Homes truly care about our overall satisfaction. They are serious about getting feedback on our experience and they are very responsive and have taken action in everything we have presented to them. This includes every aspect of our home-buying journey from negotiations with the contract, choosing options at the design studio, the construction period, closing escrow, and even after moving in. We are so happy and extremely satisfied with choosing Beazer as our builder and would not hesitate to buy another Beazer home in the future. To knotch all the way through the buying and building experience. Cindi constantly checked in on paperwork items and went above and beyond to help me feel supported (including taking into account my allergy to plug ins in the show room which was so sweet) Todd the designer is super knowledgeable and friendly and had excellent suggestions, and Joe continues to be amazing with warranty issues to make final adjustments to the home. I feel really good about everything. Thank you, Beazer! I’m looking forward to being where for a long time.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Shannon and Joanne were excellent in guiding me through my first-time home buying process. They went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. The communication was fantastic and I felt taken care of. The mortgage choice program was also amazing and a process I had no idea existed. It allowed me to view multiple loan options and choose the most ideal loan for my situation. The Carver Group did an amazing job. Troy was amazing at the design studio as well. He was able to give expert recommendations and suggestions that really fit well together in our home. After moving into the home, Keisha has been amazing! Nina is super helpful in helping me and my clients in making the right decisions. She is very informative and patient in explaining the different plans and futures and her guidance throughout the process is amazing. We never felt that she is trying to sell something we don't really keen on. Personally we have taken two properties in Westward (COVE) and over 20 of my clients taken homes here. It's an amazing experience and looking forward to working with Nina more.

We bought our house living out of the area and it was pretty easy from signing documents to follow up construction thanks to weekly pictures of our house construction. So far quality of delivered product has been great.
