We recently purchased a brand-new home from Beazer Homes, and our experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite their promises of quality and energy efficiency, we encountered numerous issues post-purchase that were poorly addressed. On the closing day, Beazer claimed to have deep cleaned the house, but this was clearly untrue as the house hadn't even been properly vacuumed. Their promise of energy-efficient homes, tested with gas to ensure no air leaks, was also misleading. We discovered a significant gap in the entrance door, which took over a month to get fixed. The interior paint job was atrocious. During our walk-through before closing, we marked all the walls and ceilings needing touch-ups with tape. However, Beazer simply removed the tape without addressing the issues. Despite numerous texts and follow-ups, we were forced to do the paint touch-ups ourselves as we couldn't get any response from customer service. We also faced electrical issues, with bathroom lighting and power outlets not working. After over a month of persistent calls and texts, an electrician finally came and discovered a power outlet buried behind the drywall, which had to be cut open to be fixed. Beazer's lack of transparency and communication extended to the upgrades we selected. We chose a level 3 oven because the level 1 was unsatisfactory and level 2 wasn't available. However, we were not informed until closing that this was an induction stove, which only works with certain cookware. When we escalated this issue, the upper management was rude, defensive, and disrespectful, offering no solutions or understanding. If you're considering buying a home with Beazer, I urge you to not sign any paperwork until every detail and touch-up is 100% completed. Our experience involved constant back-and-forth to get basic issues resolved. Beazer's customer service and management left us frustrated and disappointed. We moved in on May 29, 2024. Shari and sales team were great. However, after moving in, noticed floor is sloped, cracks along corners and along ceiling, irrigation system not functioning properly. It is now mid July and only the breaker and a couple of outlets have been fixed. We notified Beazer of all these things back in May, but not much movement on resolving. Not happy.

I have been waiting over two months for them to touch up almost every cabinet because their product is awful and they gave me one option day before a holiday!? I’m so livid that’s it’s been this long while I look at messed up cabinets I have blue taped up so they don’t miss anything when rhet finally arrive. It’s really a shame

I need to to close early because my mortgage rate lock was expiring and they helped us to manage it.

Our sales associates, home care rep, and construction crews were honest, helpful, and responsive during and after our home building/buying process.

In the future, sales agents should be more clear on the lot prices and whether the home is in a flood zone.

The entire team made this process fabulous, from the initial walk through, purchasing, designer, builders, walk through and finished product. My home is stunning and I love the community.

We worked mostly with Rafael, but the whole team is wonderful. They were knowledgeable and made the process very easy and smooth. The photo updates of the house being built was really appreciated as well- made the whole process more personal.

I recently purchased a home from Beazer Homes. During my very first visit I met with my sales rep, Shannon. She was such a pleasure to work with. She was always available to answer all of my questions, and provided me with constant updates. Upon closing I met my service rep, Joe. Joe has been a big help in instructing me on how all of my home’s features work, and making sure that I don’t have any issues with my home. I’d recommend Beazer!

There are a lot of things needing repair already. Since day one our roof gutters were full of concrete and other debris. My husband had to get a ladder and clear it himself and his hand was bleeding. They have a one year repair guarantee but so far our case has been open for 2 months and no one has come to repair anything. Our list of repairs is 2 emails long by the way.

Everyone I’ve worked with at Beazer is a pro! They are customer-focused and accommodating. The process of buying a home can be unnerving, but working with the Beazer team makes it easy.

We are glad with our decision to buy a Beazer home in the Cove. We truly enjoy the serene environment and the clean neighborhood with promises of getting better in greenery and kept after landscaping. The existing and new residents and owner are young professionals mostly new to Sacramento. Beazer stage were very helpful in home buying process, on time delivery of the house nearly exact to the original plan and the added options. I highly recommend Beazer construction quality and refined finishes throughout the house.

Joanne and Shannon are amazing and so helpful from the sales team. Unfortunately, the quality of the construction finishes did not match the intent of the higher options we selected which impacted my overall experience.
