My home buying experience up until closing was wonderful. Once I closed the service/response to my requests have been very delayed or not responded to al all.

We had a great experience going with Beazor Homes, our contact Cindi was amazing. We could always reach her for any questions or concerns with the process, Cindi would always promptly respond with clear answers. We’ve been living in our new build home for about 6 weeks and aside from minor fixes, we’ve been happy with the quality of the home so far. Joe has also been great with answering and dealing with any minor fixes.

This was the first time I have ever bought a house; I had no idea what I was doing, but thanks to EVERYONE with Beazer, they held my hand and walked me through the process and explained things to me so that I can have the best experience possible. Thank god I chose Beazer!

Overall purchasing a house with Beazer Homes was a very positive experience. The team continually communicated with us throughout the building process, letting us know what to expect and what steps were next. Although we moved in much later than anticipated, we are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Beazer to family and friends

My Beazer home buying experience has been a blessing. My sales team of Marina W and Jody E in the Cove community were exceptional in meeting my needs, answering questions, updating me on progress and really just going above and beyond to be ensure that I was 100% satisfied. Buying a home can be stressful at times. Both Marina and Jody were very patient and supportive in walking me through the home buying process. I felt like they were on my side every step of the way and genuinely wanted me to have a great buying experience that I would feel good about. When the building process turned to the construction/warranty side, I was again blessed with Von R and Brendan M. They have been exceptional with answering questions, being prompt and flexible in meeting with me and going above and beyond on many occasions to be sure that I am satisfied and happy with my new home. Brendan, my customer care rep, is honest, straight forward, very knowledgeable and a very enjoyable person to be around. Any concern I have raised he has addressed promptly. He always kept me in the loop and followed-up on outstanding issues. The best thing I can say about my experience is that I never felt like a Beazer customer. I really felt that I was part of the Team and every member of the team wanted me to have the best experience possible. Terrible experience with Beazer leadership team

During the follow up meeting Chad was able to fix a lot of issues we had and provided an exceptional service. I got all of my questions answered and builders did an amazing job building my house with care. Thank you team!

Excellent Team and very friendly

This was the third home that I have purchased and it was the easiest processes that I have been a part of. Shannon and Joanne were amazing from the beginning to the end of the processes. If I had a question, I could either email or text them and they would reply within a couple hours if not within a couple minutes. They were also extremely friendly and made me feel extremely welcome to the neighborhood. Same goes for Brandon and Jeremiah, they took the time to explain everything about the home and answer any questions I had about the house itself. From the moment we stepped into the Beazer Sales office and models, we were approached by a team of caring Beazer representatives. Shannon and Joann were helpful in pointing out the differences between Beazer Homes and other builders in the area, the integrity of the pre framed stud walls and fantastic insulation to the team assigned to help us once we moved into our home but have been available for support throughout the buying process. Some of the people that assisted us were Troy in design and options to customize our home, Tim the construction supervisor, Jeremiah handling any touch ups and product inspection and Todd too of course. These are not only the people that have assisted us in our new home but just a few of Beazer representatives that have made our new house a home. Even though the closing was delay but we had great experience working with the team. Nina from the sales office works so hard to get our home closed in time for the holiday :) Chad at Customer Care is also great and very professional .

Joe has been very helpful with our transition to our new home.
