The service is outstanding...the sales staff was there to make sure that everything was as promised. The key to this was AFTER the close of escrow. Beazer was there and has been. They have done everything that they told us they would and even gone beyond. I would work with or buy from Beazer in the future.

I appreciate the care and dedication the Beazer team commits to us during and after we purchased and moved into our home. Three people stand out as being dedicated to helping us with our issues and questions as needed during the warrantee period and leading up to final inspection. Kim (Customer Care Team) Darrel and Blair (Construction Team). These three people helped lift this rating, that was lower due to some earlier shortfalls in the process primarily with communication between departments and with my lender, and a disappointing upgrades experience.

I love our home and the way it was built. I feel like Beazer did a great job with the quality and they are flexible and work with the buyers. I would have liked more communication during the building process and updates. Overall, I would recommend beazer to friends and family. They are very accommodating!

I like the whole team, they are excellent!

We moved in on May 29, 2024. Shari and sales team were great. However, after moving in, noticed floor is sloped, cracks along corners and along ceiling, irrigation system not functioning properly. It is now mid July and only the breaker and a couple of outlets have been fixed. We notified Beazer of all these things back in May, but not much movement on resolving. Not happy.

I have been waiting over two months for them to touch up almost every cabinet because their product is awful and they gave me one option day before a holiday!? I’m so livid that’s it’s been this long while I look at messed up cabinets I have blue taped up so they don’t miss anything when rhet finally arrive. It’s really a shame

This is our second home in the Cove community. Our process was straight forward and everyone was so accommodating when to came to scheduling appointments and answering questions.

The home was about 2 weeks late.

Smooth home buying experience overall from beginning to end in this very nice, brand-new development. Very good information throughout the construction phase and painless closing process. Marina and Jody were very helpful. We love the new house and the amenities of “The Cove”. There was only one slight glitch (otherwise I would have given 5 stars) with the street name that may have contributed to our address not being recognized for quite a while by DMV, banks and other institutions or service providers. This necessitated additional activities (e.g. a personal trip to the DMV). It may be unavoidable for completely new developments but Beazer did not appear to make any active efforts to resolve the issue. ... More

The homebuying process was rough but beezer helped us through. My largest complaint is being unable to pick the floorplan we wanted and had to settle for a bathroom layout that was not our 1st choice. Joe has helped us address any lingering issues when we moved in and we are grateful for that.

Dan was amazing during the buying process!

Not sure. There was plenty of disconnects. Right now we're going on our third night without AC
