I have been waiting over two months for them to touch up almost every cabinet because their product is awful and they gave me one option day before a holiday!? I’m so livid that’s it’s been this long while I look at messed up cabinets I have blue taped up so they don’t miss anything when rhet finally arrive. It’s really a shame

Smooth home buying experience overall from beginning to end in this very nice, brand-new development. Very good information throughout the construction phase and painless closing process. Marina and Jody were very helpful. We love the new house and the amenities of “The Cove”. There was only one slight glitch (otherwise I would have given 5 stars) with the street name that may have contributed to our address not being recognized for quite a while by DMV, banks and other institutions or service providers. The homebuying process was rough but beezer helped us through. My largest complaint is being unable to pick the floorplan we wanted and had to settle for a bathroom layout that was not our 1st choice. Joe has helped us address any lingering issues when we moved in and we are grateful for that.

From the housing counselors to the builders themselves, they did a wonderful job of responding to our questions, repairs. We were happy to move into our home, and after our move, we were impressed by their continued effort to attend to even the smallest of details. We were disappointed that we did not have initial pick over the custom choices of paints, flooring, carpets & cabinetry, and were a surprised by the the inexplicable increased price of the lot (even though the yard was smaller than the model and other houses), but are overall still satisfied.

I wish we had bigger bedrooms though and light bulb in the bedrooms. The kitchen is gorgeous and it's a three story home, so I will get my steps in!

My experience with all Beazer employees have been excellent. From salesman to home warranty folks everyone has been very helpful. One thing they can improve on attention to details in the buildings. I am sure they hire cheap contractors and as a result little things like uneven drain installation in sinks and showers , uneven base boards etc can be seen in the construction.

Foundation is a great build. Unfortunately house has a lot of design flaws that doesn’t make sense. Choices for upgrades are very very limited. Found out that they do have kitchen upgrades, unfortunately Only for a limited model.

There are a lot of things needing repair already. Since day one our roof gutters were full of concrete and other debris. My husband had to get a ladder and clear it himself and his hand was bleeding. They have a one year repair guarantee but so far our case has been open for 2 months and no one has come to repair anything. Our list of repairs is 2 emails long by the way.

I am very disappointed with the carelessness and poor protection of counter tops, flooring, cabinetry, as a result of people (primarily contractors) improperly placing tools and causing damage. I am also disappointed that Beazer staff did not resolve these matters prior to final inspection. The post move-in 45-day, 90-day follow-up appointments for inspection and repairs have been delayed. Everyone involved in the build of new homes should treat each new home as if it were their own home and paid with their hard owned money. This will be my first and last Beazer purchase.

Home is good but buying process some experience was very bad..when i went to booking i was on waiting.. i was eagerly waiting for the home i choose the plane-3 they did not give me choice of elevation, they did not give me choice of plot, they did not informed the entrance would be left end side different side then the Model home until they built up and i saw the frame , no body told us that what you will not get then the model home , whatever in model home some items will be extra cost , somebody has to give us a detail information what you will get and what you will not get showing in the ...

The last month was really messy and rushed. The closing process was a hassle with the builders and I didn’t feel like they were transparent with us about how long it would take to close. Things were missing up until the last minute and I felt like we were rushed just to meet the end of the quarter numbers.
