Very friendly and accommodating during the entire process.

As a first time homebuyer. Samantha and her team helped us out through out the whole process. They did their due diligence and ensured proper paperwork and steps were followed. The home however, you would expect a completed home with no issues and a proper QA to be done by the contractor in charge but there wasn't. We found several cosmetic issues such as parial holes on the ceiling by supposed covers, paint not covering certain areas, ventilation not working, and other things. The homes are spacious and the process was seamless.

Only Promises Nothing Delivered .Poor Quality Build, Not 100% work completion . Paid for Ferrari but got a Sedan.

He was a pleasure to work with and he is very knowledgeable about the housing, The prices the lot and all the little details that goes with buying a home . ERIC went over and beyond to make sure there was no issue Dealing with financing purchase and closing of escrow Any issues that come up - They quickly resolved it . Thank you again !

We are not happy the way the solar system not activated it has been over 7 weeks already no communication no updates.

Every day I find something else to love about my new home. The fine touches, build quality, and modern standards are all reasons to go new and to go with this builder! I particularly liked that our new home counselor stayed in touch up until the day of closing to let us know what all was happening.

Satisfied with the builder of this property. Extended home warranty is nice to have for things that could go wrong. The house is very well built and has multiple modern amenities. .

Over all home buying experience was fabulous. New home buying can be daunting. Lots of informations are not generally provided properly by the builders but Beazer homes were different. We were notified about different things in timely manner and we were aware of what is going on with the house. When we weren’t able to visit the house Brian provided text messages with pictures of the progress and updates. Everyone involved in the process were very nice and helpful and made our home buying experience very pleasant. We will be definitely working with Beazer in future.

I have had a wonderful experience with Beazer homes. My sales person Samantha informed me of everything that was happening along the way. When something went array she went over and beyond to get it fixed for me which was not her fault or the builders, just a miscommunication. They gave me tours along the way to keep me in the loop which I appreciated and had wonderful customer service!

Beazer took great care to assure we were informed through the entire buying process. They are professional and built us a solid home to enjoy.
