Buying this home was made so easy from start to finish thanks to Lisa! We were kept informed with the progress of the build and all milestones were met on schedule. Colin did a great job of explaining the progress at key walk through points. This has been a wonderful experience and I have recommended Baezer to relatives and friends.

Eric, Lisa, and Colin were all wonderful to work with. Eric and Lisa did an amazing job assisting us with all of our questions. Eric also provided picture updates of the home during construction that were greatly appreciated. Colin did a wonderful job with the home. The sales team (Lisa and Eric) were amazing thought the entire process. We received pictures of the progress as it was pretty difficult for us to get out to the site at times. They kept us up to date on our timeline and answered our many questions. Extra bonus to the entire Beazer team for having absolutely no delays during the entire process! I would definitely choose Beazer as my next home builder!

We had a great homebuying experience with Beazer Homes. The sales agents were great at communicating throughout the home building process. Our home completed on time and was perfect upon move-in. Customer care and the builder have also been very helpful after close.

The entire experience was great from start to finish. Lisa, Eric, Mike, Colin everyone was awesome. My wife and I can't say enough about our experience with Beazer and Porches at Park Circle.

Great overall experience. Lisa, Ryan, Ryan and other Beazer members were always welcoming and helpful. The only issue we have are with the subcontractors as they have been unprofessional, disrespectful and upset that they have to fix the items they installed incorrectly, not fully completed before installing and expecting us to accept bandaid fixed work.

Project superintendents took care of construction details to meet building codes and standards. During home owners celebration (home inspection and orientation prior to closing), Customer Care / Quality Control specialist provided very thorough Orientation of our Energy Efficient home. My husband and I are first time home buyer. It was a good learning experience for us the entire process. With Brian's guidance and help, everything went well. The team was reliable to work with. The entire building was completed on what we expected. We love the design of our home and the quality is good. They built our dream home and we love it.

We truly feel as though the service received throughout the whole buying process was what set Beazer apart. From the first interaction with Samantha in sales, to our design center, walk through with Mike (sp?) and our final with Colin, everyone was amazing! Sam and Collin are still both so accessible to us even to this day and have resolved any issue and answered any question we had! We could have bought a home from anyone, but we are truly thankful to have such an amazing team to work with here at Beazer!
