The Builder and Staff are awesome. Sales executive helped us through the transaction very well. Easy and smooth process throughout from start of escrow to close. Provided excellent service. Project superintendents took care of construction details to meet building codes and standards. During home owners celebration (home inspection and orientation prior to closing), Customer Care / Quality Control specialist provided very thorough Orientation of our Energy Efficient home. My husband and I are first time home buyer. It was a good learning experience for us the entire process. With Brian's guidance and help, everything went well. The team was reliable to work with. The entire building was completed on what we expected. We love the design of our home and the quality is good. They built our dream home and we love it.

We truly feel as though the service received throughout the whole buying process was what set Beazer apart. From the first interaction with Samantha in sales, to our design center, walk through with Mike (sp?) and our final with Colin, everyone was amazing! Sam and Collin are still both so accessible to us even to this day and have resolved any issue and answered any question we had! We could have bought a home from anyone, but we are truly thankful to have such an amazing team to work with here at Beazer!

Ryan did so many extra things for us I can’t even count them, even helping us move our new refrigerator in our house 2 weeks after we closed. This was a cash transaction and we were looking to close as soon as we could. Beazer staff took every effort to ensure that everything was in place to facilitate a rapid transaction. All documents were prepared correctly and the title company executed on time.
