Loved working with Lisa! She walked us through the whole process and was always available to answer our questions. After moving in, we have found the response on claims submitted to be very slow. Would appreciate having any claims responded to more efficiently.

The homes from Beazer offer a great bang for your buck. The floor plans and the space you get for the price is hard to beat. New homes are offered in wisely selected locations, the neighborhoods are great and we couldn't be happier with our purchase in Mission Lane CA. Ryan did so many extra things for us I can’t even count them, even helping us move our new refrigerator in our house 2 weeks after we closed. The workmanship and design of my townhouse is great, the warranty people have been most responsive on minor fixes, and I enjoy living here every day.

As a first buyer, I absolutely loved this house buying experience. The agents were with me from beginning to end and they’re still with me. They have no issues handling trouble tickets and the customer service is great. Almost 2 months in my new home and no issues so far, reason for the 5 stars.
