We loved working with the entire team at Beazer, our home buying experience couldn’t have gone better. Lisa Stiles as our salesperson was amazing! She was very helpful, many times she was answering questions on her days off and never making an issue of it. Jill Johnson was the lead superintendent and I love the fact that she was in charge of building our new home, Jill took care of every issue we had and went way above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout the entire process. Ryan Villani was the assistant superintendent and he was a joy to work with also. Ryan did so many extra things for us I can’t even count them, even helping us move our new refrigerator in our house 2 weeks after we closed. Beazer homes in Fallbrook are so beautiful. Large spacious living area, huge backyards with a beautiful glass fence, and gorgeous mountain views. There are many beautiful new homes in the are but, Lisa from Beazer Homes was the deciding factor for us. Lisa is a wonderful human being. Very pleasant and easy to talk to. I would like to start by saying Samantha from Beazer homes is Great! She was there every step of the way to answer any questions we had as first time home buyer’s. She went above and beyond for us and that’s something that is missing in customer service these days. As for the house, everything was perfect! Just like the model homes.

Overall, good job. However, Site supervisors need to push craftsmanship over just building homes to meet deadlines. In the end it’s the little things that count. Attention to details.

STILL waiting for things to be done ..U sent two dry wallers you don't even know who is coming and going ..the one guy ..half a day the two of them together did even less than the guy in the am ..and I have know idea when there coming back to finish and neither did there boss ..And I don't speak Spanish ..I believe the works they sent don't speak English...

This was a cash transaction and we were looking to close as soon as we could. Beazer staff took every effort to ensure that everything was in place to facilitate a rapid transaction. All documents were prepared correctly and the title company executed on time.

We have several issues that haven’t been fixed for over a month since moving in.

Don’t get me wrong, the people I’ve dealt with associated with Beazer homes have been friendly, professional, and helpful with regard to the home buying process. However, upon purchasing the home, and after walkthroughs where we told that blemishes we observed would be fixed before we got the keys....didn’t get fixed before we got our keys. Since that time Beazer has outdone itself to ensure things we’ve noticed around the house are being fixed, but I feel that when you pay what these homes cost ($500k+) there shouldn’t be as many issues with a BRAND NEW build. Doors should close properly, door knobs shouldn’t come off just by opening the door, and counters shouldn’t be scratched up after they’ve been “smoothed”. I’m generally unhappy when it comes to the home and I shouldn’t be. I should be ecstatic about our new home, and highly recommend it to other people but I don’t and won’t do that. ... More

Lisa and Eric walked us through the entire process. They kept us well informed and kept our realtor and lender in the communication loop.. from start to finish, an overall great experience. But now, months later, our street lights still not activated while later phases are already working.

My agent Lisa kept me well informed of all the options as well as an excellent progress report while my home was being built.

Our home buying experience was an overall exciting, beautiful, and good experience. We faced several challenges in the beginning, but were very lucky to work with Lisa who was very helpful, friendly, and patient with our questions and decisions. Our first try was heart breaking as having to do a lottery for the home, and we did not win. But in the end everything worked out perfectly as it was meant to be, and we got the lot we desired and our favorite model of the home!
