I am new homeowner to Beazer homes. We were impressed with their beautiful great room and the flow of the house. It was exactly the house we were looking for as our new family home. Their Mortgage Choice option was also a great way on selecting the best lender. I was there every step of the way during construction and it was quite an experience seeing your new home built from start to finish. Just like everything else there were a few concerns but overall the house looks beautiful, and we are very happy with our new home. Mission Lane is a beautiful new neighborhood that we recently moved to. We love our new home and the Beazer team has been stellar to work with all the way through the buying process. We could not be any happier.

Expect that new home construction completion dates will usualy shift out to later dates. Beazer does a good job of keeping buyer informed of changes

Builder was communicative and prompt to reply to any questions I had in a timely manner.

My wife and I had a great experience working the Beazer team. They worked very hard to meet all our needs and requests.

Sales team was helpful both Eric and Lauren, they made themselves available to help navigate the process. Even when needing to pickup keys during Xmas time, they found someone to come to the office to support our odd hours, as we had been away internationally.

Giving Joseph a huge shout out! He’s been so awesome and extremely helpful with everything. He is fast to respond and always goes above and beyond.

The home had some cabinets which had loose doors. Some of the faucet knobs were also loose. The garage door was not completely painted on the inside.

We have several issues that haven’t been fixed for over a month since moving in.

Lisa and Eric walked us through the entire process. They kept us well informed and kept our realtor and lender in the communication loop.. from start to finish, an overall great experience. But now, months later, our street lights still not activated while later phases are already working.

The houses are beautiful and we love ours but several things at our last walkthru had to be fixed as they looked rushed or had been done with limited product like paint or patch work. We had stickers all over and even one wall was completely a different size than in the model. The contractors even looked at all the past homes and realized that the garage wall was different in every single home except for the model(false advertising?). Some numbers were also misquoted like a 10k lot premium not shown on any handouts given while in their model office. The design center free, basic granite was only one color option. That’s one free cabinet color and one free cabinet style. So hope everyone was going with the gray theme because that’s what it was. We had to upgrade all-cabinets just to get a basic wood model. The free option was laminate and not paintable in the future—so 20 years later we couldn’t change the look if we wanted to. Don’t even get me started on carpets that were free, can I say trailer/ camping and you understand? Just know that you’re upgrades will be around 22k if you want nice quality products in your brand new home. ... More

Sales and closing process was excellent. Walk thru and final finishes was good. Still have minor issues in master bath that needs fixing. Overall a happy transaction.

Overall, good job. However, Site supervisors need to push craftsmanship over just building homes to meet deadlines. In the end it’s the little things that count. Attention to details.
