Our home buying experience was an overall exciting, beautiful, and good experience. We faced several challenges in the beginning, but were very lucky to work with Lisa who was very helpful, friendly, and patient with our questions and decisions. Our first try was heart breaking as having to do a lottery for the home, and we did not win. But in the end everything worked out perfectly as it was meant to be, and we got the lot we desired and our favorite model of the home! The workmanship and design of my townhouse is great, the warranty people have been most responsive on minor fixes, and I enjoy living here every day.

As a first buyer, I absolutely loved this house buying experience. The agents were with me from beginning to end and they’re still with me. They have no issues handling trouble tickets and the customer service is great. Almost 2 months in my new home and no issues so far, reason for the 5 stars.

Their Mortgage Choice option was also a great way on selecting the best lender. I was there every step of the way during construction and it was quite an experience seeing your new home built from start to finish. Mission Lane is a beautiful new neighborhood that we recently moved to. We love our new home and the Beazer team has been stellar to work with all the way through the buying process. We could not be any happier.

Expect that new home construction completion dates will usualy shift out to later dates. Beazer does a good job of keeping buyer informed of changes

Builder was communicative and prompt to reply to any questions I had in a timely manner.

My wife and I had a great experience working the Beazer team. They worked very hard to meet all our needs and requests.

Sales team was helpful both Eric and Lauren, they made themselves available to help navigate the process. Even when needing to pickup keys during Xmas time, they found someone to come to the office to support our odd hours, as we had been away internationally.

Giving Joseph a huge shout out! He’s been so awesome and extremely helpful with everything. He is fast to respond and always goes above and beyond.

The home had some cabinets which had loose doors. Some of the faucet knobs were also loose. The garage door was not completely painted on the inside.
