The office staff are approachable when you walk in to look at the models, you do not feel rushed or pressured but you can tell that they would love for you to buy a home there. The lenders they work with are wonderful! My lender was so warm and down to earth I wish she lived in my neighborhood because she was so friendly. The floor plans that they offer are all great. I genuinely like each and every one of them. I have shown family and friends the models and they all agree and have multiple “favorites”. Everything has been great. The only improvement I can think of is the warranty service. There was a guy that was let go for not doing the services and now it’s back logged. So now I have to wait to get my warranty taken care of.

We had a great buying experience with Jessica in the office. They were very attentive and on top of everything while buying the house. Since buying our house we have found some issues we are still trying to have addressed. Hoping the builders will fix everything we need in a timely manor.

Bad sales experience… great builder experience.

Sales team had no communication till the very end. And even that was had to get from them. Annabelle and Jessica both lied to us about paperwork that they failed to turn in. Got keys 4 days later than when we were supposed to. On the other hand the builders and the builders customer service were amazing! Richard really took care of us and continues to do so. He’s a man of his word and we really appreciate him! Any little issue he made sure to see it through to get fixed in a timely manner!
