I would never recommend beezer. I'm sorry to be this blunt, but this is my first home purchase and I regretted it from the first walk through. The workmanship is awful they have had to do repeated repairs and they just stopped doing the repairs half way though. I get a lot of promises but no follow through or just flat out lies.

What the buyers need to know it’s: don’t ever buy a house from Beazer homes,they’re really bad builders and when you ask them to fix it they are upset, I got proof of what I’m saying whoever wants to see all the mistakes an my house are welcome to see it.

Home warranty takes long, and does not acknowledge that they gave me a false model to represent the color of my home.

The pictures used to represent the color of my home do not match the color that I was given. The excuse I keep getting is that the color I was given is correct because the numbers given for the order were correct. My problem is that the color of my house looks pink NOT GREY like the pictures represented. I did not choose the color of my home based on numbers, I chose the color of my home based on the model I was given. Times of the day change the way the color of my home looks but no matter what position the sun is in the sky, my home does not stop being pink and the color of the model given ...
