This was the first time we built a new home and while we were excited, we were also a bit apprehensive...it turns out, we had no reason to be. Our builder, Mike, was a joy to work with and he made the whole process simple and seamless for us. We relied on him to be our eyes and ears since we live in New England. Mike comes from a custom home background, and it shows! He brought the same energy, commitment, communication and perfection to our job site. And he did this with a smile and "can do" attitude every step of the way! He made us feel like our home was the only one he was building. He answered every call and text swiftly and took immediate action whenever we had a request. He exceeded our expectations in every way. He kept us fully informed on our home's progress (never too busy to send us pictures), and when it came time for our pre-construction and new home meetings, he reviewed everything with the utmost detail. He handled our punch list in the same way--ensuring that corrections were made in a timely manner and that we were happy with the results. We can attest to the fact that Mike is a proud Beazer employee. We cannot sing Mike's praises loudly enough! Hi, I certainly would like to commend the sales team, Tracey and Lynn for their excellent service, care for their client and commitment to consistent communication and updates from day one. Our construction manager Mike has been outstanding with his communication, attentive service and quick response to any questions or concerns. Mike deserves a tip of the hat for his genuine care he gave to my wife and I during our home building process.

The Construction Manager was very thorough and attentive to requests and quality of delivery.

The staff we worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Communicated well throughout the process. From sales, to build to follow up. Overall happy with quality of the house but do wish there was more opportunity to customize. In particular with regard to painting (colors and having garage painted), cabinets (upgrading island but not whole kitchen for color) and add-ons (extra set of doors in our case which we put on after the closing). Having said that, they did put in a walk-in shower instead of tub in 2nd bathroom for our disabled Vet son and ran an extra electrical line for a mini-split we added after closing so our son could control climate separately in his "suite". Any issues we have had with quality have been taken care of promptly with no pushback. Based on our experience, we would recommend considering Beazer if you are looking to build a new home. ... More

When selecting a Beazer home my wife and I thought the array of models available with many customizing options along with the community open space, excellent lot choices and amenities were the main reasons we purchased one We did not expect the sales team and builder to do such a great job and exceeded our expectations.

We had a very good buyer experience with Beazer Homes. Our new house has everything we want, and are so excited to show our family and friends how well it turned out. The whole experience from start to finish was easy.

John and his crew are great.

Awesome experience working with Patti and John. The process from signing the contract to the final walkthrough was smooth and very automated. Patti was always just a phone call away and would always respond promptly. My final walkthrough went great. John was very attentive to the few minor things we found and had them resolved prior to signing. Highly Recommend !!!

Very happy with the home and community here. Warrantee issues were addressed quickly even with supplies in short supply. Coming up on the year next May and have about 4 pop outs in the master bath and a question around the lawn sprinkler. Other than that very happy with the location and quality.

Buying an out of state home is always a challenge but Beazer made it a great journey. There were delays along the way as it is expected with any new construction (during COVID) but it was well worth it in the end. Project manager went above and beyond to make sure things were on track and was quick to address any issues even after closing.

My experience with buying a beach villa in a Beazer community at Bishop’s landing was pleasant. John the manager in charge of building our house was great. John kept us informed during all phases on construction. John was very helpful and pleasant during our walkthrough. After walkthrough, he has been very responsive in answering our questions and fixing all things that needed attention. Overall experience has been great.

We were totally blown away by the responsiveness and assistance to any questions or concerns from the initial sales agreement to the completion of our new home. Sam, John and Larry were first class throughout!

It was great from the vet beginning. The front office guidance, information, the excitement of the weekly reports and photos of the building of my home throughout the settlement date was more than I expected. The only problem I have is the response from the Warranty Service Office to address and correct the problems, Hopefully on Wednesday after almost two months here, the will look into fixing the problems I have reported. My home is beautiful and the area is gorgeous. Look forward to many years of enjoyment.

We loved the whole experience with Beazer Homes. They were responsive, informative and inclusive during the entire building process. We told friends about the weekly updates and site visits and they were blown away by Beazer’s inclusive process. This process was miles ahead of our previous builder experience and we love the finished product. Great Job by the whole building & buying staff.

The communication between the site manager John and me was fantastic. I loved the weekly photos of the progress on my house. I closed on time and expect all the promised items to be delivered in a timely manner.

Ashley and Mike were a pleasure to work with throughout the purchase/building/ closing processes. They were constantly updating us on the progress of our home build---they were direct, honest and accurate. They understood we were dealing with difficulties surrounding the sale of our prior home and they stuck with us until we had this resolved. In short, Ashley and Mike were professional and engaging.
