Lynn was a delight, as she methodically helped us work through the buying and building of our new home. Nicole was great at the Design Studio. Jim kept us closely updated, with weekly progress reports, which included pictures during the building stage, answering of our questions, and addressing concerns that we may have had.

Beazer associates. Were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all questions we had. They were always able to reach if you ever have question when looking at their homes we never felt pressured in any way. After our settlement they were still there to help us with anything we needed and always prompt with all appointments. I can not say enough about the Beazer Associates. A wonderful group of people. From the beginning with picking out what model we wanted, Lynn was really professional and knowledgeable and made our experience very easy, everyone we spoke to from Beazer was great and helpful in picking our floors, tile lighting and everything else, I have told everyone that asked me that they should check out this Bilder if they are thinking about buying a new home.

We were priced out of the Washington DC real estate market and were very happy to find a Single Family Home near the beaches(!) in Delaware which was more inline with our budget. The experience with Beazer has been terrific - Trevor has been a tremendous resource as our New Home Counselor and Colin has done a great job educating us about the new home and helping us settle in. We are new to Delaware and had quite a few questions during the buying process, but they were all addressed with attentiveness and in a very timely manner. My fiancé Emily and I had the pleasure of exploring several builders and nearly a dozen communities before discovering Beazer Homes’ Chase Oaks. From the very first glance, we knew it was the perfect fit for us. The homes were impeccably constructed, with a clear focus on the details that mattered most to us. We had the delight of working with Trevor, who was not only friendly and outgoing but also incredibly knowledgeable. He provided valuable insights on everything from the mechanical aspects to various design elements. Trevor even went the extra mile to communicate with my father, who lives locally and acted as our liaison when we were out of town. When it was time for our pre-closing walk-through, we met Colin and Zach, and it was another wonderful experience. They spent hours explaining the intricacies of the house, showing us how to clean and maintain it, and creating a punch list that they handled with utmost professionalism. On the day of closing, we met Jessica, the warranty manager, who was excellent in explaining what to expect and how to contact their in-house warranty team. Everyone we interacted with was thorough and dedicated to their roles, making this experience truly special. Tom and Deb are blissfully blessed by our new Beazer Homes Chase Oaks DREAM home! Our experience with the Beazer Homes team was exceptional from our first visit on May 29, 2024 exploring new home developments in Sussex County, Delaware (for a planned move back East from the Midwest to be closer to family) all the way to our settlement day on September 17, 2024. Beazer Homes Chase Oaks was the fourth new development we toured that day and we were impressed most by their attention to detail to build a well-constructed home. We knew we did not have look any further. Trevor in the sales center is a true sales professional - personable, great with details and very responsive to our endless questions with our long-distance move. Beazer Homes obviously chooses the best business partners and contractors throughout the construction, closing and the home warranty processes. Colin, construction manager, and his assistant Zach made our pre-closing walk through such an informative experience to get to know how to care for our new Beazer DREAM Home. We really appreciated the tips on how to use every day items like baby wipes to clean up scuff marks on walls! Beazer Homes stands head and shoulders above the rest with their in-house warranty service. Jessica, warranty manager, has been the best in helping us navigate what to expect within the first year of owning our new home. Our settlement experience was top-notch! Since moving in, we have observed other Beazer Homes under construction from preparing the lots and building from the foundation up. What is most remarkable is Beazer's commitment to building an energy efficient home with a 220v car charging outlet in the garage and an indoor air quality system all while focusing on safety for the building crew teams and residents. Purchased in March 2024 and closed in September 2024 at Chase Oaks in Delaware. The experience was great from pre-purchase through closing. Sales was very accommodating and construction kept us well informed, no surprises. We’ve only been in the house a month, but construction seems to have been done well. House is quiet and temperatures are even, likely due to the use of spray foam, 2x6 construction, inclusion of a fresh air system and decent windows. We’ve had a few issues since closing, mainly related to third-party supplier products, but the warranty service, which is done in house at Beazer and not by a third party, has been super responsive, including after hours. If I had one suggestion it would be to offer a little more automation in the form of WiFi thermostats-downstairs thermostat has WiFi capability, but oddly upstairs doesn’t-smart switches/lights and smart front door lock. They do, however, include a 220v car charging outlet. Highly recommend checking out what this builder has to offer. ... More

This was the first time I purchased a home on my own. It was a very challenging experience and without the patience, professionalism and guidance of my team-Mike, Wendy, Kathy,and Lynn, I wouldn’t have made it! They literally guided me through the entire process. I want to thank Mike for all of the follow up help and guidance as well. Trevor was awesome throughout the whole process! We had a wonderful experience from touring the model home all the way through our new home celebration! Colin was excellent updating us weekly on the progress of our new home. Our home is well crafted, beautiful and clean at move in day! We absolutely love it and would recommend BEAZER builder to anyone looking in the area!

The experience of purchasing my home was fantastic. The process went smoothly. Tiffany was incredible. The builder has been very responsive regarding any issues which you have with a new home. The only downside to our experience is the settlement attorney and settlement office was very poor which we had previously outlined to Beazer.

We have been in our home for only just over two months and I would never recommend Beazer, not even my worst enemy if I had one. Communication from the office, simply on small things important to existing in the community, is the worst. They’re incredibly friendly, but can’t answer any questions and the info they do have, they fail to share. The construction manager is just a salesman. It’s incredibly difficult to get things done and I spend weeks on weeks changing him down for things he said he’d do. He’s made promises and provided information that’s outright false. There’s been so many issues from Beazer directly, we greatly regret purchasing a home from Beazer. There’s so many issues we’ve had with the home itself it’s unreal. Beazer can’t even handle making sure taxes are paid. The quality and workmanship compared to what they “valued” it at does not match. ... More

Had a good experience with sales personnel. However, closing was another story. Our closing was postponed twice, once a week or so before closing. The second time was a day before closing at which time we were informed that due to some issues, we wouldn't be able to close. We were faced with a manager with little support and empathy. It made our experience with Beazer unpleasant. We had already contracted movers, furniture, etc., and were staying at a hotel waiting to close.

Great experience. Trevor was incredibly helpful during selection and Colin provided a wonderful pre closing review to ensure I was well educated on the home. Very supportive throughout the process.

Terrible dirty house durning walk through Mold all over ceilings form ac turns down to 60 plus didn’t insulate about duck work Moldy vanity due to a water leak plus more mold Air filtration system is being in bugs that are living in the wet ceiling drywall Sink holes all over the yard front side and back Several windows don’t work Over one month of repairs ans we still have more to go which keeps us home to be here for the repairs Ac unit outside was installed backwards on the outside which is still causing poor ac ventilation I really don’t know what to say because this is so crazy and nit expected this for a new beach house we have been wanting for several years and planning to move I am sorry we choose beazer We have complained several times nothing gets done but they keep telling us they build trophy homes. Well I said start with mine please It’s seems like once we settled it was a ghost town here oh not to mention everyone was on vacation basically all summer sorry for this review but true ... More

Overall we had a great experience with everyone at Beazer. Really our only complaint would be that we went with one their choice lenders and the settlement process was unorganized and stressful.

I recently purchased a home from Beazer in March 2024. The house was a spec home, so I didn't have any choices to make on options. The home is very well built and has some nice upgrades. I didn't give Beazer 5 stars because I feel the work by some of their subcontractors is not the quality one would expect in building a new home. I did have some issues, again because the subcontractors. But the Beazer Customer Service people are addressing thi=ose issues and fixing my issues. The Building Foreman is very polite and helpful as are the Customer Service people.

This was the first time we built a new home and while we were excited, we were also a bit apprehensive...it turns out, we had no reason to be. Our builder, Mike, was a joy to work with and he made the whole process simple and seamless for us. We relied on him to be our eyes and ears since we live in New England. Mike comes from a custom home background, and it shows! He brought the same energy, commitment, communication and perfection to our job site. And he did this with a smile and "can do" attitude every step of the way! He made us feel like our home was the only one he was building. He answered every call and text swiftly and took immediate action whenever we had a request. He exceeded our expectations in every way. He kept us fully informed on our home's progress (never too busy to send us pictures), and when it came time for our pre-construction and new home meetings, he reviewed everything with the utmost detail. He handled our punch list in the same way--ensuring that corrections were made in a timely manner and that we were happy with the results. We can attest to the fact that Mike is a proud Beazer employee. We cannot sing Mike's praises loudly enough! And since he represents Beazer Homes, we have the same praise for the organization as a whole. We hope everyone is lucky enough to have a "Mike" working on their home.
