Getting help with a new house.

My experience with buying a beach villa in a Beazer community at Bishop’s landing was pleasant. John the manager in charge of building our house was great. John kept us informed during all phases on construction. John was very helpful and pleasant during our walkthrough. After walkthrough, he has been very responsive in answering our questions and fixing all things that needed attention. Overall experience has been great.

It was great from the vet beginning. The front office guidance, information, the excitement of the weekly reports and photos of the building of my home throughout the settlement date was more than I expected. The only problem I have is the response from the Warranty Service Office to address and correct the problems, Hopefully on Wednesday after almost two months here, the will look into fixing the problems I have reported. My home is beautiful and the area is gorgeous. Look forward to many years of enjoyment.

We loved the whole experience with Beazer Homes. They were responsive, informative and inclusive during the entire building process. We told friends about the weekly updates and site visits and they were blown away by Beazer’s inclusive process. Ashley and Mike were a pleasure to work with throughout the purchase/building/ closing processes. They were constantly updating us on the progress of our home build---they were direct, honest and accurate. Shannon was amazing from start to finish. She always responded quickly to any of our questions or concerns throughout the buying process. Linwood was very helpful throughout the building process. Even though some items are still on back-order due to Covid, Linwood continues to keep us in the loop. Both Shannon and Linwood have gone above and beyond!

Everything ran smoothly. A few minor problems were handled quickly by Mike White Very satisfied with the home Was surprised that Beazer puts in a whole house air filter unit by Aprilaire. This eliminates dust and pollen in the house and it is noticeable that dust does not collect on our glass tables which occurred in our previous home. Also Beazer puts in a sump pump and dehumidifier in the crawl space to eliminate moisture and dampness problems. In summary, Beazer has great people to help new owners (Mike White and Ashley Morley) and the home has great features.
