Shannon was amazing from start to finish. She always responded quickly to any of our questions or concerns throughout the buying process. Linwood was very helpful throughout the building process. Even though some items are still on back-order due to Covid, Linwood continues to keep us in the loop. Both Shannon and Linwood have gone above and beyond!

Everyone at Beazer was very friendly and a pleasure to work with during the building process. John was always providing weekly updates on the progress of my townhome and also sent pictures since I was living out of state at the time.

Ashley and Mike were on top everything. They always answered my many questions and kept me informed. They are always "on-call" and made the process easy. Together we made my life long dream of living by the beach my reality.

Beazer listens to you and takes the time to explain the entire process.

The home is beautiful and Bishops Landing is an amazing community! We love it!

My house is just what I wanted. It is fabulous!

Everything ran smoothly. A few minor problems were handled quickly by Mike White Very satisfied with the home Was surprised that Beazer puts in a whole house air filter unit by Aprilaire. This eliminates dust and pollen in the house and it is noticeable that dust does not collect on our glass tables which occurred in our previous home. Also Beazer puts in a sump pump and dehumidifier in the crawl space to eliminate moisture and dampness problems. In summary, Beazer has great people to help new owners (Mike White and Ashley Morley) and the home has great features.

These are difficult times for getting items in a timely manner and for other timing and availability issues. Be patient and keep communications ongoing

I had a great experience from working with the people at the model office and even more, working with the guys in the field. Any time i had a questions or a problem, they were there to fix it right away.

The day we moved in we found out our builder left his position and many items in the home were not completed. We were assigned, like everyone else, to a new builder/manager. His name is Brett. We can only say it has been a blessing to have Brett. He is very professional, has a perfect personality for this job, is genuine, and when he says he is going to do something he does it. As of now, about 80% of the items on our punch list are completed. Now that things are getting done, we do love our home. Great care in addressing concerns from all team members from sales, to engineers, to aftercare.

Mike white the project manager helped us with our new home. We had never built a home before and were lost. He also stayed with us through all issues and resolved them in a timely manner. Her is outstanding.

The builders, Rob, Bret, and Evan kept us informed about the progress of our beautiful home. Patti was available to answer questions and always available. The communication by all was excellent. Keep up the good work and work ethics.

Overall looking good so far; this is a vacation home, so we have only spent 3 nights there and await new furniture. Minor issues being addressed promptly!

Tim, head construction foreman, is the KEY to Beazer's success! Patti, sales, went above and beyond to provide us with information and to be sure we were kept informed every step of the way. We would highly recommend Beazer for the quality home produced AND the employees who ensure it is so.

My main points of contact were Patti in sales and Reese, my builder. They were both great in communication with me, honoring their promises and took me smoothly through the process.

Tim Twigg was our builder. He kept us informed of progress, sent pictures weekly, and addressed all questions and concerns. Would highly recommend him and Beazer.

Very pleased with the process and the end product of our new Beazer home. As one would suspect, there were a few hiccups along the way but they were always dealt with quickly, professionally and very satisfactorily. Our project manager Ed was very thorough and paid attention to all the details.

Our experience with a Beazer hone has been quite Choi's. Home appears insulated well and incredibly quiet. We opted for many upgrades and are glad that we did. It seems to be a well built hone and we're more than happy!
