The staff we worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Communicated well throughout the process. From sales, to build to follow up. Overall happy with quality of the house but do wish there was more opportunity to customize. In particular with regard to painting (colors and having garage painted), cabinets (upgrading island but not whole kitchen for color) and add-ons (extra set of doors in our case which we put on after the closing). Having said that, they did put in a walk-in shower instead of tub in 2nd bathroom for our disabled Vet son and ran an extra electrical line for a ...

It was a stressful experience. The builders took a lot of short cuts. The house looks pretty for the most part, but a lot of my concerns have not been addressed, and I have been in my home for seven weeks. They cannot deviate from the build at all because they are a national builder.

Our salesperson was wonderful. We have been in our house for over 30 days and things still are not fixed. We have a switch issue with garage lights, incorrect tile in the middle of the bathroom floor, black silt fence is half falling down (our home is the only home with the silt on our side of the street, the grass is 12 inches high between our fence and the silt) and the back of our home looks trashy. We are really excited about our recent purchase of our Beezer home in Sycamore Chase. Although there seems to be a lack of knowledge about common areas, they seem to respond quickly to concerns. Our salesperson Patti has been very responsive and responsible. We are looking forward to see how the community develops and meeting our neighbors. The location is excellent since it’s about the same distance ( 15 min. ) to the beach, Fenwick and the major route 113.

The closing took place in the Sycamore Chase model so it was very convenient. The attorney was 3 hours late due to a flat tire but he was ready when he arrived and the closing took no more than 30 minutes. We had no mortgage to close.

Awesome experience working with Patti and John. The process from signing the contract to the final walkthrough was smooth and very automated. Patti was always just a phone call away and would always respond promptly. My final walkthrough went great. John was very attentive to the few minor things we found and had them resolved prior to signing. Highly Recommend !!!

It has been a battle to get things right

Sloppy work from start to finish. We had to have them redo framing, plumbing, HVAC and finishing aspects. I'm not sure what we would have gotten if we hadn't stayed on top of things. Follow up has been very slow. We have had 5 superintendents through the process, an indication of how bad things have been. We had two superintendents that worked well with us, but both left. I won't be recommending Beazer to my friends.

Very happy with the home and community here. Warrantee issues were addressed quickly even with supplies in short supply. Coming up on the year next May and have about 4 pop outs in the master bath and a question around the lawn sprinkler. Other than that very happy with the location and quality.

I like our new home but the construction quality leaves much to be desired. Things that we were promised were not delivered. Answers went unanswered. Construction was slow moving yet overly sloppy and quick at times. The quality of everything from windows to hinges seem to be second rate and much will end up being replaced. Also, not enough choices were given in the building material and other items. No deviation at all was allowed. Painting and wall board taping was so bad I will have to end up repainting almost everything. They need better quality control and someone who can respond quickly ...

Buying an out of state home is always a challenge but Beazer made it a great journey. There were delays along the way as it is expected with any new construction (during COVID) but it was well worth it in the end. Project manager went above and beyond to make sure things were on track and was quick to address any issues even after closing.

My experience with buying a beach villa in a Beazer community at Bishop’s landing was pleasant. John the manager in charge of building our house was great. John kept us informed during all phases on construction. John was very helpful and pleasant during our walkthrough. After walkthrough, he has been very responsive in answering our questions and fixing all things that needed attention. Overall experience has been great.
