From the first interaction with our sales representative through to closing day, we felt that we were in good hands with Beazer. We had friends who recommended the neighborhood, and Beazer had the model and lot that we wanted. The buying process was really streamlined, and no pressure. It’s all in the details. From the start, we were impressed with construction techniques and materials. Durning the build process we were updated as different projects were completed. As with all homes their are always going to be touch ups or blemishes that need to be addressed, and they are handled quickly with satisfaction being important. We would have no issues recommending Beazer as a go to company, and have already shared with friends the up side of our choice.

First we bought a "Spencer 2" as a second home. We were delighted, and decided to make Bishops Landing our home. We easily sold the "Spencer 2" in days with the help of a great local Realtor and the Beazer sales office. That enabled us to move up to a new Dirickson. The large two car garage, one floor living, and spacious, bright interior are the highlights of our new full time home. We are very happy with our home in Bishops Landing.

Everything was very professional. They hit all their deadlines, and never put any preasure on us to upgrade or spend more than we wanted to spend. They house is great, and we love the Estuary. Highly recommend them.

Had a good experience with sales personnel. However, closing was another story. Our closing was postponed twice, once a week or so before closing. The second time was a day before closing at which time we were informed that due to some issues, we wouldn't be able to close. We were faced with a manager with little support and empathy. It made our experience with Beazer unpleasant. We had already contracted movers, furniture, etc., and were staying at a hotel waiting to close.

Overall we had a great experience with everyone at Beazer. Really our only complaint would be that we went with one their choice lenders and the settlement process was unorganized and stressful.

I recently purchased a home from Beazer in March 2024. The house was a spec home, so I didn't have any choices to make on options. The home is very well built and has some nice upgrades. I didn't give Beazer 5 stars because I feel the work by some of their subcontractors is not the quality one would expect in building a new home. I did have some issues, again because the subcontractors. But the Beazer Customer Service people are addressing thi=ose issues and fixing my issues. The Building Foreman is very polite and helpful as are the Customer Service people.

We are really excited about our recent purchase of our Beezer home in Sycamore Chase. Although there seems to be a lack of knowledge about common areas, they seem to respond quickly to concerns. Our salesperson Patti has been very responsive and responsible. We are looking forward to see how the community develops and meeting our neighbors. The location is excellent since it’s about the same distance ( 15 min. ) to the beach, Fenwick and the major route 113.

The closing took place in the Sycamore Chase model so it was very convenient. The attorney was 3 hours late due to a flat tire but he was ready when he arrived and the closing took no more than 30 minutes. We had no mortgage to close.

I would say that the buying experience was excellent. Customer service was excellent but the communication about the progress of the home was not so good but that's over now. Now that we're in the home we're having difficulty getting some of the things attended to on the punch list like some of the AC issues plumbing geese etc. That's disappointing because it feels like once we've given them the money then they're gone. This seems to be a common complaint among many of my neighbors as well. So we're hoping we can get these issues attended to in a timely manner and move on with enjoying ...

I had a great salesperson, Shannon. Very helpful when issues came up during the building process. I'm a bit disappointed that issues noted on my punch list during my final walk thru have not been completed. The AC has been an issue since the day I moved in. Downstairs is cool, but upstairs is miserably hot. A two tiered AC system would have remedied this issue. Its definitely a design flaw. John and Roland have been responsive helping with this issue but theres only so much they can do. Poorly designed. The homes are lovely.
