Beazer Homes - Beazer as a company does not have any interest in the home buyer.

Beazer as a company does not have any interest in the home buyer. Everything Beazer does is for Beazer. It took 1 year to complete my home while other builders in the area were completing projects in 7 to8 months. And after settlement our home was still not 100% complete. How ever Patti and John were the only people that kept it all going not Beazer.

I would say that the buying experience was excellent. Customer service was excellent but the communication about the progress of the home was not so good but that's over now. Now that we're in the home we're having difficulty getting some of the things attended to on the punch list like some of the AC issues plumbing geese etc. That's disappointing because it feels like once we've given them the money then they're gone. This seems to be a common complaint among many of my neighbors as well. So we're hoping we can get these issues attended to in a timely manner and move on with enjoying ...

I had a great salesperson, Shannon. Very helpful when issues came up during the building process. I'm a bit disappointed that issues noted on my punch list during my final walk thru have not been completed. The AC has been an issue since the day I moved in. Downstairs is cool, but upstairs is miserably hot. A two tiered AC system would have remedied this issue. Its definitely a design flaw. John and Roland have been responsive helping with this issue but theres only so much they can do. Poorly designed. The homes are lovely. It was great from the vet beginning. The front office guidance, information, the excitement of the weekly reports and photos of the building of my home throughout the settlement date was more than I expected. The only problem I have is the response from the Warranty Service Office to address and correct the problems, Hopefully on Wednesday after almost two months here, the will look into fixing the problems I have reported. My home is beautiful and the area is gorgeous. Look forward to many years of enjoyment.

Several options that influenced my decision to buy were changed without advising me. Ie: the master bathroom and the master bedroom door(s) It may have been in plans but that can easily be missed. After closing on the home I had issues with an Hd outlet. I could not find the lower end of the tube, making impossible to snake the cable through. Eventually the cable was snaked down the wall. “ If I had known , I wouldn’t have paid $165 for something I did not get and could have done myself. It’s been 7 weeks since I closed and I am still waiting to have a door shaved that is rubbing against ...

We loved the whole experience with Beazer Homes. They were responsive, informative and inclusive during the entire building process. We told friends about the weekly updates and site visits and they were blown away by Beazer’s inclusive process. The communication between the site manager John and me was fantastic. I loved the weekly photos of the progress on my house. I closed on time and expect all the promised items to be delivered in a timely manner.

The team was very thorough in the whole process from purchase to move in. The only problem is there is still some items outstanding especially my refrigerator and dishwasher. I’m waiting for some word on delivery date

We did a walk through a week prior and pointed out items to be corrected. 90% of items were still not corrected when we came back the following week for closing. House was dirty and had not been cleaned.

Great customer service prior to close. Poor follow through on workmanship

We were very happy with the customer service on the sale and development of the house. However, the follow through with “warranty” issues as promised by our builder has been poor. From a broken pipe two weeks after closing that stopped any water to house, and a lack of follow through on issues identified at final walkthrough. The national warranty office is professional and helpful, but lack of follow through on site has been extremely disappointing. The house design is beautiful.

We were overall very pleased with our experience. One thing of note, however, is that we have e experienced some difficulty with builder follow up post settlement. We do not seem to be receiving the same amount of attention as we did during the home build process.

Shannon was amazing from start to finish. She always responded quickly to any of our questions or concerns throughout the buying process. Linwood was very helpful throughout the building process. Would recommend better communication between the sales person and the buyer during the process. It seems like in most cases we had to reach out instead of Beazer contacting us. The Project Manager on site was very helpful and communicated almost regularly, at least weekly.
