Shannon was wonderful and made the buying experience easy. She was a joy to work with. Tim kept me informed on the building process. He and John were very responsive with my issues after I moved in. My only complaint was with some of the trades that installed defective materials and had to come back to fix and/or replace. It was a waste of time and materials when why put in something defective and walk away only to have to come back. It took up Tim and John’s time to have to deal with these issues but they always responded quickly and with a smile. Now Whirlpool is another issue. They should ...

We still don’t have internet service

The house itself is pretty well built. But Beazer did not tell us prior to closing that MediaCom, the only cable supplier in the Estuary, had not installed any of the necessary infrastructure. Beazer claims they didn’t know-that’s hard to believe. And if true, local management is incompetent and should be fired. In any case they have disavowed any responsibility. Basically, they’ve said “it’s not our problem—deal with MediaCom. They fail to understand that we buyers deal with THEM. We depend on the builder to do their due diligence in all areas. Overall I am happy with Beazer Homes. The home was not really ready for a walk thru when I had it. Also, some of the things that needed attention should have been done and thoroughly checked before move in.

Post close issues. Lack of awareness/disclosures

The buying experience was ok. The post closing, not so much. Plenty of items from day one I am still addressing, such as wrong rail color, defective kitchen cabinets, scratched and not working appliances, and the biggest, which I do not accept BZH has no responsibility, is the lack of cable/wifi available on my block.

Excellent communications with the buyer during the build process.

As the home was being built, we got frequent progress reports and pictures of the construction stages the house was undergoing right up to the pre purchase walk through. Based on the owners inspection and observations, any functional and all anomalies in craftsmanship were noted. Actions were taken to correct the items prior to the final owner's walkdown prior to closing. The process and the corrective actions were timely and comprehensive.

We sent a letter to Corporate acknowledging the home buying experience for us. From start to finish, it was all positive. Attention to detail, knowledge of the building process and constant communication were key aspects to making the purchase of this home a positive one. Tim, head construction foreman, is the KEY to Beazer's success! Patti, sales, went above and beyond to provide us with information and to be sure we were kept informed every step of the way. We would highly recommend Beazer for the quality home produced AND the employees who ensure it is so.

Overall I have had the perfect experience with Beazer Homes. I have settled and do have a list of interior fixes that will be dependent on me being at my summer home. I've had to remind twice that the list for outside hasn't been taken care of yet and am hoping this is done when I arrive at the end of the month. I love my home, the kitchen is my dream kitchen and I look forward to making memories in Millville, DE

While we love our house, the follow-up after closing was not so great. Part of the problem was that we were out of state and it was difficult to keep an eye in things. I could write a long list of issues, but won't bore you all. However, things like a cracked window, window with condensation, crooked pendant lights are just a few. The window took 6 weeks to replace, not acceptable especially since there is a ton of construction going on around me. Our experience with a Beazer hone has been quite Choi's. Home appears insulated well and incredibly quiet. We opted for many upgrades and are glad that we did. It seems to be a well built hone and we're more than happy!

We are thrilled with our Beazer home, which we moved into over a month ago in The Estuary. The Floorplan is created in such a way that the space is beautiful and very usable. We had great service from Ashley and Ed all the way through the process. There were some minor fixes needed and the team was on each of the items quickly. We highly recommend Beazer homes.
