The structure, itself, is beautiful and seems to be built well. However, we had multiple appliance issues upon arrival...dishwasher and dryer were not working. Also, enclosed porch was not added until I brought it to their attention. I still am unable to have the landscaper turn off the irrigation system because the plumber did not install a certain valve. Also, I'm still waiting for sink to be installed in laundry room. I would advise any buyer to be astute and carry all of your paperwork with you for the final walk through. Also, have everything checked for functionality prior to moving in.

It was a stressful experience. The builders took a lot of short cuts. The house looks pretty for the most part, but a lot of my concerns have not been addressed, and I have been in my home for seven weeks. They cannot deviate from the build at all because they are a national builder.

Sales person was great.

Our salesperson was wonderful. We have been in our house for over 30 days and things still are not fixed. We have a switch issue with garage lights, incorrect tile in the middle of the bathroom floor, black silt fence is half falling down (our home is the only home with the silt on our side of the street, the grass is 12 inches high between our fence and the silt) and the back of our home looks trashy. I like our new home but the construction quality leaves much to be desired. Things that we were promised were not delivered. Answers went unanswered. Construction was slow moving yet overly sloppy and quick at times. The quality of everything from windows to hinges seem to be second rate and much will end up being replaced. Also, not enough choices were given in the building material and other items. No deviation at all was allowed. Homes are nicely designed but the overall fit and finishes could be much better for the price we spent on our home. Beazer should do a completion walkthrough and inspect the home for completeness and quality completion prior to the new homeowners' walkthrough. Lots of issues that were found could have been resolved with better time management by Beazer and not rushing to completion.

There were some issues that would have improved the experience. There were no options for paint colors/types choices and the walls should have been painted in semi-gloss. There were visually blemished items found in the walk-through that a Beazer rep should have spotted and remedied before our walk-through. Some of the walls are not even close to being straight/perpendicular. Our dryer vent was not vented to the outside at all and ended inside the ceiling above the front porch. The actual purchase of the house went well, however, the follow through has been extremely frustrating. We have been extremely frustrated by how many things are wrong with our home and the pushback and follow through on things being rectified. There have been many issues with the exterior of the house including large mounds of dirt still on our property and a marshland behind our house due to poor excavation. Great home design. Great community planning, landscaping and home owner amenities. Awful communication, problem response and finishing work. Inconsistent service and problem resolution. Covid will probably be blamed by Beazer, but the major service response and resolution issues are the result of poor communication and effort during the last phase of construction, and following home delivery (settlement). Very unfortunate given the amount of investment this builder has expended into maturing their internal operations and service systems.

Sales, specifically Shannon, was AMAZING throughout the process, including long after contract was signed. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and her company's brand and balances those appropriately. As for the builders, Reese and Linwood, awful at communicating timelines post closing in terms of completing outstanding items, follow through is non existent. Closed in May, two months later and I still can't get a response on when outstanding items will be scheduled, let alone addressed. I'm disappointed that no one at Beazer will fix the items that were wrong with the house when we purchased it. The fixes are very small, and Beazer promised to do so, but months later they still haven't done so.

The process with Beazer was not the best. Buying the home, we were told a late June / early July delivery. The first delivery date came back at the end of the July. After several discussions, the sales representative was able to get it moved "up" to a mid-July delivery. The punch list process was also rough as many of the items from our walk through were not completed on closing day. Therefore, we had to delay closing for several hours while they rushed crews over to finish the work. The final punch work was also slow to be completed. Wonderful Experience

We had a great experience from start to finish with everyone we came in contact with. Folks were extremely helpful with selection of everything inside and outside our home. The neighborhood is great and we are looking forward to spending our retirement years in the Estuary. If there was one thing that I would suggest be done differently; all the punch list items should be taken care of before settlement.

I think the quality of my house is good and an explanation of the process from start to finish was good. However, my house is still not finished due to particular items promised and not delivered. There are some simple problems too that are not resolved yet either.

Sloppy work from start to finish. We had to have them redo framing, plumbing, HVAC and finishing aspects. I'm not sure what we would have gotten if we hadn't stayed on top of things. Follow up has been very slow. We have had 5 superintendents through the process, an indication of how bad things have been. We had two superintendents that worked well with us, but both left. I won't be recommending Beazer to my friends.

Beazer as a company does not have any interest in the home buyer. Everything Beazer does is for Beazer. It took 1 year to complete my home while other builders in the area were completing projects in 7 to8 months. And after settlement our home was still not 100% complete. How ever Patti and John were the only people that kept it all going not Beazer.

We did a walk through a week prior and pointed out items to be corrected. 90% of items were still not corrected when we came back the following week for closing. House was dirty and had not been cleaned.

Great customer service prior to close. Poor follow through on workmanship

We were very happy with the customer service on the sale and development of the house. However, the follow through with “warranty” issues as promised by our builder has been poor. From a broken pipe two weeks after closing that stopped any water to house, and a lack of follow through on issues identified at final walkthrough. The national warranty office is professional and helpful, but lack of follow through on site has been extremely disappointing. The house design is beautiful.
