Front Office is great-the final product is a major disappointment

The wood used around the windows and doors is dented and damaged but it was still used and then they paint over the damaged areas. Poor mitered corners, my kitchen backsplash tiles don't match (different shades of beige) I'm missing a spindle on my banister, my garage door just broke and has existing damage on the bottom, a rock fell out of our front facade, glass kitchen cabinet is cracked in all four corners, missing window screens, garage door knob is falling out of door, dents in the dry walls and everyone is to busy building more houses and not fixing the existing ones so we just sit ...

The construction craftsmanship is very poor and the construction supervisor did not do his job to ensure that the trades did theirs

Buyers Remorse

After spending over $400,000 for a new home we expected to move into a completed home. Instead we will be inconvenienced for months as you come back in to fix or finish a long list of items. Not the way I wanted to move into my new home. I wish we had purchased an NV home at the other end of our block, away from the stench of the chicken farm that we weren’t suppose to smell, that our neighbors say were move in ready.
