I had a wonderful experience during my new home walk-through with Ana, Joe and Becky . Our builder and project manager were thorough, professional, and patient, answering all our questions and making sure every single detail was spotless before closing.

We were very happy with the purchasing agent Latrisa and the initial process. Very nice and friendly sales person. Quality of the home. We have been quite a bit disappointed with several of the materials used for building our home, specifically the FLOORING!. Substandard laminate material, poor quality, and it was a big ticket item to upgrade. Very disappointed and regretting not having selected carpet and done the replacement of the flooring at a later date. We feel that for the amount of money we payed for the home, there was few options to select from at the design center. Paint options, mirrors and such few upgrade options. We purchased the Canterbury I model and overall have a few suggestions for improvement. The master shower window feels a little small, and the built-in shower niches are too small to accommodate larger shampoo and body-wash bottles. In the upstairs guest bathroom, the space between the toilet and bathtub is quite tight, making it difficult to enter and close the door comfortably. We have also noticed that the Bemis toilet seats/fixtures tend to stain easily, and the stains are difficult to remove. What can you say when someone treats you like family when they’re building your house? Jeff, our builder and Julian our sales representative were the absolute best. They were both on site daily and were always there to help and answer questions. Sometimes they helped with questions we didn’t even know we had😊. Jeff truly has gone above and beyond for us so many times. These are good and honest people. And our customer care specialist ***** made us feel confident in ***** on going commitment to us. We enjoyed the Beazer experience. Working with Brent was great. Overall we had a good experience with Beazer homes. Our sales rep Shelly, and construction manager Brent were great. Brent provided weekly updates, he was very on top of things and helped us with anything. We did not have a good experience with the title company that beazer uses and we did not have a good experience with the choice lender that we had to use.

Everyone was very accommodating and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Glad I moved in. I also enjoy my neighbors.

We’ve had a few repairs that needed attention, and the team has been helpful. We especially want to give a huge shout out to Joe—he has been incredibly responsive and easy to work with throughout the process!

The whole process was easy. All of our questions and concerns were promptly answered. Joe Z and Anne F were very responsive to all our after move-in concerns. Items were quickly addressed and resolved.

Our decision to buy took a few months and each of the few times we came over, Becky was helpful and informative. We did not feel pressured but educated.

I must say that my experience was great. Beazer and my loan officers made the buying experience and process easy to navigate. I love my new home!

The overall process went pretty smoothly despite some paperwork challenges with the lending bank that were resolved by a relentless Wells Fargo mortgage consultant and allowed us to close in about three weeks. Bought in December and moved in in March. The customer service team, Anna and Joe, were extremely responsive throughout the process. From getting the place opened while we were still at our previous home to allow for appliance deliveries or internet installation, to addressing all the little fixes on our punch list within a week of us reviewing it with them. I was even able to call Anna from the airport as an item I was expecting much later was delivered early. She came to grab it from our porch and put it away while both my wife and I were traveling. Talk about service! We have a few boxes left to open and put away and the only challenges left will be to figure out paint color for some of our walls and where to hang our framed photos and art. This was our one and only major cross country move in our lifetime and while stressful, everything fell in place nicely, we love our new place and our new city. ... More

Customer oriented staff. Always attentive and responsive.

Beazer choose a great location for the project however the design of the floor plans and the finishes are poor, not a lot of natural light in the Kitchens, the floor plans have mostly a tunnel effect.. We were looking for a max 1200 sq foot in a high rise tower unit with amenities like swimming pool with lap lanes, sauna, several bbq’s, steam rooms, pizza ovens (see Howard Hues projects in Honolulu ie Victoria or Kalae) a development like the one I am describing would be very desirable in Orlando. The interior decoration of the hallways an entrance of the buildings is attractive. Several buildings have cracks in the walls see case#05032880 reported February 2026. Beazer has not message the residents providing peace of mind that a construction engineer has inspected the building and when and how are they addressing the problem, we expected a professional approach not hallway comments from the person that coordinates the punch list.
