Buyers Beware- Beazer sends back bad reviews

Beazer unfortunately did not like my first review and sent me a notification to redo it. So I dropped it from 2 stars to 1. Plain and simple, the process was a nightmare. Beazer had a ton of mistakes throughout the process and then wanted to penalize me for it. I brought up an issue 3 months before closing and they waited till the month of closing to tell me they can’t get it fixed in time, and that I can either move back the closing date another month or accept it as is with minimal contribution. Then after closing I had a ton of issues that still are not resolved. I am still waiting for ...

Poor workmanship

After only 2 months, we have cracks in the walls. Our insinkerator is broken. After 19 days, still no response to warranty claim. A/C vents have been falling off the ceiling, and ceiling looks water stained. The ceiling was uneven in the master bedroom, but that was finally resolved after waiting a long time. Very Disappointed!!

No service after the sale

Purchased a new home with Beazer and asked for a few warranty issues to be taken care of, this has been going on for over a month with no response. House has settlement cracks and was told it was stucco, the inside of my garage is not stucco with those same cracks.

Absolutely Terrible Home Buying Experience

I would leave zero stars if it allowed me to. Its been an overall bad experience. Beazer started with a lack of communication. We never knew what was going on during the building process and it’s now clear why we did not. The company was hiding its poor workmanship. Beazer completely rushed through building and their work shows. Now that the house has been completed, we have yet been able to move in comfortably because of the problems that still remain.
