Difficult to work with

Since we have moved in we have had several issues in the home that require repairs. Almost every vendor has either no showed us or showed up on the wrong day when no one was home to let them in. It’s extremely frustrating to have to take time off work and then have the person not show up. We have been in our home over a month and still have several issues that still need to be addressed.

Good design, but poor quality and design

Do not buy a Beazer home. They are poorly built and the after-sales service is non existent. Once the house is closed on, they are unresponsive and do not care about warranty-related issues.

We purchased with Beazer 24 years ago in NJ. We had hoped they had improved and tried again. We should have known better.

We have had problems from day 1. The electrical was bad. Water sprinklers in front of the garage don’t work. My driveway is uneven and needs immediate attention. My garage door doesn’t close properly. Lies after lies. We had 4 builders. All said we want you to be happy. I would of never closed on this house with what I’ve been through. Contractors do a lousy job and we have to redo the work. Nobody should have to go through this. I can’t even enjoy the house because someone is always working on something or rescheduling.
