Since this was my first time buying a home, I had a lot to remember and learn. Alex was a great asset when it came to understanding the house. From the beginning he explained everything so efficiently and was very patient with my millions questions. Every time I didn’t understand something he was always available and with a great attitude. I feel like as first homebuyers, having someone like him to guide you through the house process and things like what to look out for or things like changing the air filter etc. is very important because that gives you the sense of looking forward with Baezer and even recommending them ! We had a great experience with Beazer overall. We bought a Beazer (Radcliff, one story model) home that someone else had given up on. The quality of the construction materials was very good, and our builder Greg was very competent and meticulous - everything was aligned and well finished. Alex, our post sales customer contact had been great, always helping us with warranty registrations and contract with their warranty department. The warranty dept. is also surprisingly fast to fix problems, like a clogged drain and a door with a small crack, which was completely replaced and painted. The only problem we had was initially with the sales manager, who always took to long to answer our requests to change the upgrades, and we missed the deadlines because of her delays. Before looking at new homes, I decided to look up reviews on builders around my price point in Orlando. Beazer, M/I, and Pulte all came up as reputable. Pulte was slightly too expensive and my shopping experience with Beazer was much warmer than with M/I so I decided to buy in The Town at Creekside. I visited my future home frequently and regularly sent notes to Ryan - the guy in charge of construction. He would address everything I noted and was great at sending weekly updates to the future owners. Meeting him in person was a pleasure. The man talks and moves at 100mph but is a great person. Alex has been my go-to guy since move-in. He’s very responsive and always helpful. He follows up on every little service call you have and is all about making this the best experience for you as a buyer. We approached the home building experience with a level of healthy skepticism. We had read things about others builders that made you think twice about the journey. However, I'm here to tell you, that having the RIGHT builder makes all the difference! We had ZERO issues from the beginning to end. It wasn't perfect. Along the way there were a few bumps, but every single time something needed to be addressed it was addressed. We were particularly impressed with the service and care we received from Greg. From the first time you walk into a Beazer model home the high quality and standards of construction are quite evident. The sales people are very knowledgeable and not high pressure. We found what we wanted, our forever home. The construction process went smoothly and on schedule. Through out the construction we were kept informed by our construction manager Greg and service rep. Alex. We were able to visit at various stages to see the extra efforts to make our home energy efficient, secure, and safe. Irina, Nino and Liam were good people and did everything they could to finish the house. I only have a concern with the bathroom tiles, the grout in the main bathroom is cracking. But in everything else I recommend Beazar Homes.

Really enjoyed the process with beazer. The design options were nice and easy to understand. The construction team kept me in the loop and Erick was in contact with me daily to help get us in our home early so we could close before our lease ran out. I am very pleased with Beazer and would buy another home from them in the future if I ever decided to move

Joe did an outstanding job building my home. He communicated each step of the way, listened and acted on my concerns, was a friendly and calming face when adversity or delays occurred, and overall awesome to work with. My home building experience would have been different if it weren't for Joe.
