What I like most about the home buying process with Beazer was the customer service process and the helpful team members from going under contract, to the final closing walk through. The team went above and beyond to ensure the home was ready for closing, and any issues was addressed immediately. I am 100% satisfied with my home purchase. On a side note, I love the HVAC system, Beazer did a great job with system selection and having more then one system work seamlessly together (HVAC, Dehumidifier, Air Purification).

Alex and Greg are awesome! They give Beazer Homes an excellent name. From the first day we met we have become more than just client and builder, we have become family! They have gone beyond helping us. They both make sure our issues are addressed and always stop by to check all is good and visit a few minutes. Big shout out to Alex and Greg!!

Our experience with Alex has been excellent. We have had the best communication with him since we started the buying process. He answers all of our questions and helps us with all of our concerns. We are very satisfied with his help and recommend him and Beazer.

Had a great experience with beazer they are a reliable company and you can count with them every step of the way, even if something needs revision they are quick to fix or replace anything that needs to be done. Special thanks to Greg, Carlis and Abe for being helpful and very patient to address any questions I had along the way and even after closing.

My biggest concern was communication and from the begging it was never a problem questions were always answered and we received regular calls giving us updates. The process went very well and we were brought in for pre drywall inspection as well as post inspection. Honestly we appreciate the amazing Jon that everyone did to make this our new home!!

I was not familiar with Beazer builders. When I started my home search I was sold on the Tollbrothers. Loved the quality and communities. On New Years Eve I came across Creekside Townhouses and met Eileen...... Her hospitality and patience is what lead me to Beazer AND of course the incentives.. The entire process has been EXCEPTIONAL with the Beazer family. Then Alex has been with me throughout this ENTIRE process that assured me I made the right choice...... ANY time I have I reached out Alex has followed up Morning, noon and night Lastly, Ryan has also not missed a beat. On our final walk through we marked items but Ryan had seen other areas that he felt was not satisfactory. With all this being said. I closed 3/29th and I am LOVING my new home. Our experience with Alex and Greg has been more than outstanding. Alex goes out of his way to help us understand how to maintain our new home and how to submit requests for repairs. He responds very quickly and always keeps track of our scheduled repairs and follows up immediately after the repairs. Alex and Greg are very dependable, professional and very easy to work with. We highly recommend them for their expertise and hard work.

My husband and I were looking for a new construction home in an up and coming central Florida area and our realtor introduced us to a new community building Beazer homes at Park View at the Hills in Minneola. We were instantly impressed with the design of this home and also the sales man Abe. Abe made us feel right at home and had one of a few conversations with us about the area and what was to come in terms of future development. He continued to be easily accessible and friendly throughout the entire home-building process. Abe was instrumental in making sure that we were comfortable to ask any and all questions as we waited months for the home's completion. While Abe was an awesome start to the process, we had the added bonus of having the most amazing foreman overseeing the home build from the very beginning of the building stage to the end. Jeff was everything we could have hoped for throughout this process. He was always friendly, available for any and all questions and concerns, and just an overall fantastic person to work with. We truly consider Jeff a friend because he promised to make this home everything we could hope for and honored that to this very day. We love our new home and while we often hear negative things about the quality of new construction homes today we honestly cannot place Beazer homes in that category.
