I can't stress enough how well Beazer kept in communication with me throughout the entire build process. My salesman, Dave, (who was transferred to a different community) would call to see how things were going. The permitting and closing people, Barbara and Renee, were good at keeping me updated on approximately when the house was going to start construction and when closing was going to take place. My project manager, Jeff, was excellent at giving me timelines of how long each phase of the home build was going to take. If there was a delay, he would let me know. If there was a problem during the build, he let me know what was going on and when it was resolved. Even after closing, Jeff still stops by to ask how things are going when he sees me outside. My experience with the staff at Parkview at the Hills was a very pleasing one during the entire building process. Ariane at the sales office, was friendly, professional and addressed our concerns. Jeremy maintained consistent communication regarding updates, progress photos and addressed all of the questions, concerns and issues we were faced we were faced with during the entire process. In fact, they have still been helpful and communicative even after closing especially regarding my warranty issues. I highly recommend this team through the building process. My warranty issues are still being addressed with the team and I appreciate. However, I was not pleased with the experience at closing between the broker and title company and at the last minute felt very rushed and unable to review final documents and get questions answered accurately. ... As a first time home buyer going with Beazer was a smooth process. They give all the updates you need to know as a buyer and take you a step at a time.

Beazer builds a home better than the typical builder. The on-site builder is always accessible for any questions or issues.

My husband and I have built 2 custom homes and 2 production homes. We entered into this process with Beazer with some baggage. :) Our salesman was Abe. He was fantastic! He guided us through the process, kept us informed about progress and even sent us pictures of our home as it was going up. Jeff was our construction supervisor. He was amazing! Detailed, knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and super available. My husband and I would drive up to see the progress on the house every weekend. When we would see an issue or have a question, my husband could not wait until Monday. He would immediately text Jeff. Graciously, Jeff did not block our calls:) He patiently answered each question and addressed each issue. The closing was on a date certain. This is a new experience for me. The final numbers were available well in advance of closing. They were accurate and did not change. The closing agency was efficient and made good use of our time. After closing, Jeff addressed all issues on our "10 day list" and handed us off to Carlos. When we called about a warranty issue, Carlos told us how to report them going forward and came by to give us written instructions. Everyone involved in this process as been remarkable. Basically my experience was with one person. I met him for my walk through. Jeremy gave me all the information I needed. He was there for me once I closed and informed me of everything I needed to know. He has been so resourceful. He is always front and center if you have a question or concern. My person who showed me the house I never saw or heard from after he showed me the house. So I can't even rate him. The person who took his place Abe was helpful with getting my keys from the title company. Abe is very nice.

Beazer offered many more options than other builders when I started the process of home shopping that suited my needs. The sales person was excellent! He listened to my requests and was able to sell me a house that was perfect for me. The builder who was overseeing my build was a pleasure to work with. He addressed my every need and my beautiful house is now a beautiful home. Beazer also offered many mortgage vendors to choose from so you didn’t feel boxed in. Great builder, excellent build, and exceptional staff.
